After calling several suit makers I found online, nearly all of them told me that there wasn't enough time to create a bespoke suit, and I'd probably have to settle for something off the rack with alterations. Jason was my final call, and right away I could tell his level of care and professionalism was on another level. He spent 15-20 minutes asking detailed questions about exactly what I was looking for and walked me through his entire process. Even though I wasn't very hopeful that a bespoke suit could be made in such a short timeline, his confidence and professionalism put me at ease, so we scheduled a fitting. A day or two later, he came to my place with a huge selection of fabric samples and spent hours helping me narrow everything down while taking incredibly detailed measurements. Over the next couple weeks, he came back for two additional fittings to make sure every detail was absolutely perfect. I can be pretty particular about fit, but at no point during the process did Jason ever make me feel like I was being difficult or overly picky. He was patient, attentive, and genuinely cared about getting everything exactly right. When the suit was finally finished, it completely exceeded my expectations. It matched my vision perfectly and literally fit like a glove. I've never really been someone who wears suits often, but working with Jason gave me a whole new appreciation for the craftsmanship and attention to detail that goes into true custom tailoring. I appreciate his great eye and understanding of menswear and fine details as well. I first visited this tailor a few years ago with a blazer that I had bought overseas. Because of my height, jackets always have to be cut down and made slimmer, and buying off the rack suits is a nightmare because the pants are always way too big in the waist and require a lot of tailoring. William did the most beautiful job on a blazer that I bought in Spain and even added special stitching to the button holes; it has been my favorite jacket ever since. Last week I brought in a new suit and some shirts to take in, and he did the most incredible tailoring job once again. I've had suits tailored in Rome by some of the best tailors my friends recommended, and honestly I think William is better than any of them. The shop is also decorated with antique cameras on display and lots of interesting things to look at. The whole staff is super charming and nice. There's parking in back in a small lot with meters and I believe the shop has a couple of parking spots of their own, but I haven't used them. I give this establishment my highest recommendation as a tailor and also the prices are a good value. Turn around is quick as well. The jackets and suits that I have brought here have always ended up being my favorite and best fitting pieces.

Sadly, most of the items were damaged, including very simple tasks such as shortening T-shirts -- which were also done poorly. What made the experience worse was the lack of accountability: no apology, no professionalism, and an overall rude attitude from both the tailor and the staff. The focus seemed purely financial, with no respect for the client or the garments. The team appears inexperienced, lacking both the technical skills and the understanding that tailoring and design are crafts that require taste, care, and respectful communication -- not just tools and prices. I strongly do not recommend bringing valuable pieces here for alterations, and I would not advise learning or training with them either. Design is an art, and customer service is part of that art -- unfortunately, both are missing here.
