It's been a loooong time since I've left a review at all but had to come back and update this. I'm still happy with my service! I've even started having EcoPro take care of my parents' house so they don't have to worry about the pests. Recently I've been working with Justin to coordinate appointments and he got my set up for their initial service. Summer months are particularly hard for us but Justin's always so nice about it & does a great job when he comes out to see us. Most of the time we see Steven for our service and his time estimates for arrival are pretty much spot on! I appreciate his punctuality and he's always got a smile on his face. He also listens to our concerns and zones in on those areas for us. Their job is not the most glamorous but you wouldn't be able to tell because of their level of service and friendliness. I would most definitely still recommend them for any pest control service you need! read more

EcoPro has serviced my home for a few years now. They are extremely thorough. They always announce themselves upon arrival, letting me know that they're on my property and will be entering my backyard. Of course, that's after the initial reminder by text and email that I receive as well. They start by going all around my house with a duster, removing all the cobwebs, etc., that may have developed since my previous service. They even do my fence (!) that is closest to my house. They also spray the ceiling of my patio cover. How great is that! I never have to worry about walking into an invisible cobweb. Then he goes around a second time and does a great job spraying the outer perimeter of my home to keep pests away. And every service person is so, so nice! They are very professional and friendly. We've called places all around town asking for help removing a wasp nest from our RV, including a national company, and no one else was able to help us because of the fact that it was located on our trailer and they are not able to treat anything with wheels. Not only was EcoPro Pest Control out within 20 minutes of our phone call but he went above and beyond just knocking down the nest. He walked around the entire trailer wiped it down checked for other nest locations and answered all of our questions. We have been with Eco pro since they began in Hollister. Now that we have moved we were delighted that they serve San Jose because there truly isn't better customer service and care in treatment. If there's any breakthrough through treatments I've only ever had to call and they would come and ensure everything is good! Update to Jon's comment , we wrote them to forgo their services if they were unwilling to provide an explanation . I provided copies of prior invoices but received no response but this very immature "break up" email. Also , let's "get it straight ", the so called"break up" email said nothing about us receiving a 33% discount . Another false statement by this company.. We used this company for 8 years because their technician was knowledgeable, not because of their back office billing or that service . Obviously a small company should be more concerned about their customers not receiving notices of any price increases instead of taking the stance they are taking . There are many other local companies that we do support and obviously we were willing to continue supporting this company if they would have responded with an explanation of invoices we sent them . Again , we received nothing back on that. Good luck to your company with that type of service. . I'm writing this review after using this company for 8 years . I made the decision to forego using their services due to the way they handled increasing our bill without any notice at all . They claimed they sent an email but when I asked for a copy of that email , I received radio silence. They eliminated services I was paying for separately then decided to not only continue charging me for that service but also increase the basic service without any notice . I realize that everything everywhere has gone up but this was a very unprofessional way to go about this . The bookkeeper argued with me even after showing her my service invoice and then their co-owner decided to just say basically tough luck , if you don't like it too bad .(short version) . Instead of apologizing for their error and trying to make things right , we got the oh well sorry you don't like it . Unbelievable. They need to just stick to Hollister. It's unfortunate because over the years I had given them many referrals. Very poor customer service and I won't be referring them to anyone in Monterey again . Raising rates is one thing but raising them without a notice or explanation is another . Businesses will not survive the competition in this economy with that attitude. All of those 5 star reviews for the technician are spot on but their co-owner, Jon, (who I've never even heard of in 8 years) and bookkeeper need to take some courses in customer service. The best pest control in the Hollister/Gilroy/Morgan Hill area. Since becoming a homeowner several years ago pest control is one of those things that is a must. We have been using EcoPro for a couple of years now and can't tell you how happy we've been utilizing their services. They come out on a regular basis and will call/text ahead to see if there are any current issues. They will come out free of charge to address any issues that come up throughout the year if you're on a service plan. We recently had an ant issue during the summer and they came out several times to address it. If you're a homeowner in Gilroy Morgan Hill area definitely looking into this family owned business. We signed up with EcoPro about four months ago due to an ongoing and relentless army of ants. Our service technician, Steven, was great! He knocked down webs around the outside of the house and sprayed the perimeter and around the fence line. We had rogue armies spring surprise attacks twice, but EcoPro was very responsive and sent Steven out to hit the spots where the ants were entering at no extra charge. Hired these guys to take care of our ant and spider problem. Came out once, told us we might still have an ant problem because of an overgrown bush in our front yard. No problem, hired landscapers to rip it out. Found tons of ants and spiders once the bush was gone, called eco pro out to do a 2nd service. Tech commented he found colonies in the areas he was supposed to clear out on the first appointment. (Made me suspicious he wasn't being thorough). He said it would take 15-20 minutes to do the areas I pointed out ant activity in, (again, suspicious he wasn't being thorough). Went out to water my plants this morning and noticed more activity in areas I specifically mentioned to the tech so I called and requested another service. The lady Cathy on the phone was pretty rude, Told me they weren't in the house yet, and I needed to let the ants have a place to live, even though we found them in our trash can. Should have gone to terminix. They charged me a cancellation fee even though I've paid them 150$ to do a task they didn't finish or have the integrity to do right. Literally run if you are reading this and thinking of using them. They just want their monthly fee. Complete waste of time , money and a lack of customer service. read more

Extremely satisfied with EcoPro. Our initial consultation/treatment was with Justin and he was very informative. He was able to break down what it is they do and what they use to treat pests around the home. Also he was able to explain what else it is they can do for us as add-ons and that initial treatment took some time. The technician that comes monthly is Auston and we are always pleased with him. Very professional and thorough. Each time I've spoken with him he is in a great mood and gets right to work which is something that we appreciate. I know it may not seem like a huge deal but him closing our gate and informing us when work is completed is always appreciated as well. At the start of each visit we are asked if there are trouble areas or anything specific we want addressed and they get right on it. 5 stars for EcoPro. read more

I forget our techs name but he normally services hollister and was amazing. The first tech that came out wasn't the greatest and I came home to a lot of missed areas and a ton of webs. Most important thing to write is that I was personally referred to EcoPro by one of their current customers (a family member of mine). If someone refers a business that they are satisfied with, that speaks volumes about the company in mention. I base most of my decisions of off referrals because the trust and performance is already established by a third party. Indeed, Chris and Dominic both provided excellent customer service and care. When Chris came to treat my property, he was respectful and personable. As well, he worked quickly and quietly (my toddler was napping so that was important to me). Finally, the treatment used, deltamethrin, is pretty standard and kills bugs. I don't have bug problems, this was a preventative treatment, so I don't have any comments about EcoPro's treatment methods. read more

The technician Christopher Dustin they sent to my house was very punctual, my appointment was between 9am and 11am and he was there sharp at 9 AM I can really appreciate when someone doesn't waste my time. He explained their company processes and procedures and then he began to get to work. The job was completed in a timely manner he asked me if I needed any other help he was even so nice as when I was carrying my garbage cans he offered to help me.
