I was able to get the turkey patty on their gluten free bun. The bun, which is quite a bit more extra, is crumbly and did not hold its structural integrity. The mooyah sauce was also very sweet. I don't know what has changed with this establishment. I work in fast food so I completely understand the food safety rules. Starting off the soda fountains are absolutely disgusting, the ice slot looked grimy and has constantly looked like that for MONTHS. I can only imagine what the soda spouts look like, considering I know for a fact those collect mold after not being washed and sanitized for 2 days. I know for a fact fast food establishments are required to actively clean that! Now getting on to the food, I wanted a small burger nothing large and massive and messy so I ordered a kids burger I tried getting it with Lettuce, tomato and grilled onions except the cashier told me I was unable to get grilled onions no hate to the cashier on shift she was just doing her job and she was extremely polite. I was immediately confused because I had searched up the menu before I left the house to make sure they offered grilled onions on these burgers. I asked the cashier if I could just get grilled onions on the side and she said no they only offer raw onions for the kids burger. What is the difference if you offer grilled onions for ALL your burger options and offer onions in your kids burgers but asking it to be grilled for the kids burger crosses the line???? I got home with my accepted fate of getting the regular classic moo yah burger with no cheese and grilled onions. not only did the burger js slip out the bun the onions were barely grilled bruh. it tasted still raw and looks like it was on the grill for a few seconds atp cooked in a microwave. I still tried to eat the burger regardless how messy it was but with each bite I was pulling ridiculous long pieces of raw onion out my mouth, genuinely felt like I was eating pho but gone wrong. I've had food from here before every once and while but for the absolute slop I received I should've just gotten the kids burger and cooked the damn onions myself. Our last visit on November 8th, 2025. My spouse joined the Mooyah Loyalty program. Over several months, my wife accumulated over 150 loyalty points ($150 spent on food). On our last visit, her points vanished from the Mooyah app on her phone. My wife reported the problem to management when she called Mooyah's. A manager said he would try to restore the missing points. We never heard back from him. The right thing to do was to replace our program points or offer burger vouchers equal to our loyalty points. What did they do? Nothing. Our experience is that Mooyah's does not know how to handle customer issues when they arise. We always made a point to drop tips into the tip jar at the cash register when we ordered and paid on each visit. We should have been treated better. Consider eating elsewhere. read more

Walked into Mooyah and I could smell their fresh baked in-house buns and knew this was gonna be a good one! They use 100% certified angus beef in their burgers, hand cut their veggies and fries, and use real ice cream in their shakes. How can you go wrong here?! You can't! The restaurant itself is clean and spacious. They have an open kitchen so you can see all the action while your meal is prepared. Their service is super friendly and efficient. If you need a quick meal this is your place. If you want to linger and nosh, this is also your place. We had the double diablo burger which is by far my favorite burger with spicy pepper jack, jalapeños and Cholula mayo! We also had the MDC and the paleo. Both also very delish! We chose to try both the hand cut Idaho fries and sweet potatoes fries, I am partial to the sweet potato fries for sure. To wash down our meal we had a mint chocolate chip shake and an Oreo shake. We were greeted by a friendly person at the counter who patiently explained the menu. I had come ready to order the hot dogs for myself and my dad and a chicken sandwich for my mom who does not eat beef but they explained that they sold no chicken except chicken tenders for kids. Makes sense when considering the name of the restaurant and the pictures everywhere. We quickly adjusted and mom got fries instead and borrowed baby's chicken tenders. I ordered the Double Diablo which came with double beef, pepper jack cheese, bacon, jalapeños, Cholula, and mayo. They bake their own potato buns in house. Their beef is certified Angus beef. We also had the shareable hand-cut Idaho fries, sweet potato fries, and house made chips. My burger was one of the better burgers that I've had in recent times. The shop itself is nice and clean and it has a good amount of seating area on the inside. I had tried the Mushroom Swiss Burger but without the fries and instead of that I had to try the Shakes here. After going thru a mental debate on what flavor to chose, I figured the Mint Choco Chip Shake would be perfect and refreshing in a way. I told him I wanted to dine in and he didn't hesitate to put the food on trays for us and was super kind. I got the A-Wonderful Burger and kids got plain cheeseburger kid's meals with chocolate milk. First thing I noticed is they don't skimp on their fries, the portions were massive. When sneaking the first fries, they were cooked to perfection and well-salted! Even the kids said the fries were amazing. The burger patties are a thicker smash-style which was good quality meat and great flavor! With 2 giant patties, I still felt good after the meal. They start with baking their own buns, and cutting their own fries from boxes of potatoes sent from Idaho. The prices for a cheese burger and fries is reasonably inexpensive. Came to this plaza for dinner with some friends, and I'm the only one who wanted to try Mooyah Burger. The pictures look really good, but not a whole lot of people eating. They had a sign outside for their pretzel burger, so wanted to give it a try. Also go chicken strips and fries for my kid. The burger was about $12 and the chicken strips were $7, which is a disappointment when I finally opened the box to find how much food there really was. The burger was dinky! I would have rather eaten my kid's meat, 2 strips and fries a good deal. The burger was just okay because there wasn't many condiments, no veggies included in a $12 burger? I was surprised. The bun did taste sweet and pretzelly, but it was soft and missing any kind of crunch/texture. Reading the reviews now, seems like most people use the app or coupons. I could see maybe that will make it worth it, but if the other burgers are like this one, there's better value out there. Because you have different options to add onto the burger like fried onions, bacon, etc it really brought the flavor out of the burger. The fries are delicious as well. A little wilt and could use some extra time in the fryer but really good once I put them in the oven. The mooyah sauce is pretty much thousands island and it was good as well. The only complaint is that when we got the food it was luke warm. I didn't fuss because I was taking it to go anyways. But if I was eating it there I definitely would have ask for hot fries.
