    Great inventory and everyone is super helpful. Pricing is fair without crazy markups. Purchased a couple cars here personally and sent friends/ relatives. Dominic is great in the buying side if you want to sell a car.

    I recently had an incredible experience at Tracy Chevrolet and feel compelled to share my positive review, especially about Aiden and Angelo, who truly went above and beyond to make my car-selling and purchasing process seamless and enjoyable. From the start, Aiden reached out the day after I submitted my Jeep Grand Cherokee details through Kelley Blue Book. He was extremely sweet, kind, and patient, never making me feel pressured to sell but genuinely noting that my car was in demand. I appreciated his professionalism and honesty, which led me to schedule an appraisal that same afternoon. When I arrived for the appraisal, I was running a few minutes late due to getting lost. However, Aiden was already there waiting, ready to assist with a warm smile. He was attentive and committed to ensuring I would receive the best possible offer. He then introduced me to Angelo, who made an incredible impression on my family. Angelo treated us like we were part of his own family, not just customers, which is such a rare and appreciated quality. Angelo was extremely helpful in showing me options for more compact SUVs, as I was looking to downsize from my Jeep. He listened carefully to my preferences and never once pressured me into considering something outside of what I wanted. I felt at ease knowing he genuinely cared about my comfort and satisfaction with each vehicle he showed me. Angelo ensured I was aware of every single feature and took the time to make sure I was comfortable before moving on to any other details. He ultimately introduced me to three Trailblazer RS models, and I quickly fell in love with their style and functionality. Once I found the perfect match, Angelo guided me through the process of valuing my Jeep and worked with his team to offer me a very fair deal. Every step of the way, I felt welcomed and cared for--not just as a customer but as a part of the Tracy Chevrolet family. The paperwork process, which can often be tedious and overwhelming, was made quick and smooth by their efficient, friendly staff, including Angelo and the manager. They even went out of their way to provide snacks and drinks, making sure we felt comfortable during the entire process. One of the standout moments for me was when their detailer had a family emergency and couldn't be there. Without hesitation, Angelo personally stepped in to clean and detail my new car himself. This act of dedication and kindness truly set him apart. It's rare to encounter someone who takes such pride in their work and cares so deeply about their customers' experience. In the end, I drove away feeling genuinely happy and cared for. Angelo, Aiden, and the entire Tracy Chevrolet team made this such a special experience, and I am grateful to have joined the Tracy Chevrolet family.     Their service is not good. They did not analyze my vehicle correctly. And I wound up paying over $13000, and the problem is still not fixed.

In May, the Engine light and ABS light came on so we took it in for an oil change service and was told it needed $3,000 in repairs. The Intake Manifold Flap and the Sway Bar Links were broken along with an engine oil leak and the Crankcase vent valve was also leaking oil. We contacted Skylar the owner of Golden State Auto and left ten plus messages that were ignored and NEVER returned. Very Unprofessional. I believe they owe us some type of compensation. We called AUL and were told that these repairs were not covered by the warranty. Just so you know, It is okay to cancel the warranty at any time but it will be prorated after 60 days. All I can say is BUYER BEWARE, and always ask for a Carfax report!

While you state that all options were reviewed and voluntarily agreed to, our experience did not reflect that level of openness. Key information regarding financing and add-ons was not clearly explained upfront, and the overall process felt misleading rather than transparent. Going forward, I will not allow the dealership to communicate directly with my wife regarding any transactions or financing matters without my presence. Given how the deal was presented and finalized, this boundary is necessary due to the lack of clear and straightforward communication we experienced. This has significantly impacted our trust in your dealership. Additionally, we were told that the bank required the purchase of an extended warranty in order to receive a better interest rate. This representation felt misleading and reinforced our concerns about the sales tactics used during the transaction. Based on this experience, we are genuinely concerned about any future visits or interactions with your dealership. Our expectation is honest, direct, and transparent communication--something we did not receive.
