He is quite knowledgeable and will help answer all your questions. In my experience the extractions took less than 20 minutes from start to finish. In addition, you also have a follow up appointment one week after to ensure everything is okay. To be fair though my family has experienced complications related to surgery but I wouldn't say that is Dr. Wang's fault. It was just bad luck. If you need any help after hours then voice messages do get routed to his cell phone. Verdict: I know who to go to for help!

She told me I "shouldn't have listened to their office like it was a bible," and that it was my fault for trusting their estimate. Imagine that! Being blamed for trusting the doctor's own office! Her tone was nasty, uncalled for, and completely unacceptable. Patients deserve respect, not contempt. Dr. Wang may be a good doctor, but his front desk staff is driving patients away. I will be sure to tell the referring dentist that he should not be referring patients here, unless they change their business practices to industry standard ones.

Later, they called claiming he owed an additional $700 because insurance didn't cover the "remaining" amount. After reading similar complaints in their reviews, we declined to pay this surprise bill. It appears this office has a pattern of billing insurance for treatments they consider "necessary" but that insurance companies reject as unnecessary. We switched dentists after this experience. Unfortunately, my husband's crown broke within just 4 years - much sooner than expected for quality dental work. Based on my research, premature crown failure typically happens due to poor materials or improper installation, not normal wear (and I can confirm there was no physical impact nor teeth grinding involved). I wanted to share this experience so you can make informed decisions about your dental care.

I was taking 3200 mg Ibuprofen per day since the surgery. A week later, went in for follow up, and found I had an infection. Got an antibiotic and started feeling better a couple days later. So, for about 15 days I was in pain, and could barely eat! If it weren't for his staff (which as very nice, empathetic, and tried to make me feel better) this would be a 1-Star review.

Dr. Atul honored the agreed upon pricing and completed the implant on time and on budget. Because she did a good job, my next procedure was to replace my 3-tooth bridge which was quite old and in need of replacement. During this process, complications developed, attributed to the age of the existing bridge and metal structure, Dr, Atul had the skills to manage through these complications and in the process honored the agreed upon pricing, effectively choosing to waive the added costs from managing the complications.
