Wonderful UPS Store, fantastic service, I went there today and Angela and the Boss were absolutely amazing

Worst ever! Not joking and not from one time visit. From multiple times visiting there thinking that i will be okay this time, i was wrong!! The couple always fight each other and their service is always slow. I expect some kind of AC for visiting any store during summer season, their store is like sauna!!! Never going back here ever again. I hope they read my review and be more professional with their business. read more

I've been using Montrose Mailbox for nearly a decade now and I've only had good experiences. I've taken passport photos, delivered both international and domestic mail, packages large and small. I've shipped big cases of expensive film equipment and delicate pieces of art. And they did a great job of packing everything as well. I've also used their private mail boxes for years and had them receive and forward mail without an issue. Highly recommend! read more

How do you give 1 star. The owners are so rude instead of HELPING they waved me off. They accepted a package LAST WEEK but this time they could not accept. The husband stood behind his wife and just piggybacked off of her rude response. I can see why this place only has 2 stars read more

I just popped in today to get passport photos done for myself and my 4 year old. It was super easy peasy! We were going to go to CVS, but saw their sign and decided to try them instead. There was no wait and it was cheaper than CVS. It was a win win! I'm not sure why the reviews are so negative! Their English was fine. Got what I wanted and got out. read more

Very rude service. I came in very pleasantly and friendly to fax a few papers. I had never faxed a document before and asked if the gentleman could help me figure it out. He ignored me for a while then finally just yelled at me to give him the papers. I'm not a rude person. I am very friendly and understanding. Therefore, it really hurt me when I kindly asked for help yet got nothing but angry and rude service. Don't go here if you need help on understanding how to fax documents. read more

Steer clear of this place. 1. Notary services - She was extremely flustered and confused. She obviously didn't know what she was doing. One person needed 12 of his signatures notarized. It took over 2 hours. She made us wait. I've been having docs notarized for 20 years and it should have taken 15 minutes. 2. shipping - While we were there, a woman came in with a small box to be overnighted to the east coast by Saturday. I know how much it costs to ship and let's just say that woman paid waaaaaayyyyy to much. They didn't advise her at all. In addition, the store is very old and outdated with no place to sit. read more

Poor communication leads to bad business practices. Beware here. We, who have used mailboxes for security and convenience for over 30 years, rented a box. What they didn't tell us until later was that they charge for holding packages. Never heard of such, and if they had shared that on the front end, would have gone elsewhere. The guy argued with me, couldn't produce our contract, or any papers stating the charges, though held my packages hostage until I paid extra for them. I would give no stars if I could. I should've read the reviews before I shipped 4 boxes to Japan and I paid $400 more than I had to. I was in a rush so I agreed to pay close to $800 for my boxes. I was so stressed out that I had to spend so much money but I had to anyway. The lady straight up lied to me and told me that this was the cheapest way. Went in to ask about rats on mailboxes, lady in the rudest manner mentioned that they done have any available and would not Let me have the rate sheet to even know what the prices are, she said to come back next month she might have an open box...are you serious, I have to wait for you? What happened to customer service and politnes? How do these people stay in business, wow the nerve. So sad read more

Okay, so at first I was not impressed. That was over a decade ago. Over time I have had a LOT of time to interact with Linda. She is very nice, but she is "all business" and you won't get anywhere by going into her store with attitude. She has allowed me to pay late, not come in for months on end, and never tossed my mail away or gone to collections. I realize that some people just won't be satisfied, but these are hardworking people who are honest and genuinely helpful. I have been with them for a long time and I plan on working with them for many years to come. As to price: if you want the cheapest rate go stand in line at the post office across the street and up one block. EVERYONE knows that. As to not having any mailboxes to rent - that is the same as being turned away from a restaurant who is too busy to find a table for you. Everyone wants to be here. read more

Walked into this place to ship a fedex 3 day package to Minneapolis. I completely expected to pay between $5 and $10 extra for the convenience of not having to go to the giant FedEx Center on San Fernando. I figured if it was $20 or less it would be worth the rime I was saving. The lady was very nice and gave me a box and then calculated my rate and told me it would be $52 to ship it. This was a 2-pound box. I knew that that rate could not possibly be correct. She wished me good luck in finding a cheaper rate. Which I did when I went to the FedEx Center and shipped my package using the same service in the same box for $14. So beware. They are most definitely price gouging their customers. The people at the fedex center were apologetic and most definitely asked for their franchise info. read more

Rude rude rude beyond rude and out of this world low class. It's a husband and wife operation and they both speak very poor English. They were even ordering me to stop complaining When I tried to explain to them all I have received as a "return label" Is a printout..... I'm a psych major and I think I know enough English to graduate and was told by them to stop complaining and go somewhere else ........ I left the store just speechless read more

Total disaster!! The owner (lady) gives me a different price than other customers. Her price fluctuates by different days and by her mood. I hope I can catch her in her good mood for right price for the courier service. read more

I wish there was a way to give no stars...woman who works/owns is rude and not helpful in the least. Went in to return something via UPS and she wouldn't give me a receipt. Wasn't going to leave $300 worth of merchandise for her to return without proof I left it there...finally agreed to give a receipt and then wanted to charge me $5 for it. Took my package elsewhere and dropped it with a receipt for free. Would never recommend this horrible place read more

I had to send a tiny package to Northern California and asked for the cheapest option. $21.95. I reminded home girl that it doesn't need to be rushed. She got sassy and told me there's another option for $8.95. I said lady, can't I just slap some stamps on there and call it a day? Fine, just stamps is $5.95. Needless to say, I feel she's a thieving meany and I hope no one ever uses her crappy service. read more
