Came here on a Friday afternoon and ordered two drinks: the strawberry matcha latte and the strawberry tiramisu. Both were actually really good the flavors were well balanced and not overly sweet. I also appreciated that they still fill up the cup when you ask for no ice, which is a nice bonus. The only downside was the wait time. It took about 25 minutes for just two drinks, which felt pretty long, especially since there were quite a few employees working. Not totally sure what caused the delay, but it's something to keep in mind if you're in a hurry. Overall, I'd say 3.5 stars, but rounding up to 4 for Yelp. Asked for the right order and it took 20 more minutes and she made one that's half the size out of spite and then made a third one that was only slightly larger. Shouldn't be this hard to make regular egg waffle. Tables are all sticky and they are extremely understaffed so no one to clean. A nearby couple waited over half an hour for two drinks. The Chocolate qq Mochi Egg waffle with chocolate chips and condensed milk was good and had a nice amount of chocolate chips and chocolate flavor. Their Icy Grass Jelly signature plus add ons (mini q + melon jelly) was light, cold, and refreshing. Perfect for the hot weather. The inside has a nice modern casual hangout atmosphere. I did notice that tables didn't look cared for/ clean. There were sticky marks on tables, crumbles on seats, trash on the floor, and the tray drop off area was full. I have to update my review. This place went downhill so fast. Each time it's gotten progressively worse. The desserts are still good, but this Ice Pudding with Q Mochi is basically a giant pillar of ice with things around it, it could have been a lot better without all the ice. It feels like I laid $16 for about $6 of shaved ice that it probably didn't need. What made my review so poor is the staff and the facilities. All the facilities/bathrooms are more broken than the last time. One completely out of order. The staff don't care about anything. They do not want to help people, they will not acknowledge you, and then will make you use the kiosk when you want to order. Even the printed menus don't match some of the items on the kiosk. All I needed was a disposable bowl to share the items I got, and even that was a difficult ask. read more

Waiting over 30 minutes for 2 mill tea drinks with less than 5 drink orders in queue is unreal. Ambiance was ok. There were some dirty tables and trays were dirty dishes somewhat piled up. Peanuts is a must-to-have topping for hot grass jelly (for many Taiwanese, I believe). Unfortunately they were soft type not churchy ones, although they were still good. The grass jelly base was OK. With the toppings, the dessert was too sweet. I am not sure if the sweetness can be adjusted or not. I guessed not because the staff didn't ask me for the level of sweetness. It is nice dessert in a cold day. Oh... it was quite a big portion. The restaurant was clean and bright, also provides outlets for people to use. I like it The staff was very friendly. He explained the difference of two types of taro balls for me to order the one I wanted. Its restroom was clean.
