This MOOYAH Burgers, Fries & Shakes I really love their unique BBQ Sauce it is very flavorful and is sweet but not too sweet and their BBQ Sauce adds a special flavor to their Ground Beef Burgers that really makes their Ground Beef Burgers stand out! My order is as follows: One Cheddar Bacon BBQ Beef Burger Combo. These ingredients includes: (Melted Cheddar Cheese, MOOYAH BBQ Sauce, Applewood Smoked Bacon, and Grilled Sweet Onions ) on a soft Potato Bun. This combo came with one regular size soft drink of my choice and French Fries. I have chosen the one regular size Sprite Soft Drink and the Sweet Potato Fries.The price was $18.37. This Burger was delicious. My next order was a dessert, I ordered the one Little Moo Shake. The flavor I had chosen is the Coffee with the Oreo Cookie Bits in this shake. I love coffee flavors and I wanted to try out this MOOYAH Shake to see what it tastes like today. This Coffee Shake with Oreo pieces was yummy. The price was $7.45 My subtotal was $25.82. The Delivery Fee was $8.00 but I was charged a zero delivery fee. Since I spent a total of over $12.00 I will receive a FREE Delivery and also I will get a reduction in my Service Fee. The Service Fee was $3.00 but this price was reduced to 42 cents. The Expanded Range Fee was $1.49. The Estimated Tax was $2.00. My Dasher Tip I had chosen for Alma was $5.50. My total bill was $35.23.This total cost was charged to my credit card account tonight after my Door Dash online order was delivered to my home by Alma my Dasher delivery driver. Alma delivered my Door Dash online order at 4:42 p.m. I had chosen to hand me my online order in person instead of having my order left at my front door. I saw Alma this Dasher deliver driver park in front of my house at the promised time of 4:42 p.m. Alma walked up to the front walkway and I opened up my front door. Alma handed me the Little MOO Coffee flavored Shake with the Oreo pieces in them and then Alma handed me one large brown package with my food items inside. I assumed my (one regular size Sprite Soft Drink) was located inside this large brown bag. After Alma drove away from my house. I looked inside this large brown package. My Sprite Soft Drink was missing and it was not inside this large brown bag. I was disappointed and upset that my Sprite Soft Drink was not included with my Door Dash Order even though I was charged already on my visa credit card account tonight. Alma didn't notice that my Sprite Soft Drink was missing from my Door Dash Order tonight. The first thing. I did was I called up the MOOYAH Burgers, Fries, and Shakes Restaurant and the phone rang twice then Lordis answered my cell phone call. I explained to Lordis this employee that my Sprite Soft Drink was missing and not included with my Door Dash Order and I was charged the fee on my visa credit card account today. Then I asked who is at fault for not double checking my Door Dash online order before my order was picked up by Alma? Lordis said she is very sorry for the mistake in me not being able to received my one regular size Sprite Soft Drink not being delivered out to my home. Lordis said to me tonight that it's her fault and it's also Alma's fault this Door Dash Delivery Driver for not double checking my Door Dash Order at their restaurant and then Alma should have checked in with one of their employees or their woman manager to make sure that all of my food items were located inside this Door Dash Order bag before Alma this Dasher Delivery Driver left their MOOYAH Burgers, Fries & Shakes Restaurant. I agree with Lordis she is correct. Alma should have double checked my Door Dash Order to make sure every item is located inside this delivery order to my home tonight. Lordis told me if I want to I can drive over to their restaurant and pick up my one regular size Sprite Soft Drink. I told Lordis No I can't do that because my right leg is swollen and I am still in pain so I will not be able to pick up my one regular size Sprite Soft Drink. Also I said that it is also inconvenient for me their customer because of Alma's mistake and one of their staff member's mistake. I told Lordis to make sure the next time that either me or another one of their customer places their order on the Door Dash App to double check their food items before this Door Dash Order is delivered to me or another customer. Lordis said yes she will make sure the next time if I place my online order on the Door Dash App or their website. Finally, I clicked on the help button on my Door Dash Account on my Apple IPhone XR today and I had to explain the issue about me not receiving my one regular size Sprite Soft Drink. I also said, I called their restaurant. Then Door Dash issued me a credit to use on my next online Door Dash Order for $20.10. This Door Dash Company resolved my issue. read more

The meal came with an order of fries which had a big portion but once again lacked flavor and seasoning. For the drink I got a lemonade and was the best part of the whole meal in my opinion. I was overall pretty unhappy for spending 20 bucks on a mid meal. The owner asked how the food was and I was honest with my experience and he then offered an explanation for the "simple" taste. He suggested I try the spicier burger which has seasoning and a more flavorful taste but shouldn't all burgers have seasoning? Their dinning area holds about 25 people and their patio eating area expands their capacity nicely. I have been to the Irvine Mooyah's and have a reference to go by. Super excited to try a new burger place. They had a soft opening before the grand opening so it wasn't crowded which made it nice. The place is a little small. There's a few places to sit inside, and a few places sit outside. The second you open the door there's the cash register, so not much room between them and the front door. There's a self-serve kiosk also to the left when you walk in. What we ordered a bacon cheeseburger combo and a mushroom burger. It came to $27. I thought it was a little pricey at first until I took my first bite of my burger. The bun was so fresh that it's stuck to my teeth. Come on you all remember when Wonder Bread did that? It was very tasty. The bacon cheeseburger. My husband really enjoyed. He said the bacon was nice and crispy. He said next time he wants to get a double bacon burger. The manager came by and asked us how everything was. He told us that the buns are baked fresh daily, and they cut the fries there.
