2ND UPDATE: We had a really nice deep shag rug, that we made the mistake of leaving in the garage where the (four) dogs of ours stay when we are out. They also stay there when we go out of town and a rather lackluster dog sitter did not let them out in time and they thought the rug was a great place to pee, for a few days. Anyway, after the rug had been rolled up for like, a year, I had Daniel take it away for super cleaning. Long story short (too late) it came back smelling like a new rug! Yay! Daniel was available on a 2-day notice, arrived right on time, sized up the job and gave an immediate quote, then went to work. In our case we had pet urine stains from a young dog throughout the house. He had a solution (pardon the pun) that was guaranteed to work, not only to pull the stain out, but to deep saturate and clean the carpet and the pad underneath. He obviously knows his business and has all the equipment a professional would need. The next morning everything was dry and the carpet looked absolutely brand new. We are completely pleased. A couple weeks after I wrote the initial review the company called me to discuss the cleaning and offer a second visit to retreat the odor/stain. They rescheduled and revisited. The second visit was much different than the first for several reasons: 1. The service was much more professional. 2. It was much faster. 3. The carpet was dry the next day. 4. It was a much less stressful process. I definitely have to give four stars because they really care about doing a good job. Overall the carpet is very clean and the odor has become much less strong. I expect after a few more days it will be even better. We would like to have our other carpets cleaned in the next year and we will definitely call them back when we decide to get the other carpets treated. read more

Daniel has been caring for our home and office furniture, rugs and carpet for many years. Our family of three includes a 2 year old, two dogs, and lots of light colored pieces we like to keep clean. The owner of Monarch, he always shows up himself and takes pride in his work. He is available within a few days or a week most times of the year, gets stains out most every time, returns the furniture or carpet back new and does this all within a couple hours. He even removed a nasty, but invisible smelly plant water spill at our office on short notice. After 2 years since our last carpet cleaning it was time - I have 2 toddlers and everything has been spilled (and vomited) on the carpet.
