Kat helped me with moving my husband's Saturday appt to 7am from 1:30pm so I don't have to be managing both kids solo all day. Much appreciated! I came today for my final checkup, cleaning and polishing of the year. My husband will get his last one of the year tomorrow. It's nice to be able to park in this lot and walk right in. The new space is really nice, new, and clean. No one explained the delay or communicated what was happening. So far, it has taken three separate appointments just to get X-rays reviewed, schedule a cleaning, and see the orthodontist. Every visit has involved an excessive wait time of over an hour. I understand that healthcare offices get busy, but repeatedly making patients return for incomplete appointments, combined with poor scheduling, long waits, and a lack of communication, shows little respect for patients' time.
