The first day I went in they had already sold out of them, so I got a chocolate croissant. It was still a good pick as it was delicious. It's a cute little bakery and cafe with a light and bright setting. The owner was there and she told me she would have the croissants for me the next day. I returned the next day and the owner told me she was still baking them and to come back in 30 minutes. When I came back they had just come out of the oven so I couldn't have gotten them any more fresh. I'm glad I was able to get one because it was delicious. I highly recommend Woops for its great service and food.

While there are many local options, I don't mind a smaller, lesser-known chain with quality products. Woops ships most of its goodies from New York and maintains just two locations in Arizona. Their flagship items are macarons, but there are plenty of options for a real breakfast. What I love: You wouldn't upset me if you declared these to be the best macarons in town. I don't know if I'd quite agree with that, but you'd have an argument. I am in love with the croissants--so flaky you must consciously avoid making a mess. The chocolate is my favorite, but I sometimes go with the much heftier almond variety. I'm usually taking mine to-go, but I do enjoy the warm decor inside and the patio seating. What I like: The occasional savory item like the leek and potato pastry is a tasty change of pace. They make breakfast and lunch sandwiches as well. They're open during pretty generous hours, so I've found myself popping in for a snack as late as 8pm. What needs work: The coffee isn't bad, but it might be the least impressive in the neighborhood, both in terms of flavor and selection. No standout lattes and relatively weak iced coffee, but still OK when the sweet treats are the star of the show. I don't think you could go wrong with a plain cold brew on these hot summer days. Overall, I like the product and I like the service, so I'll keep coming back!

Everything that we have tried so far have been delicious. I especially like their eclairs and my husband really likes the Swedish princess cake. Their pastries really do take me back to France (especially during this pandemic where I can't go back just yet), so I'll happily patronize the bakery section than sit at Ghini's and endure what they dare call French cuisine. Quelle blague!

The baguette is so so but it's better than some place I've gone to. Baguettes here is ok didnt get a chance to try other food here that they have. Service is not even ok. The person behind the counter doesn't even smile or greet friendly. Had 2 visit here and it wasn't good. Here they don't give receipt unless you ask for it ( I guess) because I always have to ask for it. Ambience here, you can dine in or outside sitting. I gave a 3 because customer service need to work on and the receipt should always given to customer and have their logo on it because that way others know what you buy and the amount you paid. Most every place should have their name on top of the receipt.

I also appreciate the store's liberal refund policy when there has been food that wasn't good for some reason. The store is also always very clean. Sometimes for a while they're out of the organic red lentil pasta that's the only kind I can eat, but I just started stocking up when they do have it. What I especially appreciate about this location is that whenever we've needed help, every employee has been very responsive, and for me personally the most helpful has been David at the fish counter. I have a challenging illness that requires me to be on a very strict diet called low histamine, so I have to have extremely fresh fish and meat that's been processed and frozen very quickly. David always tell me which kinds of fish that I've been able to tolerate have been delivered that day, and gets me frozen fillets from the back because ones that have been sitting out defrosting are riskier for me. It's scary adding foods back into my diet as I improve, especially ones I've never eaten before like new kinds of fish, and he has made this process significantly less stressful.

Between having ordered a customized cake to picking up cakes from their display cases... I don't have a favorite... each one has been unique and delicious in their own (ps- their icing is amazing). For the quality of their cakes, their prices are totally reasonable. They have additional bakery items ( cookies, pastries etc) that I have tried and I would rate those a 4/5. Good and comparable to some additional amazing bakers in Tucson. I have also dined here for brunch and I would rate it a 3/5. Overall service is great here- staff are attentive and take the time to describe the items. There is a line to order usually- understandably so when you see their bakery case! Indoor and outdoor seating available. Ample parking as it is in a strip mall.
