Hidden gem! Went here to celebrate my birthday and I had so much fun! Although it was a far drive for my friends and I, it was worth it. They even said so themselves that they would make the drive out here to come back to this place! Service was super friendly, they explained how everything works, the lights in the room goes with the sound of the beats of each song which was cool. Each private room had its own theme-- we stayed in the horoscope room so pretty! The food was pricey, but other than that, the song selections are just from YouTube on an ipad so you could literally choose any song you feel like singing! Also as a birthday treat, they gave me a delicious alcoholic drink. Tasted like a white sour gummy flavor. I definitely would love to go again soon! You walk up to this location and have art and flashing lights to welcome you inside. It is an upscale karaoke and club experience! There is a host and security checkpoint upon check in, then a beautifully lit venue with a full bar and dance floor for everyone to enjoy. This is definitely the ultimate VIP experience and is honestly so nice and spacious compared to other venues that I have been to in the past! We were helped at the bar by bartender (Amber) who provided us with the menus. We ordered the White Gummi and Matcha specialty cocktails. She was super sweet and attentive and answered any questions we had about the menu since it was our first time here. We checked in with our host (Trix) and he guided us to our VIP room to get our karaoke experience started for the night. Overall great service with so many options for the food and drinks throughout the evening. We had a big group for our friend's birthday celebration. We were immediately so amazed by the look of this place - fun lights, nice music & cool designs throughout. This place is fairly new so we anticipated it would be similar to other karaoke spots in Vegas we love to go to. Right off the bat, staff was okay, not super duper friendly, not cold. They were there for help - which came in (sorta) handy since there were many, many technical issues while we did karaoke. There karaoke system is cool. You can use YouTube or their karaoke songs, however, the system glitched so many times! It was very frustrating so we had to continuously push our "help" button. The staff would come in, fix it and leave fast. I'm not sure if the technical difficulties could have been avoided, whether or not someone explained how to use the system properly in the very beginning. We also had bad mic feedback for quite some time. We were doing a karaoke song on the regular karaoke system, and it switched to YouTube on its own without anyone touching it. Very frustrating since we had a time limit on the room. Also some of the buttons did not have English on it so we had to whip out google translate since again, no one really explained the buttonology to us. I just feel that I've had much better experiences at a karaoke joint in spring mountain here in Vegas.. The bartender Greg was super nice & helpful when some of us went to order drinks at the bar. Food is a bit pricy, but good. I have faith that this place can work out it's technical issues - it's brand new, super cool inside & in a good location. I've been here before when it's not busy and it's a cool spot. This was a busy night for this place. They had Baba B doing a concert on one side and an Xmas party on the other, along with their usual karaoke room bookings. We had reserved the Goddess room for 8 ppl for $50/hr but when we got there they told us they gave the room to another party and the room they were giving us was a bigger room at $75/hr. They said usually they take a deposit to hold a specific room. I told them I emailed for a reservation for this room twice and no one reached out to me asking for a deposit. I also received a call confirming the reservation and no one left me a message saying that they needed a deposit from me. They apologized and compensated us and gave us the larger room at $50/hr. When we got to the room it was so sad. There was food and water bottles all over the floor. We had to ask for someone to come in and clean twice. After setting us up they took our drink and food order. They told us that they were pretty much sold out of everything. No guava chicken, no katsu, no poke, no kalua pig. This was at 8pm! We just started off light and ordered edamame and 4 drinks. A little after 9:30pm I went out to inquire where was our drinks? Where was the edamame that takes like 10 min to prepare? They had to come back into our room and take our order again. We got our food and drinks around 10pm. Mind you, we had the room booked for 3 hours so our checkout time was for 11pm. I went out just before 11pm to ask for some kind of compensation for all of this. They comped us an hour on the room so we ended up leaving at midnight. Will probably be back on a night that's not crazy. The fact that they ran out of food by 8pm on a Saturday, they messed up our reservation and it took 2 hours just to get our first round of drinks and edamame, I don't think they have a well run process to keep up when it's their busy nights. read more

Mid Karaoke bar. We went for Karaoke on a Saturday night at 8 pm. First room they couldn't get the iPad connected to the TV and moved us to another room. The second room the host took forever to get us situated as well. Had to connect iPad with the tv and then the tv was off. 20 mins in we then were able to start singing. The audio is similar to every other system but the big annoying thing was the songs were being played off of YouTube on an iPad. Every time you want to choose a song you have to get up and select it on the mounted iPad on the wall. If you use YouTube you know that when you search for a video (song in this case) the video gets hidden so we couldn't see the lyrics. Another thing too was that we ordered 5 seltzers had to ring for service 5 times. It took them 30 mins to bring us our 5 drinks in a bucket. Really not impressed by the setup or service. They still charged us for 2 hours even though staff burnt through 20 of our time. Theres other spots if you want to go enjoy Karaoke. Don't get finessed by the led lights and "cool themes". System and service kinda sucked. read more
