I came here for the ribbon cutting/grand opening and it was so much fun! They had the dragon dancers with the drums and firecrackers! They were offering complimentary eye brow waxing and chair massage. I was able to do the eye brow waxing. My tech was really nice and she did a great job with the shape and getting rid of the strays. I came here to get a mani-pedi and I was very pleased with my experience. The inside is very pretty and clean. The staff is nice and talks to you rather than talking to others which I appreciate. I didn't feel awkward at all. While getting my pedicure, the massage chair is very comfortable. I wish I was just a few inches taller so I could experience the massage part; however, I don't need a karate chop massage on my head. They have a great selection of colors. I got a no-chip and it lasted for a month. Usually when I get a no-chip it lasts about 2 1/2 weeks, so I was very pleased by this. Everything was done perfectly, and when there was a mistake, she took out the nail polish remover and corrected it. I think the prices were on par with the quality you get. I wouldn't say it was cheap or discounted, but they do quality work so you get what you pay for. Prices have gone up since I first started coming here. This brand new place is gorgeous inside! I was here for the grand opening and they had a lot of good food and dragon dancers. The place is very clean with a big open space. I did try those massage chairs they had and even the short 10 minutes I was in there, it was very relaxing. They have a large variety of services and such great prices! My first visit to Le Char and I love their Organic Facial treatment. Le Char uses the Eminence line and it feels wonderful. Lee pampered me while she cleared all my blackheads. I look and feel great. I also received an organic pedi with a lavender sugar scrub, you can pick from a variety of choices. I also tried the full body zero gravity massage chair and it was truly relaxing. The salon is modern and very attractive and is fully ventilated with the newest purification system. I highly recommend Le Char for an awesome experience. It took 2 hours for lashes to get done, and they looked absolutely horrible. The lady that did them complimented me on how good they looked, but she had to be humoring me. Not only did she burn my eyes (my left eye was red for days), but my lashes looked horrible. She said my lashes were short so it was harder to do, but others places I've been to have had zero problem doing them and did a much better job. To top things off it cost $210, and lashes started falling off day 1. Blink beauties in Woodridge does them for $22, and they look amazing from there. Don't waste your money!! Go to Blink Beauties or elsewhere. Le Char's lashes ruined my own lashes as well. Horrible experience! read more

All of the staff took their time in making sure I was comfortable. I also got my eyebrows waxed and tinted (first time!) and I loved them, Mani kept them natural with the color and shape of them since she knew it was my first time. The place is very clean! I'm in healthcare and I'm very particular in cleanliness and sterilization. Everyone was professional but very nice and calming. Do NOT get a lash lift here. Money Is the name of the girl who over processed my lashes. Never rinsing off the solutions as per Eleebana instructions AND she processed them for longer than the recommended time for my very first time. That is unheard of. I don't think this person was trained at all but their response to my complaint is to oil them and wait it out and see what happens. Really!?!? I know how the process is supposed to go as I am a lash technician and wanted to have someone else besides myself do my lashes. MISTAKE!!! Save your lashes, save your money do NOT go to an artist that uses Eleebana as they are well known for easily over processing lashes. I have never written a bad review before, it is THAT bad. One of the best nail salons I've been to! It's very well aerated, clean and a large space so you dint get any of the chemical smells from the salon. I got one of the best pedicures I've ever had. Not only did the basic pedicure last for almost a month but my pedicurist provided a lot of great tips along the way. I've also had a facial here and they it was a really nice experience. Most of their products are organic and the experience was very tailored to my skin.
