I always loved going to Moe's before moving out to the Valley, so I was really excited to try out this location as it's pretty close to our house! I've been a few times now and every time it's been a very clean and well kept dining room, it's also been a little quieter inside as well. The food is great here, I love getting the homewrecker burrito, it's my go to! Also I love trying all of their salsa. The staff is very friendly and can somehow manage to fit everything I like to add each time. Great spot!! The create your own stacker is amazing. So many toppings to be able to out in them, as well as many sauce and salsa choices. I was definitely pleasantly surprised by this place. I had never heard of it and what a great idea, who doesn't love basically a build your own crunch wrap! The employees were great and friendly, the food was amazing the only thing that was off was the chips, they were a bit stale and could use more flavor but overall everything else was delicious. I stopped by for dinner last night for yelp elite week! The restaurant itself is very clean and the people behind the counter were very informative about the menu. I opted for the adobo chicken with rice, pinto beans, corn, grilled veggies, and queso! It was huge!! I could only eat half of it. They're even nice enough to give me a side of queso and chips! The type of layout and food here is quite reminiscent of Chipotle. Like Chipotle, you choose between a bowl, burrito, nachos, quesadilla, salad, taco, or stack. A stack is basically a large version of Taco Bell's crunchwrap supreme. Depending on what type of meats you can get, these entress go from $11-$14. Each of the entrees comes with a small amount of chips and different types of salsa. The stack was delicious but the chips weren't great. The salsa flavors were forgettable with the exception of the hard rock sauce. What is awesome about this sauce is that it's actually spicy; a majority of chain places do spicy completely wrong (as in, calling something spicy when it isn't spicy at all). They have different flavored icees for drinks which is nice. The service was nice and accommodating. read more

The young man working was polite and friendly. The food was very bland. I am not a big fan of Chipotle but it just seems like another version of Chipotle or Qdoba. Nothing stood out. We were in the area looking for a place to eat lunch after a morning of hiking. We noticed Moe's out of the corner of my eye. I'd not only never heard of them I'd never noticed this location before. There is still some construction in the area so I'm guessing it was fairly new. Upon entering we were greeted with,"Welcome to Moe's." We were told it was National Burrito Day so any bowl or burrito was but one get one free. We chose one of each. Steak burrito and my bowl with chicken. They had good selections of toppings. Reminded me of a place that shall not be named, but way more reasonably priced. Our meals came with chips and salsa. I keep getting this ad for Moes burritos Wednesday they have burritos $5.99 after 5:00 o'clock pm. So I drive 5.2 miles to try out Moes $5.99 burritos. I get in line order two burritos, with drinks they ring up my order I sit down I look at my receipt and they charged me $12.48 per burrito times two. $24 96. I go to the girl at the register and asked her where is the 5.99 burritos? She said something about oh you have to download the app to get them for that price. I said go look at your own poster on the front door it doesn't say anything about any app. Anyway they were adamant and said there was nothing they could do. Anyway this in retail is called Bait and Switch. They get to the business with this promotion and then they won't honor their own ad. That B.S. I ordered two burritos and a stack, I watched her Chipotle my first burrito by putting a skimpy one scoop of everything, then she had an attitude when I literally had to ask and eat three skimpy scoops of everything to make the second one look like an actual burrito instead of a hotdog. Server had an attitude, was very dismissive, food was bland, I'm guessing they ran out of seasoning, because nothing inside the burritos had any flavor. I will definitely not revisit this establishment again. I visited a little after 1 pm on 8/8/2025. Establishment was clean, and I was the only guest. There are only two locations in the state of Arizona the least employees can do is strive to make either of these locations the best they can be, by not skimping on portions, and following recipe cards correctly, I am highly disappointed and I encourage the Regional or District Manager to address these concerns immediately, because I assure you company standards and customer satisfaction are not being adhered to. read more

First time at Moe's. If Chipotle and Subway ever went 50/50 on a restaurant it's called Moe's Southwest Grill. Pros - the employees were very friendly and helpful with it being our first experience. Clean environment and overall good food. Cons - the quality of meat was not impressive and we were overcharged by about $6.00. I assume it was an accident, but not worth the time to go back. Realized it after being home. Giving it four stars to recognize the effort of the employees. Not a bad experience but not looking to go back anytime soon. read more

The stack was estimated to be an inch thick (maybe 2 inch) with a diameter of 8 x 7 inch. This thing was huge! The stack also came with chips and queso. Staff allowed me to try each of the salsas for my chips as well. If your a big eater great! But myself I could of shared this with a second, maybe even a third person. They got my online order wrong, ordered no queso and had it, ordered no tomato and it had it, it literally asks black or pinto and I picked pinto and they but black. I can pick off tomato's and I can handle the wrong bean but queso gives me a stomach ache and I can't wipe it off. Unfortunately I couldn't do anything since I was home and had not picked up my order but I shouldn't have to as it's literally what I ordered. I used to go to Moe's in Virginia every week. They'd greet you with "Welcome to Moooooooeeeesssss" and it was just a warmer environment. This place felt like a hospital visit, and they're rationing their patients' medication... Chipotle will eat you guys ALIVE if you do not get on board with their portioning.
