Everything is automated here so for those of you who love that you don't have to talk with a human, you will love ordering from one of their 2 machines. I was here for the soft opening BOGO and it was packed. Many options for cold foams with a $1 up charge and a variety of drink choices. The banana foam was excellent however coconut foam was very subtle. Inconspicuous little shop in a center and nice spot for a personalized coffee drink.

Walking in, you notice there are two tv's but no music playing, so it's quite quiet. There were 2 employees working when I went on a Friday. I took advantage of the BOGO. Unfortunately, they don't accept cash because their only ordering method is a kiosk- card only. They only have two kiosks. The iced Spanish latte was delicious I would definitely order again. I hope to try more new drinks soon.

I was excited to try Mokka, but unfortunately my experience was disappointing. From the moment I walked in, there was no greeting, no direction, and no acknowledgment--just blank stares. A simple "Hi" or asking if I needed help would have gone a long way. The matcha was also not good. It tasted more like oat milk mixed with strawberry jam than high-quality ceremonial-grade matcha. If you're advertising matcha, the quality should reflect that. What really left a bad impression was when one of the baristas wouldn't let go of my drink until I showed my receipt. After I showed proof that I had already paid, she snatched the receipt back without saying a word. The interaction felt rude and unnecessary. I understand this is a newer business, and every new café has room to grow. However, being humble, welcoming, and polite shouldn't be difficult. Good customer service is what brings people back and helps build a loyal customer base. I hope this review is taken as constructive criticism because the atmosphere and customer experience need just as much attention as the drinks.

Highly recommend the cinnamon toast crunch coffee! Perfect combination of a breakfast cereal and coffee dessert for adults.

Was waiting for this spot to open when we first saw it, so we immediately came once we saw the soft opening sign! We walk in and the shop was very clean with minimal decoration. We were immediately greeted and told about their bogo promotion. It was super easy to order your drinks through their kiosk, and they have a great variety of drinks to choose from. Service was pretty good for it being their opening day and the staff were getting accustomed to orders. We got their Mokka Frappe and Coconut Matcha. The frappe was a great blend but I wasn't too fond of the chocolate syrup. The matcha was also a bit too watery for my liking. But with their menu selection I will be coming back to try new drinks!

Drinks were very good and perfect amount of sweetness and coffee! Very busy, but service was still good. Not much seating inside, but still a good spot overall.

Oreo latte and Cinnamon Toast Crunch latte

Definitely give them a try! Waited a while but the drinks were yummy! Staff is new and was busy so it's understandable they are a bit overwhelmed. The AC wasn't working either so that didn't help much, but we waited outside. Take advantage of that BOGO deal :)

Cocoa puff and fruity pebbles lattes

The concept is Good the drinks look good online, the ordering is a bit confusing for many but if you read the sign next to machine you're good! But honestly The coffee is not good at all. The iced lattes do not taste like coffee it's more like milk and ice. There was no flavor. Also the cold foam had no flavor. The coffee is really bad. Idk if the reason it's so bad is the bogo, if so do not offer bogo free and just sell good coffee. The customer services is ok. The place is a good size, easy access and parking. They just need to work on their coffee, it's so watery zero flavor! Not recommending at this time!

I ended up getting a double mokka (mokka latte with the mokka cream top) and it was delicious!

To be honest the parking is probably the least fortunate aspect of this cafe ambiance: study vibes all the way, nice quiet, good amount of seats, they have outlets, i believe they have wifi as well fun features: the ice is coffee too!

I ordered an iced caramel latte, and it absolutely did not disappoint. The espresso was rich and flavorful, while the caramel added just the right amount of sweetness without overpowering the drink. I also loved that they use coffee ice cubes, it kept the latte from getting watered down, and honestly, I thought it tasted even better as it sat. The staff was friendly, and our drinks came out pretty quickly, which I appreciated. The only downside was the atmosphere. It's a very small shop with seating for maybe 20 people inside, plus 4 small two-person tables outside (without any shade). When we visited, almost everyone else was working on laptops, so it didn't feel like the best place to sit and chat. The music was also fairly loud and mostly K-pop, which didn't really match the coffee shops aesthetic and made conversation a little more difficult. Parking was probably my biggest complaint. There are only four dedicated parking spots, and the surrounding residential street parking was completely packed. I ended up parking in the chicken restaurant's lot across the street. Overall, I'd definitely come back for the coffee, it was genuinely one of the better iced caramel lattes I've had. If you're looking to grab a quality drink to go, I'd highly recommend it. Just be prepared for limited seating and a challenging parking situation.

It was a little tricky to find at first because the GPS takes you to the Bungalows A, but they're actually located in Bungalows E and share the space with a skincare shop -- once you find it, it's totally worth it. The service was 10/10. The owners were incredibly kind and took the time to walk me through step-by-step how to make my favorite drink at home. I was even able to purchase the loose-leaf tea to recreate it myself! They had actually discontinued that particular tea, but he still helped me out, which I truly appreciated. I tried the Banana Nut Latte and it is SO good. It's an herbal tea-based drink, super flavorful and cozy. I also love that you can customize your sweetness level or keep it completely sugar-free. Highly recommend for anyone who loves quality loose-leaf teas and genuinely amazing customer service. I'll definitely be back!
