These guys have that annoying habit of changing their name on grubhub so you think a new place opened, just to see the address for Molino's. I really wanted to hate my meal so I could justifiably flame them, but for better or worse, my cheesesteak was delicious and I just can't do it. The bread was delicious, plenty of meat, tasty cheese... just really good. My -1 is because that was not $17 worth of cheesesteak. I feel like I got a half sandwich I should have only paid $10 for. Maybe it was because of the branding on the fancy box it was delivered in... which makes the changing the name on grubhub even more confusing. But honestly, if it saves me a few bucks I'll just take my sandwich rolled in tinfoil over this box. read more

I never thought I would give my favorite place 3 stars. The food was catered for the home party. All garlic knots were burned... and still were delivered. my order came out to $7 and I only had my debit card on me. I was told I must buy another slice or he would not sell me the food. I simply said "no" and walked out. It was meant to be, because this event caused me to try Brooklyn Square Pizza right up the road, and man, I've been missing out. The staff is very nice the display of pizza pies wasn't the best they were all very then and all the ingredients on the pizzas looked dried out the cheese look like imitation mozzarella. But I order a corner of square pizza it was put in the oven to heat up when I got it, it was still on the cold side no melt to the cheese but I tried it. I do have to say I'm very upset with this place today. We order from the from time to time and we're planning on to order from them a lot more because the food is good! I get pricing for everything is going up but $17+ for a parm hero. We have the menu it was originally $10.99. Went up $7. If the pricing went up please correct your menus or tell your customers on the phone, how did you see our menu and let them know. Not let them find out when the man comes to deliver the food. I do have to say though and add to this review I was originally writing the owner is a nice guy. Also this is the best pizza place around. There food is quality and for that it's 4 stars. The food is not that good. I called to request for delivery and I live in Monroe Township and they said they do not deliver. So I said I will pick it up. The girl could not get the address right, 5-letter street name, I spelled it numerous times. Then I had to order my meal a few times. I also requested if I can have soup instead of the salad and they said no substitutions. So I said salad is fine. They said it will be ready in 20 minutes. So my husband and I picked up the food, We got there after 30 minutes. The food was not ready. It was only spaghetti with meat sauce and chicken roll (TOTAL $30.00). So i paid for the meal, I told the young girl I want a copy of the receipt. She couldn't reprint it for some reason. Someone had to help her out. So finally they handed us our meal. We got home, opened it. We did not get our salads. I called and let the young girl know and she said, we will give it to you the next time you order and I was not planning to order from them again. Ordered Strombolis, was told 20 minutes, arrived in 25 and when I went the counter To pickup and pay, they grabbed two old Stromboli's from under the counter and heated them and I was told 10 minutes. I assumed they were making them fresh which would have required the 20 minutes. Needless to say they were dry and the dough on the ends was like a rock! If their intention was to heat them up, they could have told me 5 minutes not 20. I've ordered pizza from here before and it was also dry with a hard crust. Bye, bye Molinos! read more

This is my first time ordering from Molinos through SLICE. The food was good however my wrap was to have mozzarella and it did not. I chatted with Slice and had to take a picture of my wrap to show there was no cheese. They called the owner Alfonso and said he refuses to process a refund or credit and that the wrap has cheese. Why the hell would I lie about a piece of cheese? I will never order from them again. Very poor customer service and response but I guess they don't want more local business. Always remember it is not what you say that people Remember it is how you make them feel. Alfonso you should heed that advice. read more

I came across the Yelp Gem as I was looking for something new. I ordered take out, the broccoli rabe and sausage was awesome. I followed it up with grilled chicken and broccoli. Again delicious, what made this even better that a non pasta option is offered with a sweet potato. I highly recommend that you stop in at the new Monroe location and try something new on the menu. I ordered pizza yesterday for family that was over my house. It was expected to be delivered within 45 to 1 hour. When it did not come after an hour and a half finally called slice which was where it was being delivered from. They stated that the restaurant never called them or called us to let us know that there was no delivery driver and the order was never picked up or made. Slice said the restaurant was unsure why this happened and why the order was not fulfilled. This was very embarrassing I had company over waiting for pizza to be delivered it was 830 at night by this point and our order never came very embarrassing first time ordering from this place I will never order again from here or recommend it to anybody after I've heard good things about it. I cannot believe how unprofessional this place is to not let the delivery service know or the customer know that this order was not going to come. First time trying Molino. Ordered online which was reasonably easy for pickup. Was told about 30 minutes but order was ready when I arrived. Clams oregenata were excellent. Chicken parm good. Breading got a bit mushy and we like the cutlet pounded a bit thinner. Very tasty and good sauce. Pasta on side with butter good also. To get the pasta the way I wanted has to call; couldn't find where to do that on the site. Will order again and eat there when we return to indoor eating. read more

Last night my family and I stopped in for dinner. I cannot say enough about Molino's. The food was delicious and the restaurant is bright, cheery and clean. The calamari with balsamic drizzle and the mozzarella en carrozza appetizers were so good. We then had pizza,thin, crispy, perfect, a chicken dinner and the filet of sole oreganta special which were all excellent. The side of pasta was perfectly al dente and the side of fresh spinach was cooked with just the right amount of garlic and oil. Our server Lisa was a pleasure and made dining there a nice experience. I grew up in Brooklyn and knew many excellent Italian pizza/restaurants and Molino's is the real deal. Cheers to Alfonso and his staff for executing delicious Italian cuisine. Maybe it was an off night. Went in last night based on positive reviews. People nice. Restaurant clean. Quality of home made olive tapenade also small chunks of parmigiana made me feel this was a good choice. It ended there. Wife ordered large salad and veggie pizza. Salad truly was nothing but iceberg with half a tomato cut in fourths. Veggie pizza was nothing special. My pasta y fagiole was comparable to bath water with beans.
