Prices are reasonable. I usually grab two salads to go. So far my favorite is the Cobb with chicken. My husband also likes the Greek with Chicken. These salads do great for lunch the next day. I usually grab after an evening workout. I order before so that they are ready when go thru the drive through. Overall, love the convenience and price of getting lunch for less than $7. One day I will try the lobster rolls. They looks good but I don't know how long the wait would be if ai ordered through the drive-thru. Love that they are no frills. What was on the website didn't match what was on their POS system so I had some difficulty so I had to ask for assistance. I had to go to the window after placing my order and telling him my order number saying I could not find peach the sparkling water. Could you add it to my order manually? He goes oh here. Hands me a plastic packet of this brown liquid. I'm like is this for the water cause yeah you added it to the water. I walked away, confused, holding it in front of me to show my wife. She asked me what's that? That's Terry's peach flavored for his water. She says you gotta be kidding me. No. Trying to have an open mind I'm waiting for my food. While sitting at the table waiting, I noticed that the tables have a sign that if you want a cleaned table, you must clean it yourself because because our employees are busy preparing food. It tells you where to find the cleaning products. I'm like you've got to be kidding. When our number was called, I've picked up the food and it was three separate bags not in a bag, but like scrunched up bag bags, paper bags. I walk up to my wife. I'm like well here it is. We head to the car and I said is the water in there? She looks no no sparkling water just a packet of seasoning they gave us before. My wife and my son both ordered sparkling water that was supposed to be peach flavored but we got one packet of this peach liquid that looks like sauce that we would put on a sandwich. We decided not to go back in. We went home. While we were walking into the house, one of the bags started the tear open because the sandwich is open faced with no cover or aluminum foil wrapped around it. And it's just tossed into a paper bag. My wife and my son opened their sandwiches of which we asked for extra meat. Which was $4.99 extra. It's a hot dog bun with lobster meat that I couldn't tell this was extra meat or not. We were dissatisfied, but my son and my wife started to eat theirs. Both of them said it's still cold. As if it was out of the refrigerator and then improperly cooked. Seafood improperly, cooked. I put it all back in the bag and then put it into a plastic grocery bag so I can carry it into the store. Three lobster sandwiches with extra meat two fries, two drinks that we didn't get. $65. Uncooked. I got my money back. I saw one of the employees wiping his nose while wearing the rubber gloves or plastic glove gloves for prepping food. Warning do not go to this place. read more

I guess you eat your float with a fork??? Apparently they don't have any napkins either because the dispenser was empty the whole time. Visited this location at 6:30am one day last week. I've seen people complain about the prices, but honestly, I found the cost very reasonable for lobster and our current economy. I ordered a warm lobster roll combo, falafel, and extra avocado, and still paid under $20. There are six small round tables, and you receive the order through a closed window. As you wait, there's the beginnings story posted on the wall with pictures of Angie, and it's a nice story. It's the embodiment of the American Dream. Service was very efficient and speedy. I think I got my food in less than five minutes. I'm not even that lucky in an empty burger drive through. No straws--the lids are strawless. I'm not sure yet how I feel about that iced coffee. The bread itself was warm as if toasted, but went slightly below my expectations of what constitutes as warm. The fries are interesting because I initially felt they were bland until I dug in and found the herbs and seasoning closer to the bottom. I've never actually had a falafel before this, but I think they're meant to have a soft interior? The exterior is crispy, which is nice, but the interior almost felt non-existent. It wasn't bad, though, but I probably wouldn't order it again. Overall, I did enjoy my meal. I'm a lobster fiend, and it's been a lifelong favorite food. I've been craving it lately, and I saw it on the way to my appointment this morning. After my appointment, I was looking around for restaurants on Yelp, and this popped up. I'm going back soon so pics to come but basically the meal 2 entrees a side and 2 drinks for $10, I got 2 extra falafels, a hot honey jumbo shrimp roll all for about $26. And the food is yummy!!!! Ordered online, told us it would be 40-50 min until the order was ready. Suddenly after like 15 minutes, we were notified the order was ready and since we live 15 mins away, the food was already gonna be a bit cold when we arrived. Arrived to see that we couldn't walk in and had to wait in a very long and slow drive thru line. When we finally got to the front of the drive thru line, we asked if they could remake our food, given the very long time it had been ready for. They responded with "actually uh, we just finished the food so it should be fresh". It was NOT fresh, clearly had sat in the bag for 30 minutes. They also forgot a drink and the sauces. The food itself was bad. No flavor. But not surprising that it tasted bad given the lukewarm temperature. I love healthy affordable food like Salad and Go and stuff. Almost everything I have gotten from Angies is tasty but I would probably pass on the fries and warm bowls if I went back! There isn't anyone who takes your order and when you pick up at this specific location you have to ask for your food and wait a while. Most of the time the mobile order time is behind and it could be 30-45+ mins to get your order so I always make sure to order way ahead so it's ready when I pick up! There is some seating at this location and a drive thru which some don't have! The only other thing I don't like is when you order the bowl is always dirty. I have to preface this by saying that their bowls and non-sea food items are good. I want to be fair. However, I ate something yesterday that made me want to ask the chef what happened in their childhood. I ordered one of their seafood sandwiches. It was ready fast enough for me to question my life choices. I opened this box to find...I don't even know how to describe it. How can you mess up bread? There is amazing bread, then there is non-noteworthy bread. I did not know before this experience there was bread that assaulted the senses. This was like a panini was bred with a stale hot dog bun, then dipped in water to give it a "I give up on life" soggy texture. It was filled with literally just shredded, wet imitation crab. I love Angie's. I'm not a fan of lobster, so I will be reviewing Angie's Prime Grill and their salads. This was my first time at this location, even though it's one of the first locations. I'm not usually in this area, but I was looking for an affordable lunch option, and this fit the bill. There was only one car ahead of me as I arrived one mid-afternoon. I ordered their Asian salad with chicken, half romaine half spinach and their Harvest salad with chicken, half romaine half spinach as well. My order was confirmed over the speaker and I paid via phone (reminder: no cash payments here). My food was prepared quickly and I was on my way. The Asian salad is my favorite here, the teriyaki sauce is delicious and I love the broccoli, sweet potatoes, and red onion flavors combining. I'm not a fan of non-green apples, but the rest of the toppings in the Harvest salad are nice. Best part is: any salad with chicken or falafel is $4.99! I love seafood and it's always so hard to gauge in AZ. I saw the good reviews for Angie's and have been wanting to give it a try for a while. I was very surprised. Lobster was soft and what I was looking for. I purposefully got it without butter so I could actually taste the lobster. I really liked it because the toasted bread also has butter and that was enough for me! I'm a very bland eater though so they do have different butter options to choose from. The rolls are pretty small with a little bit of meat so I probably could've eaten two. I want to come back to try more items on the menu. Very simple process. Walk in (or drive thru), menu is up on the wall when you walk in, and you place your order via tablet. They only accept credit cards because of this ordering system. They call your name when your order is ready and you pick it up at the window. More than one person placed orders on the counter for people to pickup and they were all very pleasant and said "thank you" as you walked up but you don't really interact with any workers during this process. There are about 6 two seater tables inside. I can see how it would easily fill up during busy meal times. read more

I didn't realize it was a pretty bare bones establishment, similar to Salad n Go. We got two lobster roll meals. As far as price goes, you really can't beat it. $13,99 for the roll, fries and a soft drink. Our orders came out quick, less than 10min. Flavor wise,I think I grew up a bit spoiled having gone to Maine every summer for vacation. So nothing will ever compare to that, the hot butter packet was good and the Angie sauce packet helped too, but on its own, the roll was pretty standard, nothing to write home about. Fries were about the same. I personally enjoy more sit-down (at least ordering thru a person than a kiosk) than grab n go environments (this one is small and only has high top seating which I really don't like) but if you're just hungry and in a pinch, this will get the job done. read more

This place is fantastic! Walked in and ordered on the screen. We ordered the Warm lobster roll meal and the Warm Snow crab roll meal. Both received fries and an Arnold Palmer. On April 29th we ordered 4 warm lobster roll meals. We brought them home, which was only 4 minutes away, and when we got home all of the lobster rolls were ice cold and the French fries were also cold. Maine lobster at Angie's Lobster in Tempe, AZ! They make it affordable with focusing on efficiency. With buying lobster right off the boats and eliminating third parties where they can. They have an extensive menu but I recommend the Warm Lobster Roll combo that comes with fries and butter. All you need to do is order with the cashier, find a seat and find spray and towels to clean the table and chairs, and pick up order when called. The orders are all packed up paper bags. The restaurant isn't large and had about 5 tables and seats; no fuss or muss. The prices is very reasonable and the quality is outstanding! Nothing was artificial or filler (eg. shrimp, crab) - all lobster.
