Kumquat lemon tea with basil seeds (50% sugar, less ice): 5/5 Knocked off a star because I originally came in wanting a honey milk green tea with honey boba. Not only was the honey milk green tea no longer an option on the kiosk, they also didn't have honey boba ready despite already having been open for about an hour and a half. Was in the area and in major need of caffeine for my drive back so I ordered the Rose Oolong Milk Tea. It was Saturday around 5:30pm and wanted to order food, but the kitchen was closed. The service was fine and quick. The tea was pretty strong and it did its job. I got the drink unsweetened and the boba wasn't too sweet either. Drinks are just as good as always. Usually drinks/food are less delicious as this is a late night order, nearing the end of the batch/day but the drinks were spectacular. The cheese balls were something new that I've never tried so this was a nice experience as well. Perfect late night snack but certainly not the top choice of snack. Good spot for tea but the parking is terrible. Rating is based on the quality of tea and service. However, this plaza has too many shops and not enough parking spots so we went around several times before we could park. While the tea is pretty good, probably would not be coming back as there are equally as good tea shops in the area. read more

My cousins and I went to R&B Tea after a bit of dinner next door on a Monday night. Most of the tables were filled when we went in. There are two screens for ordering, which made the ordering process pretty quick. I would say the drinks are pretty standard for a boba tea shop. The strawberry stormy was icy and refreshing. The Thai tea was a solid Thai milk tea. I ordered the matcha hazelnut because I think that's such a rare combo and was pleasantly surprised it worked together. They have a bunch of mini claw machines that provide a ton of entertainment. It's a dollar a token and we actually won twice (after spending $15 on tokens lol). I like the neon aesthetic of the decorations and the abundance of tables. The staff was really kind too. read more

Got their seasonal drink, which was the fresh taro matcha latte and it lives up to my expectations. The drink wasn't overly sweet, it was just perfect. The taste of actual taro (not their artificial taro flavor) definitely hits the spot. Service is good, didn't have any issues at all and the place is not too loud, it's good for me to study there. read more

It was just the right amount of sweetness and I really enjoyed how refreshing it was! Loved the huge chunks of watermelon, orange, and lemon slices inside! Definitely a must! This was 9/10 The Taro Matcha Latte ($7.90) was just ok. The matcha was not as strong as I was expecting but I really enjoyed how it consisted of real chunks of taro! The taro was very delicious and not too sweet. This was 7/10 The Brown Sugar Boba Milk ($6.90) was a bit too sweet even with sugar adjusted to 25%. The boba was quite soft and chewy. The tea was not too strong so this was 7/10. Overall, I really enjoyed the drinks here and the pricing was pretty reasonable but I'll most likely skip the matcha and milk tea next time. I've been a regular customer here for a while and never had a bad experience--until now. I placed an order on 08/31/2025, and while the drinks are usually consistent, I was shocked to find a moldy piece of fruit in my drink. This raises serious concerns about cleanliness and quality control. Are the fruits being checked and washed properly? Moldy fruit should never make it into a customer's order, and the fact that it did is extremely disappointing and honestly concerning for health and safety reasons. I essentially drank contaminated tea, and it makes me question how something like this was overlooked. This is not just poor service--it feels like a health code violation. Good number of drink selections. They offer various drink series and a few food snacks. I wanted to try something new that I haven't tried before. I went with the Fresh Taro Matcha Latte with regular sweetness and no ice. Unfortunately, I didn't get the taro flavor as much as I would have liked. I got the matcha flavor though. I don't know... maybe I'm just not a latte gal LOL. I may need to stick with their milk tea series next time. One of the few boba places open quite late into the night in the area which is a huge plus. But because of that it gets QUITE packed. Luckily we were able to get some spots for our group of 4. Ordering was through the 2 kiosk machines that they have and drinks come out reasonable fast. For entertainment, there's an arcade booth in the corner and quite a few crane games. I won some cute Haniwa figures which I have never seen elsewhere for those Kiddleton Kiosk machines. Yay! My friends drinks were all pretty good. Standard milk teas and a coconut slushy type drink. I was an idiot and got the kumquat lemon tea, half sweet since it looked so stupidly green. Tasted like artificial green syrup and sadly wasn't that pleasant in comparison.
