I'm not familiar with many Chinese buffets around Buffalo, but Mongolian Buffet is definitely better than any places I have tried in the past. It's a fun restaurant to dine in. Saturday late afternoon was busy, but everything looked clean and tidy. I could see all kinds of customers enjoying themselves. Only one lady openly complained. It was too long, she thought, with no crab legs, but eventually she got what she wanted. It's average priced, so expectations should be adequate. I was actually surprised how tasty and fresh the raw clams and seafood in general were. The tray with freshly prepared cuttlefish looked impressive. On the other hand, the selection of sushi rolls was pretty lame and didn't taste anything good. Even the seaweed salad wasn't the best for reasons not exactly clear to me. There was just something odd about it. This buffet allows you to try a little bit of everything which looks appetizing and desirable. I'm sure there is something for everyone. Besides classic Asian dishes, I saw delicious looking roasted pork, freshly served and still steamy hot. I saw pizza, french fries, along with mashed potato and gravy as well. Hibachi is available, too. Just choose all ingredients and the chef will cook it in front of you. I never have desserts besides sesame balls which weren't available this time, unfortunately. The service was really nice. No single complaint.

Honestly not sure why the ratings are so low but this place is awesome! I would definitely come back here to eat and my rating is 5/5 all around for food and service. The place is clean. They give everyone gloves for the buffet so you have to use the glove for every touch point (plates, serving spoons) at the buffet stations. All staff are wearing masks. They have staff coming by every table to pick up even just 1 plate! They also have staff checking the cleanliness around the buffet trays and wipe up even the smallest spill. Also I watched 2 different families with little kids eat and as soon as they left, the staff was right behind them at the table cleaning up the mess. They don't want anything looking messy at all! Totally appreciate that. As far as the food, everything was excellent and definitely what you would expect at a Chinese buffet. The food was hot and it did not seem that anything was sitting around at all. Also this place serves sushi and hibachi all day! Very good options! Overall I recommend this place if you're looking for good Chinese options and you want a variety of foods. 5/5!!!

My review is based off of their takeout food, not based off the buffet. Their takeout menu is extensive but the food quality is what you would expect from a buffet place. No, I do not think they just picked what I ordered off of the buffet table, but yes it was low quality, cheap ingredients. I order the same thing from every Chinese restaurant - Shrimp Mei fun, crab ragoons and an egg roll. Prices were pretty average. The shrimp Mei fun was a MASSIVE portion of Mei fun where they added unseasoned shrimp ontop of when they were packaging it. It was very obvious the shrimp and the noodles were not cooked together. The flavor of the noodles was a tad bland also, but throw a cup of soy sauce on it and it's fine! They sure loaded me up with shrimp! The crab ragoons were pathetic. Like liquid cream cheese inside. No crab (not even imitation crab) or onions or seasoning. And so so so very greasy. It tastes exactly like a microwaved plain bagel with cream cheese on it. You know how it get chewy? Yea, just like that. The pork eggroll had food flavoring. It was a little overcooked, but overall it was alright. I don't know, maybe the buffet would be more impressive? But the takeout left something to be desired. I would stick with takeout from a regular Chinese restaurant for better quality food options.

Food never disappoints. Our waitress was so sweet. Ambiance of the steaming food was exquisite.

They have roaches and when told they said they sprayed the day before. That is no excuse. This is disgusting

They have roaches. When shown the roach on the plate their response was that they sprayed the day before. That is not a good reason. Are there rat feces in the back too?

Terrible cold food. I got a plate from the live hibachi and the meat was under cooked and raw. Very dirty!

This used to be my one my favorite places to eat. However, the quality of food has really gone downhill the past year.

Nice atmosphere and large selection, but would prefer a small spread and tastier food, quality over quantity applies here.

The food and drink are always exceptional. Whether you order off the regular menu or grab one of the specials, it's always exceptional. We've been several times now and gotten the cajun pasta, meatballs, fish of various sorts, crab rangoon appetizer, etc. Everything always comes out in a reasonable amount of time - never too fast or too slow - and is always solid. The cocktails are also on point with both the classics and a couple modern takes here and there. If I had to pick on anything (aside from trying to sell A5 Wagyu for $160 and claim it's breaking even), is the menu they put on their own website. Someone took a grainy cell photo and put it up there. Come on guys, some has the digital original. Just copy/paste. All in all, fabulous place that I can't say enough good things about. Friends of mine called to make reservations and asked for outdoor seating because the husband is undergoing chemotherapy and is severely immunocompromised. When told there was no outdoor seating they requested a table in a corner or away from the more congested areas of the restaurant. They were told no accommodations could or would be made. Shame on you! The food, the service, and the ambiance all become irrelevant when you fail the most important test: the ability to show a little human decency. Rest assured, I will never eat in your restaurant again nor will anyone I know. And your lucky my Italian grandmother is not still alive or I'd have her cast a spell on your heartless establishment.

They did not disappoint and I'd say they are in my top 5 favorite wing places for sure. We went on wing Wednesday where their normal hot sauce based wings were 50 cents and their specialty sauces were 75 cents. We ordered General Tsos, lemon pepper and their signature sauce which is like a medium franks style sauce. The General Tsos wings had maybe a cornstarch dredge which gave them a deeper crunch and the sauce adhered to them beautifully. I highly suggest those wings! The lemon pepper were a little disappointing because they lacked the zing that lemon pepper usually has. The wings themselves were crispy and delicious though. Their signature sauce was really good. A nice amount of spice without being too hot. They were also very meaty and crispy. Definitely give them a shot if you're in the area. I honestly cant wait to go back to try more flavors!
