Very unprofessional staff and no communication between them. I have had my appointment booked for over a month and received a call 30 mins before my appointment to cancel because they didn't receive information from my oral surgeon. No staff made it clear or stressed the importance of receiving this information. The staff then blame it on me saying it was "my responsibility" when they had over a month to see if they had everything they needed. The dentists are fine but staff communication is poor and very unprofessional. I am a medical professional and this was a very frustrating experience. read more

Mollner Dentistry has been magnificent! I have been a patient for about a year now and all of my visits have been fantastic! Their staff is very welcoming and warm! Being the dentist, I don't go as frequently as I should. They didn't make me feel bad about the delinquency between appointments. They also did a good job pointing out what needed attention. I had my second cleaning with them less than a week before my wedding. While sitting in the chair, I decided I wanted whiter teeth for my wedding photos. They have whitening service that is reduced if you have been a patient before. They understood the urgency behind starting & completing the process of whitening and rushed to get molds done and even followed-up with an after hour call to make sure I didn't have any questions. My wife was very happy with the decision and even happier with the results! Finally, their location is great. It is convenient and they have lots of parking readily available. Mollner Dentristy is the best. They are ready for you when you get there their office is beautiful,and the people are super friendly. They have thought of everything to ensure a pleasent experience. They return calls quickly and their service is awesome. They were able to print up a treatment plan including my cost's with my insurance while I was walking from the chair to the front (About 30 seconds). The best dentist office I have ever been to. I have always hated going to the dentist and after 42 years I finally found a dentist that i feel comfortable with. They are extremely detailed and I never felt rushed. There was never a time during my appointment that I didn't know what they were doing. They explained everything as they were doing it. Great office, great people and high tech tools with a reasonable cost! I feel bad for the people that had a bad experience with this office! This, by far, has been the best group of dentists I've worked with in my entire life. Now I know, that's a hefty statement to back up. I have genetically soft teeth, which means I've had a lot, and this is not an understatement, a lot of work done in my mouth my entire life. This office/group of dentists aren't like the others in that they are actively trying to help you and provide you tools to prevent cavities. The other 3 dentists I've had in the past have been very good with the work they do, but they just patched the problems, never tried alternate ways of prevemtative treatment. After my first visit, I was prescribed floride toothpaste (yeah that's a thing... and it's way stronger than OTC solutions), and they even gave me a veneer floride treatment that I could self apply after 3 months (between cleanings -- you know, that stuff you can only get at the dentist) --- neither of these things have EVER been suggested to me in the past. I just went for my 6 month cleaning earlier this week, and as usual, expected at least 2 cavities (like I said... soft teeth man... I can only do so much) ... turns out I didn't have any new cavities, and the ones that they had a eye on were not getting larger and we actually recalcifing. That was a first time, in a long time, that I didn't have any cavities between cleanings. Highly reccomend any of the 3, as I've worked with all of them and they are all extremely good. Now, when I make an appointment, I don't mind who I end up seeing because I know I'll get the same level of care regardless. Give em a try! read more

I haven't been to the dentist in a few years and was pretty worried about how things were, but she explained my oral health to me really well and I on track now to having really healthy teeth. Front desk wasn't super friendly. Was told I needed $1500 worth of work done, got a second opinion and I simply needed one filling. Seems they pride themselves on the high tech office but are over diagnosing as to pay for it. My experience with Mollner Dentistry was terrible. I had to go in multiple times to have the accusal bite plate adjusted and was finally given a refund. I had a large filling done there and my mouth was never the same. No one seemed to care that I was in pain. After a horrendous infection set in I was not given proper pain meds twice and I can't tell you the number of times I had to drive there. I suffered real pain I have not known for three days! until I had an emergency root canal somewhere else. This place really needs to step it up. The care is not worth the money they charge to keep up the appearance. read more

I was able to schedule an appointment for a consultation and a quote easy. They did x-rays and went over the condition of my teeth. I think the office setting is ok, considering it is a fancy shmancy high rise downtown. The dental assistant was nice and very personable with me and I wasn't rushed through the process. I met with the dentist and yes she's very nice and professional but she really wasn't able to talk to me in specifics about my case. I can understand because they're more of a general dentist who is able to provide some orthodontic treatments. Not necessarily a specialist in that field. Dr Rena was able to clearly tell me problems I could be facing if I were to ignore my widom teeth . I didn't experience any pain or discomfort with my widom teeth however, after talking with her I knew I needed to address this head on . I appreciated their honesty, but I was let down knowing I couldn't get what I needed accomplished with them. read more

Beware! Don't be fooled by that gorgeous office. It comes at a price. I moved to Denver a little over a year ago and went to Dr. Ben Mollner. I never had any cavities and have excellent hygiene. My prior dentists were always amazed with my teeth. On my first visit, Dr. Mollner told me a number of teeth needed to be "watched." He also used a camera device (used before my teeth were cleaned) and told me that I had an enamel defect on one of my upper teeth. I was a bit skeptical, but I went ahead and followed Dr. Mollner 's advice to fill it. It was my very first filling ever. He seemed surprised when I told him this; however, simply from looking at my teeth and x-rays, he should have known. When I went back for a cleaning 6 months later, Dr. Mollner told me that I needed to have a similar filling on the same tooth on the other side of my mouth. He suggested I do it before the end of the year since I had already paid my insurance deductible for the year. I was now highly doubtful this was necessary and never went back. I've now seen a highly regarded Denver dentist and was told that there is no decay in the tooth at issue and that a filling is unnecessary. The tooth simply has a deep groove, and with continued good hygiene, I shouldn't have any issues. While my new dentist cannot say for sure whether or not the first filling was necessary, my belief is that is was not. That tooth now has periodic sensitivity and likely will never be the same. I've also learned that the type of camera used by Dr. Mollner is not an accurate way to diagnose decay and can be misused and manipulated by dentists who do not act in the best interests of their patients. Shame on Dr. Mollner for caring more about money than my best interests. I've only had wonderful dentists and am saddened that I made the mistake of choosing Mollner Dentistry when I moved here. Always trust your gut and get a second opinion!!! read more

The office is pretty sleek with all new equipment, good parking right at the entrance and the building is brand new. The dentist is very personable and sweet, the staff was helpful in accommodating my appointment needs and I felt very comfortable here. I was coming for a 2nd opinion on some extra dental work I'm needing and I left feeling very educated. My husband has been here as well and has had a few fillings done, as well as invisalign treatment and also really likes Dr Mollner. read more
