Service sucks, waited 10 minutes in line for an order I made online. Then they made me wait in a different line for 5 more till a different lady redirected me back to the same line I was waiting in. Like wtf lol they don't even have signs to anything let alone a pick up order I had placed that told me to wait 25 minutes. Finally a lady says a bunch of words that ultimately spin back to sorry you need to wait even more because we didn't even make the food yet. You get two stars because the food was decent. Love me some cachapas and I never thought about adding anything other than cheese to it but this was sooo good. I can appreciate a place with great vegetarian options apart from the usual veggie burgers and fries so this place was a win for me! The service was good as well. This hidden gem has THE BEST Ham & cheese croissants along with Turkey and cheese croissants! They are baked with the ham and cheese inside the croissants which provides so much flavor to the flaky croissant. They also have a variety of desserts, the cuatro leche and tres leche are delicious, the pan de Bono is also huge, baked to perfection and extremely moist and flavorful. The cachitos and venezuelan empanadas make me feel like I'm back home. The workers are really friendly and the store is always clean, they carry a lot of Venezuelan snacks and products that you would not be able to find at your local grocery store. This rating applies to the 8 macarons I purchased. The old, stale French macarons I bought for $12. The kind of delectable treat that should be puffy and chewy when bitten into. But all I bought were petrified pieces of almond flour and sugar that could chip a tooth if you really tried to eat them. Stumbled upon this for breakfast and enjoyed some really good espresso and a cheese and spinach omelette. The spot has very little seating, but I found the one table inside. Staff is very friendly and the baked goods I was not able to indulge in looked very fresh. I also enjoyed a fresh squeezed oj to finish off my meal and it was very tasty. Cachitos and beef empanada (Argentina) were delicious. For the pandemic the bakery you can eat just outside. The tables aren't clean.

I went looking for a really good cup of cafe con leche and as long as you don't go larger than a medium size cup- the coffee is delicious. If you go larger then the milk becomes more predominant and you loose than wonderful coffee flavor. I also tried the fried empanadas with carne de res (molida), cheese danish and guava/cheese turnovers, and arepas with beans and cheese. The empanadas were heavy and on the greasy side (soft dough) plenty of ground meat inside but no flavor unless you added the flavored aoili that came with them. The cheese danish were good, the guava turnovers were ok and the arepas had plenty of beans and melted cheese but not big in flavor. read more

Absolutely Underwhelming! I ordered a medium size cake for a small birthday party and was shocked at how disappointing it was. The "Tres Leches" cake is supposed to be a delightful combination of three different forms of milk like condensed and or evaporated but this this cake was a major letdown. The cake was half liquid half solid and was drizzled with pounds of sugar so much so you could taste each grain of it. Usually this place delivers on small pastries and customer service but on cakes, your best bet is going with a place more reputable.
