Wow! I have seriously never experienced better customer service and care like I have at this place...and I never even initially had my orthodontic treatment here! I had issues with my upper permanent retainer's glue coming off, and eventually the wire thinning itself to nothing. I got my upper retainer fixed here several times, and they were so kind to make me new retainers for the adjusted fit. Eventually however, as I stated above, the wire thinned down to nothing, resulting in 1 tooth shifting and leaving a gap. Dr. Rick was the one who had been repairing my retainer, and when I returned with a gap, he took the responsibility of not only fixing my retainer, but shifting my tooth back to where it was, since I hadn't had a gap there before. Most businesses nowadays are very money driven and not as much patient-care driven. Dr. Rick is really kind and honest, and makes you feel cared for and important. I feel really comfortable around him and I noticed that he's very attentive to detail and pays close attention to teeth (you'd be surprised that not all dentists or orthodontists do). He is also very funny and lightens the mood a lot. He is fun to talk to and has such positive energy. I've never experienced such high-quality care and customer service from any dentist or orthodontist before. Dr. Rick (and Molen Orthodontics as a whole), clearly values integrity and sincerity. Even though I didn't have my orthodontic treatment here initially, I wish I had. This is the only place I'll ever go to for retainer adjustments, and recommend everyone to get their braces here, based on the amazing and top-quality service I've had, and clearly others. I rarely leave reviews, but I was blown away by how different this place is in their approach. My sister will be getting her braces here. 10 out of 5 stars!! I'd leave more stars if I could. I brought my nine year old daughter in to come up with a plan to straighten her teeth. After the first exam Dr. Molen pointed out that my daughter couldn't breathe and probably wasn't sleeping due to her enormous tonsils and adenoids. Little did he know, I had been worried that my daughter was suffering from ADD. This last year her grades dropped, her socccer coach was upset with her, and when I spoke to her she wouldn't respond. It was like Rylee was constantly in a fog, I literally had the ADD questionnaire in my purse to give to Rylee's Primary Dr. at the first exam. Dr. Molen explained that ADD is a common misdiagnosis and he thought that removing her tonsils and adenoids would help Rylee. He also said that Doctors often say that children will grow out of snoring and that it's normal. Rylee's snored since she was a infant. It's not normal, come to find out. We decided to take his advice. My daughter is a new person with laughter and energy again thanks to doctor Molen!!!! We are forever greatful and will be life long customers! Yesterday we went in to evaluate if Rylee was ready for braces. She has to wait a year for her jaw to grow. I cannot say enough good things about every single staff member in this office, we have been treated with the utmost respect each and every time we have walked through the doors of Molen Orthodontics, beginning with my oldest daughters first consultation appointment. My son and I both have braces and love Molen. For my son, we went somewhere else prior to knowing about Molen, for a consultation and they denied him braces, saying that since he ha missing teeth (they never grew in as a child) so informed us that he would need to get dental implants first. We ended up switching regular dental clinics due to insurance and luckily they hooked us up with a referral to Molen. While there, I mentioned I've always wanted braces too and they told us about the parent perk!! They were able to work with us on the down payment and our monthly payment together overall wasn't bad. They are always friendly and when we walk in the door, most know us, so they tell us they checked us in already! The office is nice, where they have massage chairs, video games and a child playroom. They always treated my son and I like we were best friends. My braces are coming off in 2 weeks, sooner than I thought. Best orthodontist ever! I had beautiful but crooked teeth until I was 50. I had gotten appraisals many times over the years and was always told that I would need to have four and maybe eight teeth pulled to make room. I always refused to have that done. I delivered paintings for the PTA to Dr. Molen's office for years. Everyone in the office, the patients, the staff, Dr. Molen, we're always happy. I decided to get an appraisal from him. One of the best decisions I've made in my life! I told him my story, he examined my teeth and told me I wouldn't have to lose any ! Because he was going to use in Invisaligns to start, and finish with metal braces. I now have beautiful teeth and also a beautiful smile! People are always commenting on how beautiful my smile is . It's been 15 years and I'm 65. My smile still looks fantastic because I have in Invisalign retainers that keep my teeth in perfect position. Dr. Molen really does work magic! Dr Rick is the main one we see, and I hv been so grateful for his empathy and honesty, and being so available when we've had various crisis situations over the years. This company is absolutely amazing! The staff is friendly and kind, the atmosphere is warm and inviting and everyone is both professional and fun! I nearly chose another group to get my braces but last minute I decided to stop by Molen just to broaden my horizon... That was a fantastic decision and I haven't looked back once!! I had a great experience at Molen Orthodontics. I got my wisdom teeth taken out, and the whole process took only 2 hours. We were charged less than what we were told would be the minimum price for wisdom teeth extraction. The night after the surgery, Dr.Molen called to check up on me. The surgery was done so well that I was not in any pain and I didn't have to take any pain killers at all. The doctor and staff are very friendly and patient. Our son who has Autism has been coming here for a year in a half. And has been doing great with the get comfortable visits. He for first time allowed staff to do an X-ray. A doctor and staff taking time out of his day to give our son a chance to get past his fear for over a year now is beyond awesome. Free retainers for life! I had forgotten to wear my for a little while then a little while became a few months. Come to find out Molen let me come back and get another retainer made. They even tweaked it to fix where one of my teeth had beagn to turn. The retainer will get it back in place and I am back two wearing one of the two retainers they just made me nightly. read more
