I went to the hub station in Logan never heard of it never been there, but it's pretty cool how they have all these different type of restaurants in one place. you order on a screen or on your phone and then they placed the order in a hub I thought it was pretty cool. It was an interesting set-up, there wasn't a dining room, but there are lockers where you enter a code and take your to-go order. The process was fairly easy and seems like it would be a great option for delivery services. The food was good, but the broccoli was a little undercooked and on the raw side. We had a pretty good experience ordering DoorDash from here. My fiancé got the Avocado Bulgogi Bowl and we both got crispy chicken nuggets with creamy sesame sauce. I also got fries with the creamy sesame sauce. The fries were soggy from delivery, of course - only a few places have managed to work out the magical science of keeping them crispy, so I really don't expect anything else. They definitely tried - they had vented the container. The Bulgogi bowl was good, but there are other bowls that I like better around town. The surprise stand out was the crispy chicken nuggets though. They were actually still crispy despite delivery and had a really delicious breading. The creamy sesame sauce was so good, sweet and nutty. And at only $8 on DoorDash (where prices are usually higher than in-house), I honestly would order from here again just to get a truckload of the nuggets with sauce. read more

I love that you get updates on your order too! My order was nicely packaged for transport and came in a sturdy bag. The chicken and egg bowl was okay, but I really enjoyed the hot chicken and my custom moonbowl. I added roasted pineapple, marinated chicken, charred peppers, purple sweet potato noodles, spicy special sauce, pickled Fresno chiles, roasted corn, ginger garlic soy sauce, mandarin oranges, chicken breast, and citrus-marinated kale. This bowl was loaded with all my favorite things and it was so delicious and flavorful. The sweet potato noodles were different and very interesting. The chia pudding was pretty good too! We ordered three bowls. For the first bowl, they did not add kimchi. For the second bowl which is called Avocado Bulgogi, it didn't even have any avocados at all. For the last bowl, it didn't have any tofu. So basically all three bowls were inconsistent. However, I'll still give them 3 stars because of how they handled the situation - the kitchen staff apologized to us and the staff at the front provided us with a refund. We did however have to wait another 15 min or so for the refund. Update: Turns out they could not provide us with a refund right then and there. Pretty disappointed in Moonbowls. I wanted to like it because the options seem super health and tasty. Also, the hours are great for healthy food in the area. Ordered for delivery and unfortunately both dishes were half prepared. Ordered off of uber eats. Prep time seemed to be a normal amount of time before it was available for the driver. The purple noodle salad had almost no ingredients that it was supposed to. It was essentially the noodles, mixed greens, and cold chicken. It was missing every other ingredient including cucumbers, mandarin oranges, peanuts, sesame seeds, and any sauce. The lack of fruit / sauce made it very dry. It's a shame because what was in there was fresh but it was clearly less than half done. Almost like they stopped making the salad half way through. I also did a build your own, which was another perplexingly dry salad. They forgot pineapple, kale, and BBQ. Both salads were only half prepared. I think they would have been great with all the ingredients. Sadly they were underwhelming, especially for how much they cost. I got the avocado bulgogi bowl and my friend got Buffalo cauliflower which reminded me of cauliflower Buffalo wings. I've lived in South Korea before and it's not a bibimbap but it being vegetarian and an avocado bowl the ingredients were pretty fresh but there was a lot of flavor. Seems like there are some mixed reviews but I have ordered food from here twice and both times I loved it. Great healthy food option in SD.

The sauce was really really good. All of them. Chicken was pretty good, egg was cooked just right, but the scallion rice was hard. When it's the main base of your food and it's not cooked, it ruins the whole experience. Will try it again because my girlfriend still liked it, but I really hope they get the rice soft next time. The food here is really tasty. I just wish their portion sizes were consistent. I've gotten the same thing the few times I've ordered here: the cold sesame noodles and the chicken and broccoli signature bowl with extra avocado. I ordered the cookie dough once, but it's too small to be worth the price plus the vegan substitute flavors are strong and not my thing. The cold sesame noodles have been a different portion size when I order, but the price is always the same. The first two times it came in a bowl that was the size of the signature bowl, maybe a little smaller. The next time it was a tiny bowl with two forkfuls of noodles.
