This women that's on the phone that works here, was screaming to the top of her lungs for a good 30-40 minutes on her phone before this recording was taken place. Imagine what you're hearing but 5 times louder, there were people sitting in the quiet room and the small back outside area trying to get work done and literally 8 people left the back / place due to her. She has no social awareness of her own work place and most likely incompetent at her job if she can't seem to respect her own place of work where customers are sitting in the back mostly to do their work. She should be fired and replaced, everyone else that works here are good except for her in the front of the house. read more

The service is great! The barista who served me was the sweetest! She recommended a salted caramel latte which was SO good! I got the chocolate bars of course, because my kids (and yes I admit it, myself) were dying to try them! They were so good! I can't wait to go back and try more! I love this place!! Everything is amazing and delicious. My only complaint is that the people at the registers should learn how to tender cash. I was charged an extra card fee twice because they chose the "card" option instead of "cash". It's pretty frustrating, either stop accepting cash entirely or make sure workers know how to tender cash. Still love you guys though! read more

this place is seriously amazing. so cute and staff are very nice. BUT and I feel bad for saying this but it's a HUGE disturbance... the staff takes loud and long speaker phone calls. I even saw a guy move tables to try and be more comfortable. they should absolutely be able to talk on the phone watch videos etc during slow times but please please please can they just use headphones?? it makes an otherwise lovely cafe feel like the subway. read more

Pedro is one of the best employees Mokafe has! LITERALLY! I went in the store to find the delicious viral chocolate for my pregnant sister but it was always sold out and Pedro was very attentive and let me know that they restocked and saved some for me when i finished work.
