I am going start out by giving them one compliment and that is that they do a great job trimming our trees. On another issue They had turned off our community sprinklers so they can trim areas then forgot to turn them back on for now over a month with 85 degree weather. They were given 3 work orders and still no water was turned back on. Now we have dead and dying plants that our HOA had just planted a year ago. Then when the plants die, Mora removes them without a word to our HOA leaving a empty spot of dirt. Then on another issue, they were seen running over sprinkler heads destroying them and of course denied doing it. They were also seen backing up into a light pole, taking it out and never admitted doing so. On another issue, a homeowner called on some broken sprinklers and they said it was the homeowner who broke them. Then on another issue they came onto a homeowners private patio removing items so they can trim the trees above the patio, destroying and damaging the items, which they immediately denied doing but luckily there were surveillance cameras recording it all. They were forced to pay for the damaged items. This company has no scruples. We send work orders for them to fix irrigation issues and the irrigation guy comes out and does nothing. He is seen on Surveillance just looking then leaves and says he fixed issue. We have had to send Mora several work orders on same issue that was never addressed on first work order but was told it was done. Update: i have changed my review from a 1 then a 5 and back to a 1 star review.. since hiring Mora they consistently leave off our sprinklers at The Lakes so that everything dies. Once it all dies we pay them to replant those areas. When homeowners complain to our neighbor board members the sprinkler guy lies and tells our HOA they are on then goes out and turns them on. We have caught him lying several times due to Surveillance cameras show sprinklers off then suddenly when a work order goes out, he turns them back on. Several of us want Mora fired from The Lakes and we will so what we can to see this dishonest company removed from The Lakes. read more

Thes guys maintain the front of my home, trimming, pulling weeds and clean up. The trim my tree and it has grown and shaped up so well. I have had several different companies over the years, it seems they all start off strong then the job they do gets worse and worse as time goes by. Mora has been doing a great job every single week for several years now. read more

This is my yard 8 months after Mora Landscape put in a drought resistant yard. I never heard from them again after they finished. Didn't honor their 90 day warranty. I've had to pull most of the dying plants. Now I have to redo the whole yard. Don't use Mora Landscape. read more

I normally make an effort to leave great reviews for businesses, but at times have to warn others about businesses that are not good. We got rid of Mora after not knowing if they showed up each week to our house. Their inadequate lawn mowing left us wondering if they even showed up. There were still dandelions in the lawn after the left and then in the backyard, then blew the leaves in the pool and left. I sent the owner pictures of both and as true to form, he never replied. There has been no communication by email or phone since we started after numerous attempts. The one thing I can say for sure is they are prompt in their billing. read more

Rick and his crew did an awesome job laying all new sod and irrigation system in ONE day! About 2000 sq feet of area had to be prepped and irrigation run. They also planted a tree and laid pavers for us. His crew of 8 or 9 guys are the best. Very professional and experienced group. Their clean up was also very impressive. Nothing left behind! Rick Mora and his 2-man crew did a phenomenal job removing two large invasive trees at my home in just a few hours. They completely removed the stump by hand without damaging any of my landscaping and hardscaping and that of my neighbors. They cleaned the area up perfectly with no hint as to where the trees were removed. Other tree removal companies I've used in the past left bark all over the yard, didn't rake up leaves and branches, and just covered over the stump so the trees grew back. Mora's team removed the trees from entangled foliage and left it all looking neat and clean. I highly recommend them! read more

I hired Rick and his crew to put in drought tolerant landscaping in my front yard. I really wanted to give a good review, but I was very disappointed in the lack of follow through and not seeing the project to completion. (Even though I had his word and paid him in full). The job was done in one day which was great and Rick said he would be back on Monday to install sprinkler timer and fix a few little things. Well 6 months later, numerous texts, emails, and calls my job isn't complete. On one of the calls he stated he would meet me the next day. He never showed. I liked him and my yard looks great, but I have to water my yard now instead of having the sprinklers on a timer ( that was part of my quote). He guarantees his plants for 3 months, well he never came back to check on my yard. A few of my plants died and I have to eat the cost. I am disappointed that I shoveled out that much money for an incomplete job. :( read more
