Chicken sandwich with a fried egg, moon pie in the background

Love this establishment, the workers there are so kind!! You get to order what you want on a self-serve kiosk, and they did a $6.02 sandwich deal on June 2nd that was awesome. I've loved their chicken sandos since I tried them a month or 2 ago and I wish I had been coming here before that. Immaculate ball knowledge spot, the moon pies are delicious and the craft sodas are refreshing. I recommend Monroe's to anyone who loves chicken.

This was our first time here and we weren't too impressed. Things we ordered: - chicken sandwich - medium spice level was pretty solid, no complaints here - 3 piece tenders with fries - By the time we got around to eating the tenders, the bottom was soggy bc of all that grease. I will say, they were very generous with the fries. - side of waffles - flavor was on point but just too thick Service was good, prices were fair, food was mediocre, at least they played good music!

I love this place, the food is amazing, we come here all the time but i've gone two times this month and their employees always have an issue with their cash is either they don't take cash or don't have any change or it has to be exact change other wise they can't sell to you, i don't know what's been going on but it has become unpleasant to come around more often, like i said the food is amazing but the service has become trashy and seems like they don't care about their costumers like they used to.

Great decision to stop by and try if you're into spicy chicken. It's a neatly decorated chicken house. At the Scottsdale Rd location, the walls are adorned with the mug shots of many famous and infamous personalities. The chicken was good. It was tender and juicy. I ordered a medium spicy (that's when you start to feel the warm) chicken sandwich. It was filled with pickles and coleslaw and surrounded by a toasted bun that rightly fit the size of the chicken and it's condiments of flavor. It was so good, that I helped myself to some of Liz's when she wasn't looking. Noah's chicken strips were good, but they needed some spice to it, he will learn. The krinkle cut fries were crunchy and hot. Noemi went with the fried pickles. One, they filled the basket and two, they were good. Lotsa pickles. Tyler helped Liz out with how the orders system and menu works. He was friendly and helpful. Great for a late time snack.

The freshest, juiciest, most flavorful hot chicken in the valley!!! This was the perfect reward for a challenging hike on a Sunday afternoon with friends. They also enjoyed the chicken and fries. The weather was perfect for sitting on the patio! We were a little disappointed it took over 25 minutes to receive our orders. We've never had that happen in all of the times we've been to both Monroe's locations.

Monroe's Hot Chicken was definitely a smash. I went with friends before going to a comedy show and we grabbed the regular fried chicken sandwich, some crispy tenders, and a salad (I know, I know, almost a cardinal sin at a hot friend chicken joint!). But we also ordered some collard greens and fried pickles. Took about 15 min to get our individual orders, you walk up and order at the counter, and they call your name/number up when it's ready. The crispness of the fried pickles was nice. It almost felt like they'd been air fried, they weren't overly greasy, but lightly breaded and crisped, which was nice. The collard greens had a zing to it, and we liked that flavor. Unfortunately we didn't get to enjoy the Mac and cheese (it's my fault) so can't speak to that but someone please try it and let me know how much they love it! And finally; the sandwiches... the person taking our order asked us if we'd been to Dave's Hot Chicken because their spice is hotter because it's a "wet" sauce. I had not, so that reference didn't help, but it did scare me enough to order the medium and not the hot (which I was originally going to do). Later realized the hot (my friend ordered hot and gave me a bite), it was goooood hot, and I should have stuck to my guns. The chicken salad came with greens, tomatoes, and I ordered ranch. Their ranch style I give it a 3/5, and I'm a particularly big fan of RUNNY ranch, and this one was easily a 6 out of 10 (10 being the most runny) on the spectrum. Good flavor, nice with the pickles. Containers were pretty small and they gave me two. The place was fairly empty when we arrived, maybe 2 guests, music was loud, felt fresh and cool in there, and there are tables along side the wall. Not a lot of room for big parties or groups but then again; I'm sure they'd be able to make some accommodations if you did come with a crowd. You have to go past the building and park in the back and in a garage and walk out. Not super hard to figure out but not as easily findable as I would like. Now that I know it's easy, it's fine. Overall pretty good, I'd like to come back but go to their central Phoenix location. This one is in Tempe and right off the freeway.

The music and vibe in this restaurant is exactly what you want from a fried chicken restaurant. One of the cooler designs on the wall with mugshots from every celebrity you can think of. The fried chicken sandwich was good this time, it's been better the other times I've had it. The bun lacks crunch, the slaw and pickles on it provide a unique flavor to the sandwich but lacks flavor. The chicken isn't very crunchy and if you get it hot you're asking for some spice which is why I chose medium. The fries are great. I know what you're thinking, "you're saying that about crinkle cut fries, Austin doesn't know what he's talking about?" I agree crinkle cut isn't great but these are perfect. They have an interesting spicy Cajun-esque seasoning and are perfect. I recommend going here because it is one of the better fried chicken sandwiches in the Valley!

Saw the advertisement on this HOT chicken and I'm all about spicy. I ordered their original Fried chicken sandwich Hot and some crinkled fries. Was expecting a huge chicken breast that looked exactly like the picture and being juicy. For all that meat it needed some ranch on every bite. Also I should have added cheese like my husband and the coleslaw was not overpowering. The crinkled fries were the best I ever tasted, crunchy and well seasoned. The service was humble and pleasant. The weather was wonderful that we enjoyed eating outside. Can't wait to return.

Ordered take out from here today, and I asked for the sauce of my 2 sandwiches on the side. I ordered 2 chicken tenders ($5 each, crazy) and all 3 items did not come with a sauce. Now I have $100 worth of food that I'm not going to eat, without a customer service number on their website or my receipt to fix this. I live 30 mins away, so I'm not driving back.

Pretty juicy fried chicken. Nothing over the top but a good spot for classic chicken sandwich and fries. Though not sure what really got me to want hot fried chicken randomly in AZ in the hot temp but glad my friend let me try since I have always wanted an excuse to try this chain out!

I have been to Nashville and tried Hot Chicken at the source. This is not the same......but....It is good. Its just different. Nashville is a little more saucy, this is on the dryer side of things in terms of sauce, the chicken is still juicy. That being said, it was an excellent chicken sandwich and the fries? oh man, the fries steal the show. Seasoned and cooked perfectly. Would I come here again? A thousand times, yes. Is this Nashville hot chicken? Kind of. If you are looking for Nashville inspired Hot Chicken, give this place a try.

The outside honestly looked like one of those cozy restaurants you'd see in a K-drama with the glowing lights and busy vibe. When we walked in, it was already pretty packed, and more people kept coming in after us, so that's always a good sign lol. The service was also amazing and everyone was really nice. Obviously we had to order the fried chicken, and I loved that all the sauces came on the side so you could dip and try different flavors without the chicken getting soggy. And the biggest surprise for me was the cheesy corn topped with pork. I would have never thought of that combo myself, but it was actually so good. Creamy, savory, cheesy perfection. We went pretty late at night, so parking was easy for us, but I could definitely see it getting hectic during the day since it's in the same plaza as H Mart. So best to double check before going!

After deciding on fried chicken, instead of traditional wings, it took way too long to place an order despite 5 employees (not sure if they were actually employees, it just seemed like 5 people running a co op and hanging out or something) being near us. As we were waiting for our food, we glanced around and saw many odd things like a filing cabinet used to store chopsticks and other items. We wanted to sit at the bar but half of it was taken by employees, boxes of shoes, really random items. After about 15 minutes the chicken came out. No sign of the ranch that we requested, but at least we had food. After looking at the chicken, it became apparent that they had brought us wings. I asked the employee if they had made a mistake, but he let me know that their fried chicken is all wings, despite the word "wings" never appearing on the menu in the fried chicken section. The saving grace here is that the chicken WINGS were quite tasty. The breading was crispy and the sauces were good. I could see how this would get soggy for takeout, so I recommend dining in for fried chicken WINGS. Overall, super weird place but the chicken WINGS are good.

It turns out they are right as every time I go to Raising Cane's, their chicken fingers and sauce are indeed the most craveable chicken fingers I can recall over the years. This is the Raising Cane's location closest to where I work, and I have enjoyed meals many times at this location. The service is also great and the food comes out very quickly and is very tasty. This location often sponsors and does business with Arizona State University as ASU is right around the corner. They have five combo options. My regular pick of combo meals is the 3 Finger Combo, consisting of three chicken fingers, crinkle-cut fries, Cane's sauce, Texas toast, and a regular fountain drink or tea. If I was even more hungry or prepared to share, I may have chosen the larger combos like the Box Combo (an extra chicken finger and coleslaw) or the Caniac Combo (six total chicken fingers, two sauces, coleslaw, fries, Texas toast, and a drink). They also have the Sandwich Combo and the Kids Combo. They also have tailgate options and extras (add-ons). I absolutely adore their lemonade with their small crushed ice, too. You should also check out the Caniac Club at https://www.raisingcanes.com/caniac-club. By signing up, you will get insider information on what's going on at Raising Cane's and receive benefits and surprises including birthday and member anniversary treats or occasional free fingers or BOGO deals during certain holidays. I once entered and won a behind the scenes experience at the Arizona Diamondbacks put on by Raising Cane's. I also once grabbed Raising Cane's at the March Madness tournament and won a national sweepstakes that included a wonderful gift basket and a gift card that kept me going for quite some time. While I try not to get it too often any more, going to Raising Cane's is always a treat and something special every now and then. I strongly recommend it for craveworthy chicken fingers and sauce!
