The pizza is prepared in a food trailer behind the restaurant. Hence the name, "Moving Dough." Parking is tight, so I suggest parking on Waterman Avenue and walking around to the back of the restaurant, where the trailer is located. I went with a simple cheese pizza and a pepperoni, pepper, and olive pie, both of which were excellent. Both were cooked perfectly, crisp but not burnt. The only thing that prevents them from attaining 5 is the attention to details and care that it takes to make them true 5 stars. But again, this a a bar and lounge. I think it would not matter much if come here later in the evening, after you have been to dinner elsewhere, and want to hang out with your friends with late night snack and drinks. I thought the service was friendly but a bit relaxed, but again, if you come here to chill, being the "relaxed" atmosphere will not upset you. However, based on the clientele this evening, I would guess the food will be in the range of 3 to 4, maybe for standard bar food.
