Placed a Bogo order online drove all the way up here to pick it up half an hour away. They did not have the order it was canceled. I never received notification. I called and talked to three levels at corporate. No one would give me Any kind of Bogo or any kind of compensation for the gas & the aggravation. Quick & effective service and employees. The manager here is very helpful and always on top of things and jumps in when there's a lot of customers. I will probably always choose chipotle over moes, but I don't know if I'm just biased or have had chipotle longer. But lemme tell you, Moe's is much more accommodating with their many options. They have a ton more toppings then chipotle does, and they even have sauces to put on your bowl. I have a pretty bad jaw, so I can't eat any meat at chipotle due to how chewy and big it is; whereas Moe's has ground beef so I can actually get meat on my burrito bowl! The bowls here are bigger, which leads to bigger servings. Every entree comes with a free bag of chips and salsa, where you can pick your salsa from the salsa bar. Moe's is probably a little bit cheaper, if not the almost same price at chipotle. Also, they're never out of ingredients. read more

With Regret, My husband wanted to take the family out for dinner tonight. The kids and I decided we would like to have Moe's instead. That was a big mistake. My husband's homewrecker (with extra meat) was not in the bag when he got home from the 20 minute drive from Moe's. We had zero salsa and my stack did not have the steak we ordered and paid for. I have never had such a terrible experience with ordering food. To make matters worse, when he called they only refunded for the regular cost of the homewrecker. My boyfriend and I just came here for dinner after having horrible luck ALL day. We were starving and looking forward to eating at one of our favorite places. Let me just say, this location brought us total let down. We both ordered stacks-- in which mine came out great, but my boyfriends looked like someone had stepped on it. It was a mess. He took it back to be remade and all they gave him was a new tortilla to wrap it himself. Not what he fucking paid for!!!!!! Seriously. I order a chicken burrito every visit. It is usually to big to roll. This time it was the size of a cheezy roll up from Taco Bell. I just walked out. Half scoop of rice, 6 pieces of chicken, half scoop of beans but they covered it with sour cream. Stopped in for an end of the day late dinner, to give this new place a try. It was 8:45pm, and they close at 9pm. It was just myself, so I'm fairly flexible and really just wanted a quick burrito. Had a chicken burrito, with a lot of fixings (rice, black beans, guac, salsa, peppers, mushrooms, etc...) They really stuffed it full, which I appreciated. The food tasted fine, no better & no worse than other fast burrito places I've tried. I enjoyed their salsa bar, where they had about 5-6 different flavors of salsa. I tried at least 4 of them and found them to be very good. I particularly liked a cucumber mojito salsa that they had - very unique flavor combination that I've not had anywhere else. As to service, here's the downfall to this place. So it's 8:45pm, and they are closing in 15 minutes. I was not the only last minute guest to arrive. There were at least 6-8 of us who all happened to come in within 5 minutes of each other. So they have a line, but only 1 guy actually making food. All other employees looked like they were tearing down for the day, and cleaning things up, or just kind of walking around. No one is helping to get people through the line, and serviced, except 1 guy. If I were managing it, I would have had at least 2-3 folks change up and start helping people to get them through faster, but that's just me, maybe. Also, all of the tables were a mess - literally. I walked around the whole place trying to find the best table to sit down to eat my burrito. It was as if no one had cleaned off the tables since it opened in the morning. And there was one employee in the dining area who walked around the tables, and would pick up a napkin or a cup that had been left behind, but would ignore the gobs of food remnants sitting on the tables. I found the least messy table taht I could, wiped it down with a couple of napkins, and then sat down & kept all of my food on the tray I was given. Nothing to write home about. Decided to stop in for carry out lunch, and wasn't impressed. My food was prepared to dine in, which wasn't a big problem and was fixed, but the food and atmosphere really wasn't great. Tables looked dirty, and right inside the door a couple had a kid that looked to be 2 or 3 years old walking all over their table top. Also, the staff yelling "welcome to Moe's" isn't appealing or endearing, it's annoying. I had to repeat myself while ordering because every time a new customer walked in the door they just had to yell it again. Now on to the food. It wasn't bad, but it was kinda bland, relatively tasteless. I got a burrito bowl with ground beef, and let's just say it wasn't as good as what I usually get from Chipotle in any way. The amount of meat you get is much smaller, nothing tastes as fresh, and good grief what is up with the "salsa"!? To their credit, the salsa I got with my chips was delicious, but what was put on my bowl tasted like raw tomatoes and nothing else. Very bland. My husband and I came in Monday March 18th around suppertime. I went first. I wanted a Quesadilla. I told her I wanted seasoned rice, chicken, refried beans, and I wanted sour cream on the side. So when it was my husband's turn, he said, I want the same as her, only with steak instead of chicken. Pretty simple, I would say. She then asked him what kind of rice, he paused and said, seasoned, just like my wife's. He said, I want the same as her only with steak instead of chicken. Odd setup and mediocre food. Located in the new plaza on E. Market Street, Moe's attempts to steal Chipotle's role as our go-to burrito assembly line. This place makes no sense to me. My wife and I are young and educated, and we felt incompetent. I get that some quick eats have a learning curve, but the promotional gimmicks and general setup of this place are too much, and the average food didn't do enough to compensate. For a burrito, we will be going to Chipotle for a similar experience, hands down. The menu lacks descriptions of the food items (wtf is a 'homewrecker'? Some type of burrito that must be different than the other weirdly named one...what's the difference? Beats the hell out of me.). The app at least had descriptions of the menu items, and ordering ahead or to-go may be appealing. Every meal comes with chips, which was nice, but overkill when our 1 year old got a full-sized order, too. The trash can nearest the exit is located in an alcove where only one person can access it at a time to throw things away and return baskets, trays, etc. The to-go container is oddly tall for a full-ish fridge. We'll give it one more shot for the 'crunchwrap supreme' looking item with a name I can't recall, then that's likely it for Moe's. read more
