Here's what I love about Diana: -She always makes you feel comfortable and safe about my body. Never once have I felt exposed, overly vulnerable, or insecure about the way I look or perform. -She listens and supports your personal goals. Over the 9 years my goals for fitness have varied from injury prevention (for lifting/moving patients), weight/fat loss, and functional mobility. And every time I change my goal, she adapts. -She is extremely knowledgeable. Not only about fitness and movement but her knowledge concerning diet/nutrition and glucose management is real and evidence based. She understands the influence of our mental health and how it impacts our physical wellness and she is adaptable to make your goals work with your barriers. -Lastly, (and most important for my personal journey) is that Diana provides NO aggression accountability.
