Outstanding service AND customer service! If anyone thinks they discovered mold in their home at the worst possible time, you might want to rethink that after hearing of our experience. We had just accepted an offer on our house, and the escrow had started on a Friday. The following night, a pipe burst in one of the bathrooms. We found a plumber who was able and willing to come on a Sunday, but unfortunately all his work resulted in opening up walls due to the old plumbing (the pipes were basically crumbling in his hands!) Immediately, we smelled and saw what looked like MOLD, ugh. To know for sure how bad things were, we called MTS and scheduled an appointment. Thankfully, they were able to send someone the very next day! This is when we met Heidi, who was amazing. I mean, when you have a job like hers, you can't expect to be meeting many happy customers... I know I had been a basket case for days... And perhaps because she knew we were a couple in distress, due to this mishap, Heidi was so kind, so helpful, so personable. She went above and beyond to comfort us and remind us we were not alone. That these things happen. That these things can get fixed. That not all mold is super bad. She could have just done her job without talking to either of us.
