Their stylish bar is immediately on the left side with counter seating and tables. The dining area is straight ahead with check-in as you enter. The staff are friendly and welcoming here. Our server was Kevin, who was very attentive and at our table within a minute with helpful recommendations and brought us nice cold water right away, which was appreciated. We ordered their white Sangria, which was really good! They know how to make them! Very refreshing! My daughter ordered the Prime Rib with Parmesan mashed potatoes for her main meal. I ordered the RibEye steak with Parmesan mashed potatoes. Here is where Superior Service comes in! Kevin and John, the manager, came to the rescue immediately. It was not Kevin or John's fault whatsoever but the mashed potatoes were over-salted and inedible. Both my daughter's and mine. My ribeye was tough, not tender, and had a very strange bitter taste to it that I couldn't handle. Kevin was on it right away and asked what I would like to substitute with. I picked the Prime Rib because my daughter said hers was delicious. She switched to the Loaded Baked Potato and so did I. My Prime Rib was excellent. The problem was solved quickly and the replacements were delicious. Our Mother's Day dinner was a success after all. Then, on top of everything, John presented us with a VIP Mother's Day $10 gift card for our next visit. We topped it all off by ordering the Chocolate Brownie with caramel sauce and vanilla bean ice cream. It was outstanding!! The Brownie was chewy on the outside and soft on the inside. Firebird has a great menu with lots of delicious looking items on it. We will be back soon to try other things that caught our eyes. And ask for Kevin's area! Parking is on the street. We found a spot easily even though Dania Pointe mall was very busy.

It was very uncomfortable to have that man coming back after every moves we done with our food Now getting to the smashburger that I had order, from the first bite I took from it , it did not feel you want a second bite ,so I open it to look at the meat, and the other side, was cook so much it was why it fell hard like a hockey puck. What we had today was really not the class of the Firebird that we were use to. If we had been there for the first time ,we would has say " no thank you" we put that place as ,we are not going back there . As you see, we were very disappointed in every way

Found this steakhouse on the AADVANTAGE dining program…read more Olives and pita bread are served complimentary. There are no cocktails on this Saturday night. I don't know if it's standard practice. From the looks of what would be the bar, I assume there is no liquor license. Many bottles of wine and limited beer options and no liquor bottles. The waiter said the owner doesn't serve cocktails tonight. ‍‍ The ice machine was broken. For the prices on menu items, there's no way that's acceptable. They could have brought in bags of ice, and we would have never known. We had no ice to go with our water and coke, and the beer was barely cool. Finally, we see bags of ice brought in and wasn't offered any. ‍‍ Tomahawk steak medium well was good, but I needed a little more seasoning. Mash potatoes tasted like freshly smashed potatoes and needed a little salt and butter, and the oyster mushrooms were a bit chewy with a charred taste. 3 Lamb chops were serves medium rare so it was requested to be well done then it was good, the spinach was bitter with no flavor and the rice tasted old as it was leftovers from previous day or days. Rice didn't taste freshly cooked at all. Bone in Ribeye medium rare was good with a Cesar salad that tasted strange. The Cesar dressing tasted like a blue cheese mixed with ranch and a vinegar. I don't know it just wasn't a good Ceasars dressing, and it was iceberg lettuce, not romaine. Overall, they prepared good steaks and good lamb chops, but they need to step it up on the sides. For the price of steak, they need to give a better portion and more than 3 lamb chops. For the quality of food it's an overpriced restaurant. Though the digital menu is up with technology, it's not truly functional. It's not user-friendly for older persons, and it had a glitch. They should consider a QR code. Overall, the ambiance is nice. The food was ok but overpriced. Stop in to support a small business. 1 issue I did have, the waiter didn't help us while ordering. My dad ordered rice with his lamb chops, not knowing that it came with rice, and the waiter said nothing. I was bothered, but 2 sides come with the steaks. My son didn't order any sides, so I requested that the rice be a side of my son's order. They corrected that with no problem. the spinach and the rice were removed from the bill. Customer service was decent.

As we walked into the restaurant, we were greeted by a lovely host wearing a beautiful black suit. Live piano music, so unexpected, created a really wonderful atmosphere. We were seated at our table and all the women in our group were brought long stem roses (no thorns!) which was honestly so lovely. Our server helped us select perfect cocktails. The Lavendar Wolf was my favorite, though a friend's smokey old fashioned smelled like Christmas. For dinner, steak was of course the star. I had a beautiful filet which came served with carrots and broccoli. Extra sides could be added, so we opted for some sauteed mushrooms. A lobster-loaded baked potato was also offered at a reasonable $16 add on. I missed out on that this trip, but will definitely add that next time. Decor is beautiful, tables are well-spaced, lighting is very good, service is excellent. Can't wait to go back!

You can tell when someone genuinely enjoys hospitality, and that was definitely the case with him. Meredith, at the bar, made a fantastic martini and one of the better Old Fashioneds I've had in a while. She also surprised us with a complimentary glass of champagne for our anniversary, which was thoughtful touch. We shared the Caesar salad with grilled shrimp and really enjoyed it. Simple, fresh, and done well. What stood out most, though, was the service. Everyone was attentive without hovering, and there were multiple little touches throughout the night that made the experience feel personal. At the end of the meal, they even removed our two side dishes from the bill, which was completely unexpected and appreciated. While you can find good restaurants just about anywhere, you can't find genuine hospitality everywhere. Wolf's definitely delivered on that.
