Our roses are well maintained as well! We have service every 2 weeks and they are always there. If it is crazy windy they re-schedule for a different day vs trying to do maintenance. I contacted Jose to get a quote for repairing the electrical line that connects by backyard lighting. He scheduled me for Wednesday between 1:00 PM and 3:00 PM and I confirmed. I took off work to accommodate since that was the soonest he could fit me in. I did not hear from him again, so reached out at 2:45 PM to confirm that he was on his way. He told me he can't make it, but would be there by 5:00 PM. He then reaches out close to 5:00 PM to cancel again and said he would work with my schedule to reschedule. We agreed on Saturday at noon. I confirmed a few hours before and he cancelled yet again, saying the next time he can fit me in is the following Wednesday. Given his unreliability, I told him never mind and contacted a different vendor. read more

Jose and his crew did a great job on our yard clean up today - palms and other plants trimmed, yard leaves and other debris blown and did not leave any mess at all. I left a bad review and they tried to say they never did service for my house. I have all proof of my dead grass as as well as pictures and videos of Jose not only working in my yard but also a video of him claiming I have not pod and another video of me paying him so I could have it on record I will gladly post if needed. Once again horrible agency trying to cover up their tracks. They are scammers who also do not know yard care. If you want your grass to die and all your plants as well go for them.
