Parking that I found was right outside on the street, however it's a little weird because if you park right in front you still have to walk around the whole bushes to get to the little ramp to walk up into the store. The planter is quite long so unless you want to walk through the full bushes then you have to go around. On entering my first impression is that the store looks haphazard and messy, but the staff helped me so quickly that I was in and out probably in less than 60 seconds so hey if they are good at what they do then I don't care how the place looks! I've been a loyal Meest customer for over 3 years, but this recent experience was extremely…read moredisappointing. I shipped an air package (tracking CV821430206US) on April 8, 2025, after a Meest representative assured me it would be delivered on time within 2 weeks. Instead, it arrived on May 19 - over a month late. According to the New York office, the original container arrived in Ukraine on April 17, 2025. However, there was an attempted theft involving 26-28 packages, including mine. My package was eventually found and only shipped nearly a month later, causing a huge delay. The package contained valuable personal items and a birthday gift, and the delay completely ruined the timing and meaning of the delivery. During the delay, I contacted Meest customer service multiple times. I was told the package was lost and under investigation, but LA office gave conflicting updates - one day it was found, the next day no one knew where it was. Promises of callbacks were never kept. I submitted several claims and emails, all ignored. I had to track the shipment myself with no real help. I also sent a formal complaint requesting a refund or discount, giving them 7 business days to respond, but I received no reply at all-not even an acknowledgment. To this day, Meest has offered no refund, no discount, and no apology for the delay, the poor communication, or the ruined delivery. If you're planning to send gifts or valuable items, please be very careful. Meest makes promises they don't keep, offers no accountability, and shows a complete lack of care for loyal customers.
