This place is so good! Everything about it is awesome! Aside from the sushi being absolutely delicious, the service is fantastic. Everyone was super friendly and accommodating and the service was probably one of the fastest and most efficient I have ever witnessed at a restaurant. Right when I walked in, I was greeted and seated super quickly. My waitress kindly got me a menu and took my order soon after. I ordered the Dragon Roll which was sooo good. Very flavorful and fresh. I also got a basic salmon roll which was also delicious and a green tea (also great). Throughout my visit, I was checked on without the staff being overbearing. My empty plates, trash, etc. was taken as soon as it was made. I couldn't believe how well this place is run. Seriously smooth as butter. It took a total of 30 minutes from parking to heading out the door for the entire dining experience. Wow, lol! I've heard good things, and while in the area stopped by for take out. It was absolutely delicious I went back later that week! I usually go for AYCE but this place has such great recipes I don't even care if it's not AYCE, it's THAT good. My favorite rolls were the ultimate tuna, Jesty Salmon and the Yellowtail Jalapeño roll. The gobo crunch of the ultimate tuna was chefs kiss, and the masago in the salmon, YES! The perfectly spicy bits of jalapeño YUM! They got me with those from the jump. Their hand rolls are a good size, they have great sauces the garlic creamy sauce in the Irish roll was SO GOOD, I'd pay extra for it even if I don't get that roll. If it's quality over quantity you seek, this is the spot, it's worth it. I went to two other locations one was out of the specific fish I wanted the other had generic filler rolls full of cream cheese, shrimp, crab or deep fried. Got the Chirashi bowl for lunch when I was working on this side of town over the summer. The bowl I received was beautifully presented with fresh fish and a good-sized portion of it. I liked most of what I had but don't personally care for their Cajun tuna at all, the seasoning is overwhelming and the texture was hard as if it was recently defrosted. Other reviews complain about the service, but I sat at the sushi bar and the chef was polite. When it came time to get my bill, the server was nowhere to be found, but I was one of only two customers. Came here on a Saturday for lunch and place was fairly busy. There was 10 of us total and we ordered a variety of dishes. I ordered chicken teriyaki and tempura shrimp and veg lunch and was so dissatisfied with the chicken was it was barely warm and couldn't eat it as it was chewy!!! It wasn't cooked right. A couple of people also ordered the beef and it they didn't eat as well as again chewy!!! I heard the fish was good though. Nothing out of the ordinary here and doubt would come back here. read more

I reserved reviewing this restaurant for a while, I wanted to see the consistency of the place and quality of the food pre, during and post covid. The quality of the food has nit wavered and the staff is very attentive. Currently, no reservations are required and masks are required to enter the establishment. Right as I sat down, our server took our drink order and I began to order my food. Within less than 10 minutes I had both my drinks and appetizers at my table and the remainder of my meal began to tricked out slowly. Just as I would be finishing one plate the next was being placed down on the table. I ordered the miso soup, seaweed salad, Cucumber salad, eel nigiri and the screaming orgasm. The tuna on this dish is superb. Such great quality fish it almost taste like an A1 steak. The finely chopped Daikon radish bed the fish sits on is the perfect texture when eat with the tuna. I'm not exactly sure what their orgasm sauce us made of but can I just get a cup to drink it?! Please! Lol. But really it's amazing. This dish is what keeps me coming back to Momo. This restaurant may not be a looker from the exterior but what it holds inside will definitely make you a regular like me. read more

I always wondered about this sushi spot when I was eating at Babystacks or Genghis so yesterday I finally ventured in. The verdict? It's okay, not outstanding, but not bad either. For Saturday at lunch we found the restaurant to be pretty empty and we were quickly seated at a booth. I started with Edamame that wasn't good, possibly even bad. It didn't seem fresh. My other starter was a Green Salad and I absolutely loved the ginger dressing on top. My husband and I shared three rolls. We ordered the Mexico City, Hawaiian, and Shrimp Tempura. My favorite was the Hawaiian, but overall we liked all three. The service was mediocre. The waitress was sweet, but she seemed very frazzled even though the restaurant wasn't busy. We had to order my husband's Sprite twice and it seemed like she thought it was a new order instead of something she forgot about. After all the food arrived sans salad I had to ask for my salad a second time. She was about to take our order and ran away mid-sentence before returning to take our order. Other tables were walking back to the kitchen to ask for forgotten items too. I kind of felt bad for her because she seemed totally out of it. Maybe it was just an off day. We've been here on Sundays, and perfectly right before the lunch rush We've always shared the bento lunch special box - yes, they have lunch specials on the weekend too. It's easily splittable between two people. I've been trying their specialty rolls and I still have yet to find the ones I love. I tried Heart Attack today - which is basically jalapeño, Spicy tuna and cream cheese deep fried. It was just what I wanted! We were visiting from out of town as we do several times a year and was looking for some Kama in particular. I was in conversation with a good friend of mine who lives in Henderson and he recommended this place. We arrived for an early lunch on a Saturday to find the restaurant not too busy which was nice to us. We were seated promptly and they accommodated for my mother in law who was in a wheelchair. We ordered 2 of the Hamachi Kama which was excellent! I want to say even better than the ones we would typically have at home, but I think it was only because I hadn't had grilled Kama before. I'm sure I'd miss the crisp fried style eventually. Our waitress was quick to take our order and keep our glasses full and other staff were kind to check in on us during our lunch as well. Today is an example, it was pretty full with customers when I came in but they were all done eating, pretty soon there were only three tables occupied including mine. It still took almost an hour to get the three orders of nigiri that I thought was a start. My waitress threw the nigiri orders at me without stopping to ask if I needed anything and pretending not to hear when I tried to get a refill on my drink and order a roll. Usually at all restaurants, but especially sushi places, your waiter stops to ask how things are and if you'd like anything else. I might as well have been invisible. in contrast, one other table were friends of the waitstaff, and they got treated like royalty. When the rush ended there was no one from the restaurant in sight except a waitress that sat down with her friends to eat and drink a beer. Everyone deserves a break with friends of course, but where was my waitress and the others? I had to sit and sit and finally after someone noticed my dirty looks and came over with the check.
