I so wanted to love this place but unfortunately it just didn't hit for me. First let me talk about the good. The staff and service are EXCEPTIONAL. Friendly, super nice and just want to keep making sure that you're getting everything you want. Ambience is very cool here too....quality seating, super clean and cool on a very hot day. This is an all you can eat spot and at $28 bucks it's a very reasonable price and you can certainly get your fill here without breaking the bank. Lastly, the portions are actually on the small side when you get half rolls so you can experience a lot of different dishes and flavors. Now the "just OK". We tried 8 different items. The Monica Roll and the Salmon Lover were the stars of the show with solid flavor and texture on both. But the other 6 were bland and nothing I'd be running back to eat again. For the most part, the only thing that really came though on most of them was the sauce they had on them, not the sushi itself. Unfortunately, the quality of the fish here is OK but definitely not "premium" and lacking in flavor except for the sauces. In sum, I'd say that if you haven't been to some of the better sushi spots in town like I Love Sushi and Umiya and you find a couple of rolls you like here (Monica and Salmon Lovers anyone?) then you can make this place work and still have a decent experience at a reasonable price. And the service will assuredly be great and friendly. But when you rate a restaurant the prime driver of the rating has to be the food itself and that was mostly average, not great, hence the 3 stars. read more

We were too far into our meal before I started thinking about photos, so just took some quick pics of the aftermath. Been seeing this spot right by our house and saw that it had solid ratings. So after church we decided to give it a shot. It's $35/per person AYCE, gratuity included for our party of 5. Only other place I can compare this to is Kaizen off Eastern, and we walked away with a more favorable impression for ITs Sushi. While there were many good items, the highlights for me were the tempura calamari with a batter done to perfection. It was so good in fact, that we concocted a bite at the end of the meal on a hunch -- vanilla ice cream, with hot out of the fryer tempura calamari dipped in mango habanero sauce and the verdict... it actually tasted good! For the more conservative version, slide the calamari out, fill it will vanilla and dip it. Next favorite was the Chanel roll. A very unique roll with a touch of sesame oil and savory after taste. Very different and very flavorful. And the last favorite was the Alfogatto with chocolate ice cream. They add corn flakes which at first got in the way, but after they calm down and meld with the ice cream and coffee... what a great dessert! There were a lot of other good items like Hamachi Kama with hot rice, scallop skewers and pork belly too, KFC and a lot of good rolls and nigiri. Ok loved this place! As someone who doesn't like rolls with rice, I was still able to find so much. The food options were great but we loved the screaming O and the sashimi roll best! The people I was with loved the dragon roll and baked muscles. The atmosphere was nice and for a new place it was quite busy and yet the service remained on point. When craving AYCE sushi, my go-to place is Top Sushi. The quality there is very good, but the prices went up. IT'S Sushi, it's located in Stephanie Street, across the street from Winco, which is great because that's my supermarket that I shop at. Arriving at It's Sushi, the entire front of the restaurant is blacked out, so you can't see if anyone is inside, or if they are even open, aside from the open sign. Walking in for lunch, the place was about 1/3 occupied, we were greeted immediately, but it took awhile for us to get seated. Looking at the menu, they have the usual items, but also quite a number of items that Top doesn't have. Also, the lunch menu is $2 cheaper than Top. We needed extra time to peruse the menu, then ordered an array of items. We also ordered some udon, and chicken katsu curry. I was worried that the portions were going to be too big, but they are mini sized, so you can order more to try different items. The sushi is similar to Top, but the fish was slightly smaller, and the rice slightly larger. The quality was good! We like to finish off our meal with a little dessert, and the dessert menu is very limited, but just enough to top off our meal. I like that the price is a little cheaper, and the place is much quieter than Top, which can get extremely loud. We will definately be back! read more

First time coming to this place. I really love the decor inside. It felt modern and upscale. Spacious booths too. My partner and I got the AYCE (which was $35.95 for each of us). Staff is friendly. Food wise - I think it was just an average experience. Salmon spring roll: we shared this and both liked it. Baked green mussel: we got two orders. Very rich in flavor. Nigiri(salmon, yellowtail, tuna, shrimp): my partner got these and enjoyed them. Perfect rice to fish ratio from what I could see! Fried oyster: My partner said they were small. Japanese scallop skewer: My partner said it was just okay. Smelt egg: we had one roll each together. Really good. Salmon garlic bread: it tastes good, but the bread gets mushy from everything on top. Seafood poke nacho: not a huge portion which is nice. It was good! Grilled shrimp skewer: The shrimp are small and I was not a fan of whatever sauce they use on this (tasted like mustard or something similar). Mango habanero shrimp: seemed like tempura shrimp with a thick sauce drizzled on top. It was just okay. Fresh water eel: loved it! Had a great experience at Its Sushi! The service was excellent, and our waitress was incredibly patient with both my opinionated father and my baby who never stops moving. The first time we ate ITs SUSHI, we did take out. They have a great take-out deal with 2 rolls for $15 (and to be honest, the app I ordered from actually made the deal buy one, get one, so it was even cheaper than that.) Because our take out sushi was so freaking good, we decided to come in to try the AYCE. Walking in, I was surprised! This place is super cute and very well designed. I don't know why I was picturing a darker, more rustic place. This place is quite the opposite with the rich colors, fun art and trees in abundance. We were sat right away, even on a busy Friday night. There were only two of us, but they sat us at a 6 top, because they were busy. I appreciated this, even though I know it might cost them money down the line not being able to seat a bigger party. Our server was quick and efficient and very friendly. She made sure that we were well taken care of. The people running the food were also super nice. One of them kept apologizing he didn't have more to give us. We didn't mind that things came out when they were ready but it was nice to have people be so friendly here. And the food! I might have to say that this place is my favorite AYCE sushi spot in Las Vegas. I am used to lower quality at AYCE but that doesn't seem to be the case here. Glad ITs Sushi was open till late. Wr got there around 10:15 pm or so and wanted something fast. The restaurant is pretty huge and its an AYCE spot. If you dine here with friends, everyone either do AYCE or Ala carte. Some people who don't understand that should not go here. We were sat quickly at a booth but what's funny is this. I walked up to the front. A girl who was working did not greet me and kept her head down. She kept picking or scratching on the front of her head. Like either her extensions or hair was too tight. While checking out, she helped me and I think she needs training on service. A guy finally greeted me and took us to our table. We ordered our food quickly. Tiger Roll Shrimp Tempura Roll Spicy Tuna Roll Miso Soup First, the miso soup was cold. How the world you're going to serve cold miso soup. I asked the server to take it back and that I wanted it hot. He brought it back and this time it was hot. You can see the steam. Next the sushi. We order shrimp Tempura but we got a Tempura Roll instead. Whatever, we still ate it. But to me, I ordered a Tiger Roll which is similar with Spicy Tuna on top. Also had the Spicy Tuna. So both the Tiger and Spicy Tuna was delcious and spicy. Overall, the service was meh and the sushi rolls were ok. Had lunch here with my family on a busy Saturday afternoon. We've been to other locations in SW and chinatown, but it was our first visit here to Henderson. It was after lunch rush, but not yet dinner so we were seated promptly. The dining area was nice, but split off to 2 sections. Took awhile for waiter to take our orders. The sushi was really good and we were starving so AYCE was perfect. Only downfall was some of the food was not hot when served, like our shrimp tempura was room temperature and the mussels we got were cold even though it looked like cheese melted on top of them and my miso soup was warm. Aside from those issues, waiters were prompt in taking our orders and refilling drinks, plus the restrooms were clean so that's a bonus. If the temperature issues get resolved, I'd give them more stars. For the convenience, we enjoyed our lunch but have had better quality at their other locations. read more

I always make sure to go to an AYCE sushi place when visiting family in Vegas. This location has been open for just over a month in the former Enza Ramen location on Stephanie, expanded into the second space next door. There were 8 of us (including a baby and toddler), and we went there without a rez, arriving at 7pm. Although they were relatively busy (for a Tuesday night), we get seated right away, and wasted no time in putting in our initial orders. The menu is as large as you'd expect, with a huge variety of specialty rolls, along with the standard nigiri and appetizers. They do limit the quantity of "special" items that you can order, such as Amaebi, Ikura, and Uni (as do most AYCE places), but they do not offer any sashimi, which was disappointing. They also don't offer any raw Scallop or oysters (they're cooked). Our server, Ryan, was named in a previous review that he provided great service, and he certainly did. He was fast and efficient, taking our orders and providing everything we needed to enjoy a great experience. We definitely will be back again. read more

Came on a Sunday evening, and they are quite busy. However, they do have plenty of indoor seating so the wait should never be too long. Their indoor decor is absolutely beautiful, with fake trees that are really going to make you feel like you're eating under Japanese Cherry blossoms. Service was fantastic throughout the night as well, with a friendly and smiley server. On the weekend, their prices are a little higher, at $36 per person, and after tipping tax probably will come out to around $45. Thus, a little more expensive than another local favorite (sushi neko). However, their fish quality definitely holds up and is one of the best quality AYCE sushi I've had in all of Vegas. They also include an ice cream dessert per person. They also have many specialty items on the menu, the ones that are limited to one per person, but they offer so many of these specialty items that it becomes definitely worth it. Amazing dishes: - basically all their Nigiri - baked salmon nigiri - salmon kama - also literally all of their specialty items that are 1 per person Overall, just very difficult to go wrong with this spot. Ended up here with the Ohana - for lunch this past weekend. Have to admit, I was skeptical because it's AYCE - but I was pleasantly surprised. First, parking wasn't an issue. Lots of free parking in the lot - not going to speculate on how it is in the evenings, but when we pulled up on Saturday afternoon, there were spots galore. Keep in mind, it's also on a holiday weekend. Maybe everyone took off out of town ... Service was great. Aika and her team made sure we were well taken care off. Orders (made to order) came out correctly - none forgotten or missed. Refills without asking and clear communication about the restrictions as well as status of a few requests. By the way it's not a buffet line- it's table service or made to order. As for the food - other than my baked selections leaving me feeling like they were heated up as opposed to made fresh - I enjoyed all the "raw" fish and the fish to rice ratio. Some of the sauces (crudo dishes) lacked a punch that I'm used to however it was still good enough that I scarfed it down without offering to share (everyone ordered their own dishes). I enjoyed it enough that for $34.95 per person, if when I'm in town again and I'm wanting a fill of some raw fish, I'd make the trek all the way out to Henderson. read more

My husband and I took our 5 year old son here for lunch today. The menu says kids under 6 eat free, we have been multiple times so generally it works fine. Today i had all you can eat my husband got one roll and my son ordered teriyaki chicken. The bill comes and they charged for our son and instead of fixing it tried telling us they didnt know it was for him, the server asked him if he wanted rice he basically ordered it himself and its written on the menu. I dont understand how you can advertise that and then not fix your mistake and try telling us we did something wrong. She also brought us a box for his chicken which we always end up taking his leftovers home and they tried saying for the kids free you cant so why bring the box we didnt even ask she brought it before we were done. We can pay for his food but its on your menu and im annoyed you wouldnt fix the mistake and made us feel we did something wrong when it was clearly for him. If I had to summarize this place in as few words as possible... I would say MUST TRY. Apparently they've only been open for a month but the service from Aika was spectacular! It was truly amazing to have a dining experience where we were sat immediately right before a full house and received water before we even got a chance to look at the menu! While they primarily serve sushi (definitely go for the nigiri) you can definitely tell the food is very fresh. We started off with some appetizers like fried oysters and calamari and surprisingly the oysters were really juicy and packed full of flavor! As far as our main dishes came, we ordered lots of salmon belly, tuna, yellowtail, albacore, and various fried fish! The interior was quite nice as it looks very upscale with the fancy decor but the price for all you can eat was definitely not charged for a premium! Overall this a definitely a place I can see myself going to again even though it's a bit further away considering the food, service and quality is unrivaled. I've been to the Warm Springs location and also the one at Spring Mountain. I'm glad one opened in Henderson. Came here on a Monday (07/28) during their soft opening. We were seated promptly. Nun was nice and friendly. We came here for the AYCE option. Lots of variety on the menu. Not a long wait time for food delivery. Nigiri and sushi fish were all fresh.
