I finally got a chance to try the second Tea Percent Elk Grove location. I'm a regular customer of the first location on EG Florin Rd and Midtown location. This location has snacks, desserts, and tables to dine in. Very different than other locations. We got our usual drinks. Mango Passion Fruit Tea and Mango Yogurt. Both very good - just like the other locations. I've ordered these drinks so many time that I have my preferences down! LOL. They have been very consistent with their drinks. Popcorn Chicken is a MUST order. Each pieces are cut to the perfect bite size. The chicken is tender with very savory seasoning and fried to perfection. I don't recommend the lobster balls. It's imitation lobster fish ball (the ones at hot pot) lightly battered and fried. I was too stubborn to listen to my son to skip it. Quick service. Nice space to work and hang out with friends. We were near the area and wanted some Boba and found this spot on Yelp. It happened to be their Chinese new year event because I seen confetti on the floor, which we missed. They have plenty of seating for people as I seen several there hanging out and getting some work done. As you walk in, you see a kiosk where you place your order on drinks as well as food. It's great if you need to see pictures when ordering. I got the cream Brûlé latte to try something new and it was really good. I did 50% sweetness, which was perfect because I got sweetness from the crème brûlée. It came with boba and I noticed there was no ice in it. It could've melted when he torched the top. After running around doing errands, my daughter and I decided to get some matcha at our go-place at T%. I love that their matcha has a subtle hint of umami and is very smooth. Not bitter like other places. The combination of matcha with strawberry is a "matcha" made in heaven. The service is always pleasant and you get greeted upon entering. I got the mango passion fruit tea and added lychee jelly. It was okay - sweet since it was 80%. I also ordered the sweet potato fries, it came with ketchup though but whatever. Originally went for the Elk Grove Restaurant deal but couldn't use the deal on the IPAD in the front. Since I paid already I just asked for the code. They are quick with service. I've studied here a few times - if you're looking for a quiet place to study - this is NOT the place. They play music pretty loudly yet there are chargers so that's a good thing. My second time visiting this boba place. First time was during grand opening and my drink was very disappointing (lychee flamingo was very watered down) so I didn't come back until recently! I ended up trying a different drink and I was very impressed with it! I ordered the osmanthus with fermented rice mochi and the quality of the tea was excellent and lived the subtle hint of fermented rice and mochi! Wished they had a larger size! We ended up getting the Matcha Coconut Cloud, banana matcha crème brûlée, ube matcha. They're currently having a collab with Matsu matcha! The ube matcha was really yum, there's a good balance between the ube and matcha where both flavors were highlighted and didn't overpower each other. The Matcha Coconut Cloud was so refreshing and not too sweet, which was perfect! The banana matcha crème brûlée could've been better, you could barely taste the banana or the crème brûlée. The Christmas decor that was going on with the teddy bears were pretty cute as well! Very festive vibes from the moment you step in. We got the coconut matcha cloud from their normal menu as well as the ube matcha and banana crème brulee matcha from their pop up menu. Not many places have good coconut matchas in my opinion, which I feel like is based on their coconut water they use, but T%'s was actually really good! Definitely one of my go to places to go and study. The place is super cute and the vibes are very accordant to studying. It's not super bright and the music isn't super loud. They have plenty of seating, and offer both booth seats and regular chairs and table seating. The bathroom is also very nice and clean, making the place even more suitable to sit and study for long hours. They have about the same menu as the other T% locations, except there is food at this location. The Takoyaki and mozzarella cheese sticks were a good study snack. I ordered the Jasmine matcha and the strawberry matcha drink. The Jasmine matcha tasted ok but made my stomach hurt after 30 minutes of drinking it. The strawberry matcha also made my stomach hurt. I drink boba daily 24/7 at multiple different spots but this is the only drink that made my stomach hurt. The atmosphere is nice but tables are too small. The newest T% is finally in soft opening!! You can get 30% off your order this week until their grand opening on June 27th, then they'll be offering BOGO drinks and snacks all weekend. This is a good location for nearby schools but also just in general it's right in the middle of Elk Grove! T% is known for great quality and delicious drinks. Even though I live closer to the original one, I still wanted to check out this new one! This is the most spacious of all of them, tons of seating inside unlike the other Elk Grove and Midtown ones! It's modern and bright and very nicely decorated. Menu is pretty much the same as the other ones as well. They have drinks listed on the wall but there were way more options on the kiosk, so I guess the wall menu might be more focused on the most popular options. They also had plenty of snack options. I ordered the Osmanthus Tea with Fermented Rice Mochi. I haven't had this drink yet so I was interested in the mochi and wanted to try something new off of the menu. The cup is so cute! Love how they're all labeled with the type of tea already as well. The drink was so refreshing! The mochi itself was smooth and it has small bits of the rice also if you like the texture. It's ideal for working remotely-- fast free wifi, comfortable booth/seating, lots of plugs, good lighting, not too much ambient noise, & lots of parking. In addition to those perks, all of the drinks and snacks are so good. My go to drink is the matcha coconut cloud. The matcha is so creamy and it's perfectly paired with the coconut juice. If I needed something more caffeine, I'll get the Da Hong Pao milk tea or the Vietnamese coffee. They also have a teddy bear filled xmas tree which is sooo cute! read more

Refreshing, fruity, and not too tea forward. One thing was I'm not sure if the little chunks at the bottom were mango, but they were hard and starchy, and didn't taste like ripe mango. Nothing beats a BOGO deal for handcrafted drinks, especially when those drinks are from T%! I've been a T% supporter for a while now since the early days when they only had their original EG location and had discounts for Yelp check ins (ifykyk). While those days have long passed and there have been many other milk tea and boba offerings that have sprung up within the years in between, T% still remains a heavy hitter in the Sacramento milk tea and boba space. You'd be hard pressed to find a place that is able to pump out consistent quality while also offering a wide selection styles of beverages, and their new location is no different. We were able to attend the tail end of their grand opening event where they were offering BOGO on their drinks and were able to order a few drinks before they closed even though they were running out of ingredients like tea. All 6 of our drinks were quite good but my favorite had to be the lychee drink, which has is my new second favorite drink. The same can be said about this location which I would rank second to their original and far ahead of their Midtown location with its gaudy interior design and seemingly higher prices. read more
