*Came here during their soft opening* DRINKS: - Snowy Jasmine: strong, creamy, thin tea, good amount of pecans - Snowy Peach: peach is really strong here, my favorite - Jasmine Matcha: jasmine is strong, matcha is subtle but comes as an aftertaste Parking in back and around the plaza, definitely better than their other locations. Nice interior but small layout. More seating outdoors. Pecans give extra texture and nutty taste. Definitely like this location more for their jasmine flavor profile (it's stronger and creamier here)
Surprisingly I have never tried Molly Tea even though they are quite the hype for the last 2-ish years. Lines and long wait times deter me, plus the Bay has so many similar if not identical options to try within close range. I finally decided to stop by the new Molly Tea on an early Friday afternoon. There was a small line of 5-6 people, so it wasn't too bad. They have 2 kiosks to order from. I wish that they were more consistent in providing descriptions for their menu items because it was hard to pick by just looking at images. I ended up ordering the premium jasmine matcha as it sounded like a safe choice and waited about ten minutes for my order to be ready. It was good- light and refreshing but also creamy. I usually stay away from the cheese additions in my drinks but this one worked well with the matcha powder. I would go lower in sweetness next time and maybe try a topping.
I'm so glad a Molly Tea opened up nearby! This location is smaller than the others but still very cute. There is less seating in the inside but plenty of outdoor seating. I ordered ahead on the app and got a Snowy Jasmine Milk Tea. It was ready when I arrived. The staff takes care to wait until you pick the drink to add the whipped creme topping. You can choose to get the candied pecan topping (highly recommended!) on top of the creme. Skip the insulated bag. I got them the first fee times but it's just additional plastic waste.

The other locations have very limited parking, while this one is located in a shopping plaza that has lots of parking spots. However, just like the other Molly Teas, it's very small. There was no seating inside, but there is some limited seating outside. Wasn't a big deal for me, since I was taking my drink togo. Expect a wait as usual. I ordered their new drink, which was the Premium Jasmine Citrus. You get a free Molly Tea Fifa pin with the drink (while supplies last). The drink was refreshing and I ordered it with the recommended 70% sweetness, which was good!
Recently visited this new location in Rivermark Plaza. The staff members are very friendly, but the wait time can be a bit long, even when visiting at 3pm on a weekday. Parking can also be quite limited, especially on weekends. My ultimate favorite drink here is the premium jasmine milk tea, ordered with less ice and 30% sugar. It is excellent and has a beautiful, delicate hint of jasmine floral scent. We also tried the matcha milk tea with white boba, which was a solid and enjoyable choice. Glad to have a location nearby to our office.
I was disappointed by a Molly Tea location in SoCal but decided to give this location a try. Parking was easy to find when we went. There are two kiosks to order at and then you wait for your number to be called once your order is ready. Since my milk tea experience was horrible at the other Molly Tea location, I decided to order the Jasmine citrus tea and it was refreshing on such a warm day. Service was meh and I don't think the drinks were worth a 40 min wait.
My newest obsession! I'm so happy they opened a location SJ because it's definitely more convenient for me to drive to compared to their Cupertino/Sunnyvale locations. Tucked in the Rivermark plaza, this location is definitely smaller compared to the Cupertino/Sunnyvale locations. Despite the size, they are very efficient and I've always gotten my drinks within less than 10 minutes regardless of the crowds. Drinks here always hit! My favorite is their Snowy Dancong which is just the right amount of sweetness and they don't skimp on the foam. I've also ordered their White Champaca Matcha which was OK but the floral notes were too fragrant for my preference. Definitely recommend to anyone who enjoys floral flavors though. I've tried other drinks from the other locations but these were the two that I tried from this particular location.
Molly tea is always busy so I was not surprised when I came and it was pact. Even when super busy, the workers are pretty organized and got the drinks out in a reasonable time, and they give out cute bags to hold the drinks and were giving out random prizes to people with their order to celebrate the World Cup (I got a cute magnet bottle opener). Jasmine MT is the most popular but I actually like the Oolong MT better just cause it is more sweet and flavorful while the Jasmine is more floral and light. Highly recommend trying it out if you love deep tea flavors! Overall would always be down to go back to Molly tea, I haven't been to a location I didn't like :)
Molly Tea another new addition of one of many boba shops making their mark. I came by on a Friday morning when it's not so crowded less stress less traffic ample parking plenty to shop around with so many surrounding business. Molly Tea specialize in jasimine matcha tea their signature drink. Placing an order is a self-service kiosk I chose the snow jasimine topped with whip-cream, crunched crushed pecans and sprinkle of brown sugar powder 30% less sweetness regular ice comes in one medium size. Once the order has been placed they text the number on your receipt. The staff were quite busy filling up orders but it was well organized. Am very impressed my drink was ready in a matter of few minutes though there were very few customers there's no room to sit though they do have a great outdoor seating would definitely be back!
I love this new Molly Tea location! Finally one that's closer to North San Jose & Milpitas and the location is great with lots of parking, much better than the others. It's super clean and new inside, staff are nice and work super quick to get your drinks and the layout feels well done where even if it's packed, the flow of people coming in and out is well thought out. I haven't tried a drink on the menu I didn't like, but my favorites are the Snowy Jasmine, Jasmine Matcha, Pistachio Coconut, and Peach Oolong Milk Tea. Really addicted to their drinks because I just keep coming back for more and more. Can't recommend this spot enough!

This was my first time at Molly Tea! I've heard and seen about it everywhere; but I've never made the effort to try since I don't typically drink similar stuff. However, it was a hot day and I just really wanted something refreshing! I believe this location is recently opened? It was busy but no line when I went. A lot of drinks were sold out. We ordered the Jasmine tea and the champaca matcha. It was soooo yummy. They had a special deal going around (ended on 5/31), where I was able to get a Santa Clara exclusive pin and a satchet! The jasmine scent is sooooo good! I love it sooo much! I would definitely go out my way to just buy the jasmine scented satchet. Anyways, I really enjoyed my experience at this location and the drinks were delicious! I understand all the hype, and will come back whenever I feel like going out for a bev!!

SOFT OPENING REVIEW! Finally a Molly Tea location with good parking AND it's a little more spacious than other stores! Staff here were quick and we got our drinks within 10 minutes of ordering. My drink recommendations: Premium Jasmine Milk Tea, White Champaca Milk Tea, and the Premium Matcha Jasmine. Personally 70% sugar is my usual sweetness here! But even 30% is a good sweetness for most people. read more
They're still in their soft opening phase at the moment but glad that they're opening up more locations across the Bay Area! This location is somewhat small on the inside but there's plenty of places to sit and sip outside and around the tea shop. It's located in a somewhat busy plaza but there's ample parking if you're willing to walk. The shop is located just outside the library. I came 2x during the grand opening bc BOGO is too good of a deal to miss out on! My go two are the Snowy Jasmine & Premium Jasmine milk tea. It's best with their recommended sweetness and less ice. Somehow. When I get 100% sweetness it tastes worse. read more
WOW! I attended the soft opening of Molly Tea and it was buzzing with people and energy! There was a line out the door, but the staff kept things moving. Someone greets you inside and takes your order. There are so many teas and options to choose from! I went with the Snowy Jasmine (ICED) and it was SO GOOD. The jasmine flavor was strong and refreshing. The whipped cream with the pecans was out of this world. Such great flavors and a fun experience overall. They also have cute pink reuseable bags! Molly Tea is a great spot if you enjoy floral, tea-forward drinks. The tea flavors really shine through, and it's a nice change from sweeter boba shops. I wish the drinks were a little more affordable, especially to add toppings. It's also almost always busy and takes a bit for the drinks to come out, and parking can be a hassle, so plan accordingly. Overall, if you're a tea lover, I'd definitely recommend giving Molly Tea a try! read more

Went today for their grand opening on 05/22/26! I got into line around 10am and by the time they opened at 11am....I was in my car with my BOGO by 12pm. So all in all, waited 2 hours for their BOGO and awesome cool Santa Clara pin. You also get to draw out a raffle which was nice! You could win tablets etc but I got 50% off a second drink coupon lol . The drinks are good! Definitely not my first time having Molly Tea but I wanted to check out this particular location since it is closer to my home. And much much more parking than Sunnyvale or Cupertino location!!! Yay!!! So you get to order any drink and get a free drink only from the Floral Fresh Milk Menu side. I got the Pistachio White Champaca Coconut at 70% sweet and less ice and it was PERFECT! loved the refreshing taste!!! And the free drink was my husband's White Champaca Oolong Milk Tea also less ice and 70% sweet. His drink was very mild and not that sweet. Was also really milky to me ..which I don't prefer. But he liked his drink. I would go back again and try their other drinks! Staff was efficient and nice! read more
The service was fairly quick. You have to order on the kiosk and then wait on the other side for your order. They have a bathroom by the kiosk. It is a very cute spot and I like this location a lot because it has more parking. My fave drink from here would be their Jasmine milk tea. They also have this cute cart for pictures! read more
What a unique and delightful experience! We ordered ahead and walked in through the entrance enjoyed the delicious aromas, grabbed our Snowy Gardenia Tea and walked out. Great customer service with a bright and clean ambiance. The tea was so floral and like nothing we have tried before. The jasmine whipped cream and toasted pecans were amazing. Totally recommend. I've seen that it does get busy and wait times can be long. I ordered ahead on doordash and it was quick. read more

You walk in and order from two kiosks at the end of the store. There is some merch you can buy as well. The tea was really good, one of the best that I've had in the bay area. It was quite crowded, even on a weekday, but the workers were pretty efficient. read more
Fun events and freebies for the grand opening weekend! The drinks were so refreshing in the heat. I'm sure you can't really go wrong with anything on the menu, but I enjoyed pistachio white champaca coconut and matcha jasmine salted cheese. read more
So happy they made another location, and one with much better parking! There's only a few small tables inside, more of a grab and go place than hanging out for long. Love being able to go to Molly tea on my lunch and not seeing a super long line. Ordered on a kiosk and got my drink within minutes! read more

Every time I'm at Molly Tea, I always have to get their Premium Jasmine Matcha, which tastes so good and always hit the spot. I also tried their Snowy Jasmine and it has a delicious, strong jasmine taste while the Peach Tieguanyin Oolong Milk Tea has a good, strong peach taste that I really like as well. I came here during their BOGO and I appreciate how well they handled the massive line! The workers were prepared, professional, and helpful. The line moved quick and we received our orders fairly quickly as well. There is limited seating in the store and some tables outside. I will always enjoy the jasmine MT from molly tea! I'm genuinely obsessed with this place. I used to think there was no way a tea shop could live up to the hype, but after trying the Matcha Jasmine cheese foam, I can't stop thinking about it. Everything I've had here has been so good. Even the straws somehow make the experience better l they slow me down because I tend to drink way too fast. Definitely one of my favorite tea spots now. read more
