I came here after lunch since it was next door and thought it was okay! Service could have been a little more helpful and attentive and she just seemed more in a rush although there was no one else in line. I thought the drinks were okay, but nothing super unique. Their theme is adorable though with the cutest cups -- you gotta love cute cows right?! This is located in a plaza and there's plenty of parking! I would personally say their milk teas were better than their fruit teas (given the name) but you definitely have the option for both! Moo Moo is located in a semi-busy plaza with a shared parking lot. The name of the shop and cow theme/logo caught my name. It is attached to the ramen restaurant next door, which is convenient for those who are hungry, but want a boba as well. One of the employees was a bit more friendly, but the other employee was not - she did not look like she was happy having to remake my drink. I ordered a Jasmine Milk Tea with boba and was excited. When I received my drink, I noticed that it was a more brownish color, instead of the usual cream/lighter color, so I was a bit confused. I decided to try it and it tasted like a black tea based milk tea. I brought it back and they confirmed it was their jasmine milk tea. The guy offered to remake the drink, so I gave them the drink back and the girl remade my drink, but she did not look too happy about it. I asked if they can make a green milk tea instead of the jasmine, since I was hoping this was going to to be the correct one, but nope, it was the same brownish color, if not darker. Both the milk teas tasted like black tea based milk tea, but the green milk tea was more bitter/stronger out of the 2, so unfortunately I got stuck with that drink. read more

Dirty jasmine milk tea was good, strawberry lemonade was ok. Menu offerings when we got there were kind of limited. Their website to look at the menu doesn't seem to work at the moment. They weren't rude, per se, but could've been nicer. You know when you're ordering and before you're done with your sentence or train or thought, they abruptly ask "anything else" or "any toppings" too soon, kind of interrupting you and making you feel rushed? Without even a smile. Well that's one of my pet peeves because then I forget certain things I was going to say, like ice or sweetness adjustments. An experienced sales rep would let the customer finish speaking, then ask about toppings or adjustments at the end if the customer did not mention it. The first time I've ever tried this place was way back in 2018 with my friend that took me here. The first time was also my last time because I never went there again. There were other boba places I wanted to try at Sacramento since usually big cities have many boba places that Stockton doesn't have. For this place I'd have to say the drink was pretty damn good but menu looked like it needed improvements such as more drink flavors. The menu needed to look like something that can make customers crave and wanna order something there if that makes sense. We are from LA and it's like boba nation over here, but we came across this place and it had high reviews and 4 stars so we were pretty excited. Plus they have a creative design. The Mango Snow Bubble doesn't taste that bad, there is a hint of mango but also there is that creamy taste with it. My son Dylan had a honeydew boba drink whereas Aidan had the MooMoo homemade milk tea The honeydew tea was a bit weak on flavor (it definitely did not WOW us). We probably would not order it again. But, the MooMoo homemade milk tea is to die for. It was absolutely great and probably is one of the best we have had. Prices are sort of high. I paid over $14 which included a 10% tip. So I tried their Sunset which was a peach black tea with strawberries and mixed jelly. mOO mOo has some of the cutest branding that I've seen in the area. I love the cows. The drinks here are decent. I feel like every time I come the consistency is not the same. I would recommend not getting their boba as a topping, every time I've gotten it for the past couple years - the boba is always hard and lowkey inedible. It's been years since I've been to Moo Moo. I've visited a few times before but nothing really stood out to me. I decided to give it another chance since I was having dinner at Maru Ramen Bar next door. There's a doorway that connects the two so I stopped by while waiting for my food. They serve milk tea, slushies, signature drinks, coffee, and snacks. I chose their Lavender Oolong Milk Tea, which is an "off the menu" item. It's a lighter drink with a floral taste. I also adjusted the sweetness level to 50% which was just right. There's a small sign next to the register that says to ask to adjust the sweetness, so just be mindful of that since the worker didn't ask me himself. The boba itself was just ok though, nothing too special. Overall, I did enjoy my drink much more this time! Will probably check them out again next time I happen to be in the area. read more
