Went on a Sunday night at 530ish, we were sat right away, but if we came later we would have had to wait a few minutes. The waiter was very nice and attentive the entire time. However, the food itself was not great. The bread sticks were extremely salty. The salad and gnocchi soup tasted fine. I had the create your own rigatoni with mushroom sauce. This is what I get every time and it was completely inedible this time. First off the noodles were cold, not warm, cold like it came out of a fridge. The sauce itself was so incredibly salty I couldn't eat it. We told the waiter who was very apologetic and went to remake it. I'm pretty sure they just heated it up because it tasted exactly the same when it came back, but was extremely hot. Another person got the chicken marsala, the potatoes were good. However, the chicken was burnt and dry so they couldn't eat it. They told the waiter and they took it off the bill. I came in tonight with a young lady I support with Cerebral Palsy. As we entered a young man held the door, the host staff was very attentive and provided a booth where was convenient for my young lady. The meal was nice, our server, Bella, was wonderful and so kind. The only thing that truly disappointed me was on the way it. Who looked to be a manager was standing at the hostess stand with a host. Both said goodnight while watching me balance 2 to-go dishes, a to-go drink and holding on to my young lady so she can walk steadily and neither budged to help with the doors. For a place that doesn't have accessible doors to begin with, this should be at the forefront of anyone's mind in customer service, ESPECIALLY when there isn't another soul in sight and you're the manager. I hope he didn't think we were making fun of him he brought me and my friend immense joy and entertainment, all three layers of him (with more Hershey on top) made us beam with love and compassion. We haven't been to Olive Garden in about 15 yrs. Because we stopped going to " chain " restaurants because we like to support local,family owned and operated establishments. But a family member was celebrating her 70 Birthday and that's were it was . There were 17 of us and we all had a great time! We all started with drinks , the favorite was the Italian Margaritas , delicious , it was on the sweeter side and could have used more tequila, but very enjoyable !we were all pleasantly surprised how good it all was! I always loved the unlimited salad and bead stick and the soups are good too. I had the chicken and shrimp Carbonara, it was delicious,creamy fresh good size portion , plenty of shrimp and chicken ! My review is based on experiences at other causal dining chains, in comparison to this Olive Garden. Obviously, food at a chain is never going to compare to an authentic Italian restaurant. This is our usual location for going to Olive Garden. We usually go every couple of months or so. The service and employees are always excellent. They are always friendly and very attentive. I would give service 5/5. I also appreciate that it seems clean and the bathrooms are clean as well. The food can be a little inconsistent. We had one visit where the pasta and sauce were very watery. The breadsticks also seemed different. However, our next visit (last week) was back to normal. I guess I would give the food 3.5 out of 5 for the inconsistency. The bread sticks were horrible, no garlic flavor at all and the soup was delivered on a freezing cold plate? HUH??? even the refill was delivered on a freezing cold plate. Every time we walk in, we are graced with an elegant, rustic warm decor in setting that's perfect for families to get together. Since the snowstorm is going to keep us from having Christmas Eve and Christmas dinner the next best thing is to go to the magical, Italian eatery they call Olive Garden. However, I have to take a star off because the table they let us to at first was really close together to other tables, leaving no room for my mother-in-law to sit. We tried to wave down the hostess, but her mind was occupied. I try to wave down the other staff, and I did feel a little embarrassed that I was sitting here with my hand up for several minutes. Finally one of the waitresses at the other table, got our attention. She asked at first, do you need your waitress? Then I responded if we could move to a corresponding table and she said yes, so we moved around 10 minutes later the manager came up and asked did somebody sit you here? We said no but we had to move because the table we were originally led to is to close and my mother-in-law couldn't get in so she said could you move to the table next to it because I don't have a server for this table, we were a little bit annoyed that we had to keep moving and for that I had to deduct a star However, our server was absolutely sincere, kind, warm, and welcoming to us, with my mother-in-law finally arrived. We ordered the chicken and shrimp, carbonara, seafood Alfredo and chicken Parmesan with of course, unlimited soup, salad, and breadsticks. Their breadsticks are incredible and their salad never disappoints, and our food came out pretty quickly to perfection. I ordered the chicken and shrimp carbonara. The sauce was beautifully smooth and silky. Rich, flavorful and delicious shrimp did have the tails off so that made it more pleasant to eat, and they were perfectly cooked and the chicken was perfectly breaded fried and tender and super mega delicious. Despite the seeding hiccup, Olive Garden will always remain the magical Italian eatery that is in my heart. Our waitress was phenomenal, accommodating to my one cousins vast list of food allergies, making sure her food wasn't cross contaminated. We took our grandson out to lunch after taking him to a local event. We arrived when they opened and it appeared that many others who had attended the event had the same idea. We had to wait for a table but not too long. We were seated and quickly addressed by our server. Having a young child we appreciated this as he isn't always patient. After our orders were placed our server quickly brought out our salad, breadsticks and soup. Again having a small child with us this was greatly appreciated as he really enjoyed the breadsticks which kept him happy until his meal was ready. I ordered the grilled salmon which was served with a large portion of perfectly cooked broccoli. I found this meal quite good. My wife ordered shrimp scampi and also enjoyed her meal. Our grandson ordered a children's meal consisting of chicken fingers, pasta and French fries. It was very generously portioned. I commented that I was surprised at the amount of food in the children's portion and that it would have satisfied my appetite. Our server and the rest of the staff did an awesome job of accommodating the large number of children. I asked the hostess if it was common to have this volume of children every Sunday and she said they had been taken by surprise. Even so the staff on hand managed to handle the volume. I highly recommend dining here, especially with children. The service even under the unexpected volume was exceptional and the meals were a very good value. She said there shouldn't be a wait and that we should just call about 10 minutes before we arrive . We called 10 minutes before arrival and we were told it would be a 30 to 45 minute wait. We went for dinner here yesterday, a Tuesday evening at 4:50pm, and only had to wait about 10 minutes for a table; they gave us one near the bar. The woman seating us was very friendly and told us about the mini tabletop display screen, and the games on it. The decor of this Olive Garden is very modern, I really like it. It feels fresh and has nice lighting. The bartender, Jesse, served us and he was right on the ball; friendly and quick. Always keeping our drinks topped up and serving us the Zuppa Toscana soup and breadsticks to start. Both were hot and fresh. The sausage in the soup could have been chunkier, but it still tasted fantastic. We ordered the grilled and regular chicken parm entrees with spaghetti. He had very quick service and a good attitude. I would say the interior of the restaurant is getting a little bit tired it seemed a little bit dark and a little bit dirty not in a good pub restaurant kind of way. The prices might've been a little bit high for the amount of food that we got. As an Italian restaurant I was a little disappointed for the amount in the portion size. The first round of soup and breadsticks was a bit underwhelming. Since we got there towards the end, we probably got the ends of the breadsticks and soup already made for the lunch rush. The breadsticks were a bit stale and the chicken gnocchi soup was lacking the spinach and gnocchi. Luckily our next round of soup and breadsticks was much better. On May 11, 2024 at 2:00pm was to be the time we gathered for a surprise 80th Birthday party for my Mom. We chose this location since my Mom loves to come here. One month prior to her 80th, I had contacted this restaurant to set up an area for 19 adults and 3 small children. I was told they could accommodate our party but had to confirm on Wednesday/Thursday of the week prior. I did as I was asked. Again, I was assured this would not be an issue but asked to call again the day of the get together, May 11 at 2:00pm. I did as I was asked and was told that our party would be seated as long as the majority arrived by 2:00pm. I called at 10:30am and told the same. I arrived at 1:45pm. I received a text that our table would be ready in 1-10 minutes. I was happy they lived up to the promise until the incompetent hostess of the day gave away one of the tables and stated, "We do not accept reservations and that we have to wait for this table to finish." There were no apologies. I just received a glaring stare that she had won. Meanwhile, I have 6 adults 78-92 years of age standing and waiting for a table. Not one of your employees seating the area cared. We stayed in the lobby area and held doors for your guests. We ended up spreading out to yell surprise in your lobby area since no one was seated. Does your restaurant even teach customer service. The point being that all of us have worked in the restaurant industry, nursing, paramedics, police, and veterans. We all know what good customer service is and you failed. Your staff did not even see if they could seat the elderly guests or children. The people waiting gave up their seat so they did not have to stand. Not even a glass of wine was offered to the birthday guest. What kind of operation are you running. Please do not make promises in the future that you cannot keep. Hire or train your staff for better customer service. Your servers were great but could tell they were stressed. read more

Never ending pasta bowl time! Had to try it, even though I'm usually not in the mood for the chain restaurants. Olive Garden is perennially okay with me, they have good food, good service, and decent enough prices. Service was a bit on the lacking side last night when I went if we're being honest. We were offered a wine sample which never came, we never had water refills throughout the night, and we had mystery game charges on our bill that took almost half an hour of waiting to finally be taken off the bill by the manager. So it was what it was and what I expected I suppose. Food was pretty good thought, I got fettuccine Alfredo which was good and their salad and bread sticks are always top notch. My friend got their linguine with meat sauce (I personally do not like Olive Garden's red sauce at all) and she enjoyed it. Overall for the price it is what it is, If I wanted more or better Italian I know there are plenty of other places I could have gone.
