Well I had a five star experience! I was craving exactly this burrito and they totally nailed it! Get the chicken adobo, queso, beans and rice, lettuce, pico, cilantro, and guac. Then the pro tip: ask for a side of the salad dressing (it was some sort of cilantro lime ranch)... your tastebuds will explode! Best part was the complimentary little handful of chips they gave me as well, I love when restaurants do things like this. Doesn't break their bank but just gives the customer a little something extra. I thought the employees were super speedy and kind, very helpful. Sure it's a $15 burrito but I'm not surprised with us being in Hawaii and all, plus it actually fed me for two meals... and I'm pregnant! Returned to Moe's to try their burrito after enjoying the Stack on my previous visit. This Moe's is located in the Navy Exchange (NEX) Food Court. It's open to the public. Service was again friendly and efficient. I appreciated that you can choose your toppings as they assemble the burrito, which allows you to customize it to your taste. The toppings are the same options used for the Stack, and both items are the same price, so it really comes down to which format you prefer. The only drawback to this location compared to Pearlridge is the lack of a salsa bar. Pearlridge has one, while NEX does not. They do include chips, but you will need to ask for salsa. Seating and parking are both easy. There are plenty of tables and chairs in the food court, and parking is free and very convenient. Overall, a solid option for a quick and filling meal. Chicken adobo got lost in the mix of flavor with the rice, black beans, and variety of shredded cheese. Quesadilla automatically included tortilla chips. Fresh and tasty ingredients of rice, black beans, shredded cheese, chicken adobo, shredded cheese x2. Opted for mild, healthy alternative. Female and male employees can communicate more by asking customers' questions regarding topping offerings, costs, utensils. Male employee offered a beverage. Tried this out during lunch and it was a little pricey for a chain spot. They're not very generous with the portions and I wasn't ready to splurge on the guac hahaha. I'll pay $15 for a bomb burrito, or at least a filling one but this didn't hit either wicket. The staff was cool, super polite and quick so maybe that's where you make your money. I'll probably bring hot sauce and lemon to season it next time because the flavor wasn't bad but it wasn't that good. Yay! a new option to eat at the Navy Exchange food court, note that the food court on the second floor of the Navy exchange is open to the public. Their menu is limited and not as many menu items at the Pearlridge location, for example they don't have tacos here but they have the home wrecker burrito, bowl or salad, and quesadilla, nachos, The Stack and complimentary tortilla chips. I got the steak Home wrecker burrito with steak, rice, beans, tomato, lettuce, fresh jalapeños, cheese, olives, sour cream, and guacamole. I regret not asking for salsa as it gets a little dry w the rice. They give complimentary fresh chips as part of your order, make sure to ask for complimentary salsa so you have something to eat your chips with, you can also purchase queso or guacamole for your chips as well. My only regret is not asking for more than one container of salsa so i could put some salsa on my burrito. Service was quick if you need a quick lunch meal. read more

Idk what that one star liar is talking about but Moe's gives refills, I got my usual bowl like I do. The workers are as nice as always! Super fast and they pack my bowl. First time to this place at NEX foodcourt. We wanted to try because our family loves chipotle and they seemed to have similar menu items to what chipotle. I would still pick chipotle any day over this place. At the same time, this place is very similar and not bad at all. I would go again because this is what we have that is similar to Chipotle. I would change the chicken adobo to honey chicken. But every fixing they have is great. I love their queso sauce. I ordered the bowl with chicken and all the fixings. It was delicious and filling. Cashier had the worst customer service she had a bad attitude and that is so upsetting. Her voice was draggy like shes mumbling. Need to train the workers to have better customer service and say thank you have a nice day. It's not that hard to do. She's needs to smile too. Doesn't accept Moe's gift cards. Was told because they're an independent franchise. What? No signs posted anywhere. When I mentioned they should put up a sign two times I was given no acknowledgement. On top of that they'll give you the tiniest amount of chips with your meal. Literally half the amount of the Pearlridge location. When I brought this up they said they usually only give a small amount with their burritos. It's $14+ for a Homewrecker and chips are overflowing from the machine behind the counter. Don't be cheap with your customers. Cashier hesitantly gave me a little more but a customer shouldn't have to even ask. Pearlridge location also offers military discount on the same cost of a meal which you won't find here. The Homewrecker burrito with adobo chicken is my favorite. It's better than some sit down restaurants. Service at this location is way better than Pearlridge. I like that the NEX location already has the sauces prepped for takeout. Aiea has a do-it-yourself station that can get messy. Should have read the reviews first! The female employees were nice but the male employee Jeremie was the WORST. He gave the smallest portions possible, charged me for the queso, got a bowl and drink for $20 that wouldn't make a child full. When I asked about the extra charge he said it's because the queso was INSIDE the bowl and not on the side. Asked why he didn't tell me and he said "it doesn't work like that". The burrito was huge and filling. The workers are sweet and pleasant. I enjoy sitting in the food court, eating my meal. But that nachos are the worst. It's the chips. Do NOT order there salad! You can get more for your money at Pearlridge location. For one, they don't have the tortilla bowls. They use the black bowl and only put a thin layer on lettuce, they don't even pack it in. The chips they provide are so cheesy, I'd say maybe a total of 15-20 chips. We went to Moe's while we were on vacation this summer. First of all, can't compare to Chipotle!!!! Fresh veggies and cheese, chicken was well marinated and not to salty as Chipotle. Their queso was my kids favorite and we bought couple extras with chips to eat at hotel. Employees were welcomed us with smiles and helped us decide variety of toppings. I wish Moe's open in CA.
