So I don't usually come here but have had two meetings here in the past week so I figured, why not give them another try. I feel like the layout has changed since I last reviewed this place. They took out a lot of the seating, which gives the place a more roomier look. They do have the flexible seating with booth, hightop tables, and child seating still. There's lots of different lighting and kpop music playing with music video on a tv. They have a claw machine and some Gotcha machines available. Drinks are decent and the variety of food is your typical T4 spot. I'm always a fan of their Basil Popcorn Chicken, so it's a must every time I'm at a T4. My preferred drink here is usually Mango Green tea with boba or Mango slush with boba depending on my mood. This location can get pretty "unsafe" at night, so I'd say yay for daytime visits but nay for nighttime visits. This was not my first time here and won't be my last. read more

This location has a lot of drinks and food items on their menu. There was only one employee handling everything on a busy Saturday afternoon. She was friendly and greeted us to inform us she will help us shortly because she was busy preparing drinks that were ordered before us. We patiently waited and I ordered a simple roasted oolong milk tea. The drink had the perfect amount of ice and sweetness (30% ice and 50% sweet). I did not taste much of the roasted oolong though because the milk overpowered it. The inside of the cafe had a good amount of seats and tables available. First time visiting this T4 location. We ordered kumquat tea and watermelon milk tea. Unfortunately, the milk tea we received appeared to be regular milk tea rather than wintermelon milk tea. When we asked the girl member about it, she insisted it was correct, but the color and taste suggested otherwise. We also found a tag inside our sealed kumquat drink, which was concerning. On top of that, the overall service experience wasn't very welcoming. That said, the kumquat tea itself tasted good. Was lured back with a special offer because they missed taking my money... so decided to stop by and get ANY 2 Milk Teas for $3 each. No fine print about sizes or additional charge for extras. Ordered large Oolong with French pudding and Large Vietnamese coffee with French pudding. They tell me the total and I ask about my offer and they told me Vietnamese coffee doesn't qualify but I pointed to the menu that had it listed under milk tea... oh they rolled their eyes and said it's listed wrong. Ok whatever... so I get an Okinawa large with pudding. I get charged for the upsize and pudding so even though the offer says ANY 2 milk teas and no fine print about sizes and toppings, it's only for the regular size with no extras. Annoyed but sure whatever. What really got me was when I got home and tried the flavor...tasted off, kind of light than I remembered. Got to the bottom and noticed that both the drink had nasty looking crusty white pudding. Pudding is supposed to be yellow so either they forgot to remove the top or it was old pudding. It looked gross. Good reason why they are trying to lure people back to this location. Area is already ghetto but the quality has really gone down hill and customer service sucks. Stopped by here one night because we really wanted our favorite T4 drink - mango ice cream in green tea. When it came out it didn't look like the right drink, and it looked like vanilla ice cream so I asked her if it was mango and she said yes and seemed so sure. We figured okay maybe it just looks different here. Then we tried it and it was not green tea or mango ice cream at all! It was super disappointing since we came here strictly for that drink, and they didn't care to reconcile the issue either. Edit- received a message stating that it's probably because I'm probably only familiar with Asian mango ice cream flavor and they use Gunther's. Pretty offensive, also followed by a free drink offer. Drink is 4 stars but customer service is 2 stars. Promotional offer sent to my email & was claimed for buy any two milk teas for $3 each. Went in store and gave them my telephone number & asked for two snow globe milk teas. The kind lady that took my order entered it and it showed on screen as 2 snow globe milk teas for $6.00. However! The lady making the drinks instructed her to manually add $2.00 for topping. When I asked why this was manually added, she tried telling me that the promotion is only offer for plain milk teas with no topping . I told her the promotion was valid for the snow globe milk tea as we saw it accepted the promotion. I also explained to her the topping charge would be applicable in the event I ordered (in example ) two earl grey milk teas ADD boba. However, since the snow globe includes boba I shouldn't be charged a manually added fee. However I knew trying to reason with an Asian lady with minimal understanding was pointless. I told her I will not be paying for the boba fee when it already had boba in the drink I ordered, She then changed my order to 2 earl grey milk teas. I paid and asked to speak to the manager. She told me the manager was busy in the kitchen but she was instructed to go ahead and add the boba to my already paid drinks. She then tried explaining to me that the marketing team, the owner and the employees are never on the same page and she has to read the promotions to understand what's being offered. She basically admitted that their business is a crap show and no one is on the same page. Don't hire a marketing time to increase foot traffic if you aren't willing to accept the offers made. Bad customer service and quality sucks. The staff clearly didn't want to be there -- every question we asked was met with eye-rolling and attitude, like we were bothering them. We ordered two drinks, and one of the smoothies was literally 90% ice. When we politely asked about it, the worker's "solution" was to just add more flavor syrup to "cover the ice taste." Seriously? We came here bc we were in south sac picking up dinner from Lollibowl and decided to stop by here for boba and some snacks. It's nice that that they have temperature scanner to check you temp. We ordered a Okinawa MT with mini boba and a rose MT with large boba. Luckily the person repeated our order if not my drink would have came out too sweet bc I normally modify the sweetness level. Maybe tone down the music a little since it's hard to understand when the music is so loud and trying to listen to the staff person repeat my order. I came here with my kids after going to the temple nearby. As soon as we walked in, I felt the HEAT! There was no a/c on at all and they probably should have had the front door open to allow for some air circulation, but the establishment felt like a sauna. Another customer near me was talking to me about how hot it was also. I ordered 2 taro milkshakes, lychee smoothie, strawberry milkshake, red bean milkshake and an order of popcorn chicken. 4 drinks came out and I realized that they forgot my other taro milkshake. I mentioned to the girl that made my initial 4 drinks that I was missing one more, but I felt that although she acknowledged it, she continued to make the other customer's orders. I waited until she called out 2 other numbers before my missing drink was made and given to me. The popcorn chicken took a while to come out too, we waited a good 25 minutes from the time we ordered and got my receipt to when we got all our drinks and the popcorn chicken. Tried out the T4 in south sac and it was very good!!! I usually go to the T4 in Natomas but I was in the area and tried it! Inside is pretty nice! I feel it is a little more spacious than the Natomas spot! Also, they have video game counsels for customers to play and enjoy their beverages! Customer service is pretty good! I asked for a hot Vietnamese coffee with extra condensed milk! It took a longer time to get my coffee because they actually make it fresh and they use that drip technique! The coffee was very good, very sweet and very strong! I also ordered my lady a lychee smoothie with boba and she enjoyed! Also, they played pretty good music.... some hip hop and r&b which is my style so I appreciated that! This is one of the best T4 locations. The popcorn chicken never disappoints. The mullberry milk tea I got was even delicious at 30% sweet. Still two stars unfortunately. I like coming here when I'm doing laundry next door at the laundromat to kill time, and enjoy a cold drink in this Sacramento heat. My fave drinks to order from here are the green tea with mango ice cream and royal peach green tea 50% sweetness and light ice. Overall drinks are good and some of the snacks that have are good too like the egg rolls, calamari and garlic fries. The biggest complaint and reason why no extra stars were added was because of the spring roll we had ordered. It was the saddest spring roll I ever had! It had so much lettuce that it was bitter in taste, there was barely any noodles in it like maybe 15 strands of noodles at most, and the shrimp was not good at all, it was a waste of money, we took a bite and that was it, all of it went to the trash because that's how disgusting it was. Yet another T4 has popped up in Sacramento. The place is nice with sofas, booths, and a long table with stools in the middle. Something negative I would say is that it took a while for my drink to come out. I noticed that it was just sitting there under the cup sealer, so I made my way to the counter and asked them for my drink. The milk tea was good, but sweet for being 30%. This was my first time adding coffee jelly instead of boba. I'm not sure if it's just me, but I had a hard time sucking up the pieces. Something I noticed on their menu that isn't at other T4's is green waffles (pandan/ coconut). I will try that next time. read more
