Listen just like in any business they're trying to make profit. You must understand that when purchasing a vehicle. Most people might not care about trying to fight for every dollar or incentive but I do. Make sure you have some leverage when purchasing because if you don't it could be the difference of a 28k car becoming a 40k (without any leverage) or a 28k becoming a 29k car (good buyer). They made their profit, but I got the best deal for the particular vehicle I wanted at this location (out of about 7 dealerships) so we both won. Customer service was good. I had just about had it with this dealership when I came in last week to get an oil change. I said to myself, "if this doesn't work out I will look for a new Chrysler dealership, even though this one is literally down the street from my house." There was a lack of customer service- follow up, attention to details and a friendly courtesy in my previous visits here. However, I was pleasantly surprised to be informed that the dealership was under new management. Di Thomas took the lead on my job from the start. He was courteous, understood my needs and even anticipated them. I received at least one text message daily updating me on the progress on the car. He responded to my texts quickly and thoroughly. He even negotiated a two day extension to my rental car contract when the part did not arrive as scheduled. (He told me that was a two hour wait on the phone to do that.) They have new technicians that were able to diagnose my ongoing problem on the first day, when I have brought in my vehicle for the same problem at least two or three times before (with no results). Give DiThomas a raise - finding someone that will go above and beyond the job description with courtesy and follow up is rare these days. I would not have recommended this dealership before this experience but now with the new management, I feel confident in their professionalism, courtesy and quality of service. read more

We came here to get a deal on a vehicle and got the deal we wanted. Harold who was helping us was very helpful and kind and funny and we didn't want to get the vehicle we wanted from anyone but him. We said we will come back to get the vehicle the next day or two when he is available and he said sure along with the promise we will be getting the same deal. We come back and wanted to close up the deal but Harold seemed like he was in a rush and wanted to go home and told us we could do it next week if we wanted to not be in a rush. we agreed and left and came back after 3 days since Harold wasn't in until 3 days. We come in after 3 days and we get ready to sign the contract and have everythjg situated until we see the deal, it wasn't the same deal that was given to us and promised all this time. So we talked to him and then the manager came out and harold disappeared. the manager told us we basically couldn't get the deal we were promised previously and i was so annoyed. Honestly, wasted our time and would never go back to this dealer unless i get a really really good deal. So unprofessional. read more

My first jeep was a wrangler, which was a gift for my 16th birthday from my Dad. It was the raddest jeep ever, a Sahara edition with four wheel drive that gave me such a sense of freedom. I was a super sad panda when that wrangler was totaled accidentally, yes it was my fault, and no I didn't get another car until two years later. Thanks for that lesson Dad! Anyhow, I have always loved the jeep brand and have somehow always ended up close to buying a new one, but always seemed to settle for a more practical car that would be cheaper to insure, gas up and not challenge my inner demon to do foolish things that may or may not contribute to the totaling of another car. After a few years of practical, I decided enough was enough and went with a sports car, which was fun for awhile. A Labrador later combined with a sense of wanderlust and a sports car just doesn't add up to a great situation. I started dating a guy, now my husband, who was and still is a die hard jeep guy. On our first date when he came to pick me up I was immediately taken back to the old days of cruising around with the wranglers top off, wind in my hair, and a carefree feeling in my heart. He had a grand Cherokee, fast forward to almost five years later and our lives have drastically changed. One jeep, a condo, a house, and a half a pregnancy later, and we are looking down the barrel of family car time. We had the talk every couple in our place has had, do we buy a station wagon? A mini van? Hell no, we aren't soccer parents, yet! A sporty Audi wagon? A Subaru sport wagon? I'm not sure I'll have the need to rally my future nugget to school off road. Then the other talk, are we a two jeep family? Hell yes. Jeep says we are fun, up for adventure, don't mind getting dirty and we aren't those typical new parents. The staff at Sierra is friendly, informative and overall great, they aren't pushy and they don't try to add on a bunch of unwanted stuff just to jack up their commission. If in the future we look to add another new car to the new Mom mobile I won't hesitate to go to Sierra. I know I'll get everything I need and nothing more at a reasonable price. read more

They charged my mother over 6k for installing a new wiring harness on her Grand Cherokee 2015 that she purchased from this dealership. Car came back in worse condition. It's barely even drivable with countless electrical problems everywhere all over the car inside and out with even new scratches on the paint. The mechanics were extremely dirty with oil and grease all over the seats and floor. We called the dealership explaining the problem and they were not helpful. I have been coming here to get my HOT RED Challenger SRT8 oil change services, and repairs for 10 years and I was always content and happy with the services done to my car, and with the customer service I received. This year I brought my car in around January and was informed it was transitioning through new management ( something like it had been bought out and there was a new owner) decided to leave my car because of the trust I had in this location throughout the years. That day I was informed my car needed a few repairs like power steering fluid leak engine air filter to be replaced. They also replaced some hoses. ( Now I had only brought my car in for an oil change). I was charged $527.21. Then in May, I brought it back for another oil change, again the technician without looking at the previous history tried to up sale me on engine air filter without looking that it had recently been replaced. When I told him it had got done there in January, he said. Oh yes, sorry we will clean it and just charge you a fee. He apologized and said that it was just dirty but they can clean it. I'm sure he felt stupid! I take in my car today for an oil change and AGAIN they tried to upsale me for all these repairs. Again, engine filter ( they said, they cannot clean it again and I had to replace it). They found another power steering leak, even though I had paid $527.21 to fix it in January. When I again brought my receipts to tell the technician that if that was leaking then they didn't do it right the first time. He didn't know what to say to me and felt STUPID! I told him then fix it at no charge for not fixing it correctly when I paid you guys $527.21 in January. * Although I know it's been 10 months. I am a teacher and stopped driving my car in March because of COVID. I am currently working from home. I don't know how my car got broken when I only use to go to the market, and visit loved ones once in a while. Then, he tried to tell me that I also needed other repairs when I wasn't falling for the ones he mentioned at first. I rarely write bad reviews but felt the need to do so to warn other people to really check repairs being done to their cars at this place, and also shop around for services they claim your car needs ( ask for them to put them in writing and shop around) who knows you may not even need them! In addition, keep all your receipts! I honestly felt like they were trying to take advantage of me as a customer. They destroyed the trust I had in this place for all these years!!! This is my first review for such poor service. I purchased my 2016 jeep 6 months ago and yesterday the key wouldn't start. Because the warranty only covers to the nearest dealership, I had it towed around noon to this location and the tow company told me it was a quick reboot of the computer since the key was not being recognized. simple fix. Upon receiving my car, service guy tells me he didn't know what it was and that he would keep me updated. I told him what the problem was, but (me being a female), he said it could be something more complicated not covered under warranty. That's when I knew this wasn't going to be an easy process. Over 24 hours later, no calls or updates, so I call and he tells me he still doesn't know what it could be so i told him it was supposed to be a computer reboot and I would have another dealership look at it. He tells me to hold, comes back on the line and knowing he's not going to be able to get money out of me, says the computer isn't recognizing my key (surprise!), and there's nothing the can do unless I have a spare key. THIS IS A JEEP SERVICE DEPARTMENT. I now have to find another dealership to tow and update this glitch. This is by far the most incompetent department I've ever had to deal with. read more

We decided to drop in and look around at the Ram Trucks today. Being mindful that our leasing experience at Sierra Honda was filled with misinformation and costly. We wanted to believe that it was just a one time thing at a specific location. And not Sierra as a whole. As it turns out. If you walk on the lot at Sierra and are observed checking out the vehicles. They will completely ignore you. Nearly 15 minutes pass and not one sales rep comes out to greet us. We decides to go else where.
