A Very Merry Unbirthday Matcha drink
Tasha B.

Another delicious meal! The staff is great and the food is so good. The last time I was here it was decked out in Alice in Wonderland this time I was thrilled by The Rocky Horror Picture Show!!

Best. Latte. Ever. Seriously. It was a simple latte. No syrups or anything. Just good coffee and steamed, foamy milk. The space itself is so cozy and creative. They were literally getting ready to swap out the Alice In Wonderland theme for Ricky Horror Picture Show, and I was so sad that I was leaving town that evening because I really wanted to see the new look! I also had a breakfast burrito during one of my two visits. It was tasty. Smothered in gravy and filled with the usual breakfast burrito type fillings, it kept me nice and full for the next 6 hours! If you are in Co Springs, don't sleep on this gem. If I were local, this would be my go-to coffee shop. The staff is really nice, the coffee is amazing (need to find out who their roaster is. I believe they are local), and the decor is just fun and whimsical and the vibe artsy and cozy. Ah. Just go, people. You won't be disappointed

Cute coffee shop downtown. They have really fun specialty lattes and cocktails. The music is pretty upbeat so it'd be a great place to chit chat with friends. There's lots of street parking open in the mornings. There's also a patio for when it's nice outside. I ordered a blueberry vanilla latte since they have house made syrups and it was just ok! It tasted like watered down syrup.

Fruit Kolache

Bird Tree Café has a cute vibe and some solid menu items, but our visit was a little off. They're supposed to open at 8, but not today--we were asked to wait outside because they were running behind. Could've just been an off morning, but it definitely set the tone. Food-wise, there were some wins! The yogurt parfait was delicious--loved the fresh blueberry compote and house-made granola. The breakfast sandwich was generously sized and satisfying. The real standout was the breakfast burrito--huge and packed with sausage and potatoes. Pastry options were limited. I went with the blueberry kolache but wouldn't get it again--basically a small donut with blueberry compote in the middle. It was warmed and not too sweet, just not quite what I was expecting. Coffee was great! I had the drip and my husband got the Bookworm Latte with pretty foam art--both served in giant mugs, which we loved. There's indoor and outdoor seating, and the patio is dog-friendly with shaded tables. You can also bus your own table--they've got a station inside for dirty dishes and cups, which we appreciated. Service was just okay. A couple of items were forgotten but brought out once we followed up. Overall, we'd give it another shot--hopefully next time will be smoother

They can make almost everything on the menu gluten free. The service is great. Told them it was my husband's birthday and they gave him a complimentary pastry. The baked goods taste amazing per my spouse. The vibes are great here. The environment is a typical cafe experience except better.

Everything is fried from the potatoes to the burnt bacon. Gross. Water with growing bacteria and a wilted leaf on every table.

Southwest hash bowl. This is not $15 worth of food. Some burnt potato's and a rolled up egg. We were pretty shocked when we opened it.

Poor quality food for the price your paying. If this was $8.00 that would be reasonable for the amount and quality received.

Best happy hour in the springs. Amazing craft cocktails for $7 EVERYDAY 3p-close. This time around, lovely barista/bartender Evie made the best espresso martini of my LIFE. Ambiance is charming as always, with a touch of Lunar New Year.

Service was nice and quick even though it was busy. The food was great and the ambiance was relaxing; we sat outside on the patio while the weather was wonderful. Overall I would come here again!

Early Bird Breakfast Bowl and side of bacon

The restaurant's ambiance is cute and comforting. The decor is sweet yet funky. The variety of food was surprising! From vegan to keto to everything in between. I got the early bird breakfast bowl- wow! The sweet potato (caramelized?) contrasted the saltiness of the egg so well. I loved the crunch of the pine nuts! It was filling as well as healthy. I did add a side of bacon, just because. My husband got the breakfast burrito and also enjoyed it.

I worked from here for a few days while my daughter attended a day camp at the zoo. It was magical. The food/coffee was so amazing, I tried several things and was very pleased with all of it. The staff is kind, genuine and funny! Early in the week the ambiance was comforting, yet energizing. Towards the end of the week, I started to get a little jealous as the groups of friends, families and travelers were stopping in for brunch. The WiFi was also great! I took a couple work calls via teams and was working on our cloud with ease. 10/10 definitely coming back to enjoy it when the season changes as their themes are so fun!!

It looked tempting so we ate dessert first. So worth it. We arrived early. Service was quick. Lots of seating on a beautiful morning so we sat outside.

Super cute café. The Reuben sandwich was delicious. The kettle chips were a solid pairing. The matcha latté was average. I loved the floral decor and feminine energy. The service was A+. The baristas were upbeat and helpful. Can't wait to return to try the french toast and coffee!

Solid menu, loved the options and only wished for more space. A very popular spot! And for good reason. Love these people!

You can park in a pay lot next to the Hotel It's at the floor level of or you can park on the street and pay metered parking. We chose metered. I dislike the scan & pay lots. You walk in & you should review the menu prior & pay up front, and then your menu selections will be delivered to your table. It's a beautiful set up, it reminds me of a greenhouse there's large wooden tables, & smaller black tables in a glass encased area with several hanging plants. There are also many table/booth combinations inside. We ordered: Hobo sandwich with seasoned cubed potatoes Slice of quiche Side of season potatoes Beet salad (added grilled chicken) An iced tea Spicy chai Total was close to $80 average for brunch definitely not terrible once you see the quality of what comes out of the kitchen. Tasting it all was amazing - flavorful, thoughtfully prepared & great attention to detail including sourcing great ingredients and using the correct spices! I cannot wait to come back and try something else!

Our last two visits here have been disappointing. I thought last time may have been an isolated…read moreincident or new cook, so we tried it again today. Another let down. This has been put on our no list now. When we ordered today, my son asked about Caesar salad and the woman at the counter did not say that they didn't have them. Then when they brought the food out, she said it's not an option. Why not say it when we ordered. Last time my bowl was missing the goat cheese, and I had to ask for it. I also added chicken and mushrooms to my bowl and I literally received about 5-6 mushrooms, which equals more than a dollar a mushroom. This time, my side salad was supposed to have balsamic and had another dressing. My son had the burger and said that the consistency was weird. My other son had the same sandwich he always has and the bread was different, though the menu didn't indicate that it was.
