Ask for Sam! I had THE best pedicure today. I got the Essential pedicure which is considered the basic pedicure but it was just what I needed. He did an awesome job with exfoliating and scrubbing. This nail salon was absolutely awful. I have gone here three times now & I will not go back after this final time. As I was getting my pedicure, I was getting a callus removal & the lady sliced my pinkie toe open with the tool. She didn't say anything at first and just kept smiling like it was alright. I am still three days later wearing a band-aid with a scabbed toe. They did not mention a discount or anything for injuring me. Never again read more

I'm from out of town and decided on a pre-wedding basic mani and sole-something pedi from this place because I called and they said there was no wait to walk in. Got there and the place is appealing, clean, nice selection of nail colors, and my nail lady was super attentive and sweet and smartly dressed! She did a great job and made my nightmare nails look good again ;) Their store is situated in a nice quiet minimall and I grabbed a Starbucks coffee on my way in. Was in Phoenix for business. Snuck out between meetings for a basic mani pedi. $35 plus tip was reasonable for the final product. The hand and leg massages were on the disappointing side, but they were fine for the price. The nails look good! No complaints. I'd return next time I'm in town! read more

I have gone here many times hoping it would get better and it has only gotten worse. This past visit resulted in me being switched around to three different people for my nails and the person I was sat with was very pushy and would not listen to what I wanted. He would not cut my nails down and then badgered me into a shape that ended up costing a lot more than it should have($10+). After an outrageous bill for just nails, I got home and noticed air bubbles in my nails along with large spots where the product was lower than other spots on the same nail, along with them being painful for almost a full week until I went back. After going in and complaining I was told that I would have to pay almost $30 dollars for his mistake and rushed job and that they shouldn't be causing me pain. They are awful to talk to and even worse at customer service. read more

This place is DISGUSTING! They don't clean their tools and they WILL NOT allow you to pay with a card. The place has cheap stuff but it shows. The last time I got my nails done here my nails ended up looking dirty and my tech walked away in the middle of my service and another employee had to yell at the guy doing my nails to finish my service. I feel bad being so honest and blunt when I look back on that one good experience I had that one time. Today I was cut (again) by a used unsanitary tool, and they fixed up my blood with alcohol and super glue.. ouch. Had to file my clearly snaggly and uneven nails by another salon, that same day. Lucky they didn't charge me full, but I did tip for the FRIENDLY service. Oh I forgot my favorite part! If you pull out your wallet, 10/10 times they literally look for your cash and TELL, NOT ASK, you to give them cash. Hostile, careless, bad... just to get nails done. read more

I've been getting my nails done for 20+ years and this may be one of the worst mani/pedis I've ever gotten. The place is kinda dirty, the polish is thick & gloppy and the mani/pedi was messy. I saw things there I've never seen-- they trimmed my nails with cuticle nippers, NOT clippers. Then she went after my cuticles with the same tool. Doesn't cutting a nail on a nipper dull it too much to then use it for cuticles? And speaking of cuticles, she did a bad job of trimming them up. And she didn't even out my nail length nor did she ask me what shaped. At one point, I just took the nail file and shaped my own nails. I couldn't get the same color on my toes and hands because the polish was 'too old' (yes, their words) and 'not good.' I paid extra for callous removal and sugar scrub. Both were subpar and the sugar scrub was probably purchased at a dollar store. Furthermore the lotions were all sooo watered down they barely moisturized. Plus the space is cramped! Only two people can be at the dry bar area. Honestly, I'm shocked at some of the rave reviews here because it was just awful. read more

I was in Phoenix on a business trip a month ago, when I stopped in to get a full set. I am absolutely flabbergasted that my nails STILL look amazing four weeks later! Super disappointed with their customer service. I took my best friend in for her nails for her wedding. One of the techs painted her toenails with gel polish and didn't realize her mistake so of course when my friend got home, the polish came right off. She thought it would be easy to return and have this fixed. Nope. Totally wrong on that. They fought with her about making it right and do not seem to understand the concept that the customer is always right. We will never come back. They are also overpriced! We looked past that last night since we were already there but never again. read more

This place was HORRIBLE. My nail tech, Daniel, told me to "shut up and let him do his job" when I told him how long I wanted my acrylics. They look AWFUL and he didn't do anything that I asked him to. I intend to go back on Tuesday to get a refund because I was so shocked by being told to shut up that I just sat there in stunned silence for the last 30 minutes. DO NOT GO TO THIS SALON! My boyfriend and I went here for the first time today, and must say I do not plan on going back. As we walked in everything seemed as any other nail salon. However when we sat down, I was already worried about the tools and my mistake, I didn't get up and leave then. They were not pulled out of sterilized bags. They were tools sitting in crates that I have no idea whether they were sanitary or not. The lady starts my pedicure. (I had a fresh blister on my little toe from yesterday that was clearly visible) she starts putting pressure on it which is absurd, and I let her know that it was very painful and not to disturb it. She laughs and moves on. Then she hits it again and I jolt from the pain. Without warning or question, she takes my toe, pops my blister and sticks blue liquid from a filthy bottle on it. At this point my toe is turning red and extremely painful and swollen. I do not ever pop my blisters nor put unidentified liquids on them. As i'm tearing up and in pain, I ask her to put clean water on it instead to flush it. She takes my foot and shoves in in the dirty pedicure water. Now again, I should have got up here. But being in so much pain and my man clearly enjoying his pedicure (not paying attention to whats happening) I stayed. She just laughs, and asks if I want a manicure too! What on earth?! You just messed up someones toe, they're crying and you're trying to make more money?? I could go on, but don't need to finish the story. Moral is... Do not go to this place. read more

I'm uncomfortably pregnant and thought I'd treat myself to a manicure during lunch for a hand massage and small luxury. This was the closest nail salon to my work. The manicurist was very nice at first and did a good job of cleaning up my nails/cuticles. The shellac job was maybe a 6/10... She seemed to have a slightly difficult time keeping the polish off my skin, but I'm sure it'll come off after a couple hand washes. What first really bummed me out was that they didn't give a hand/arm massage. Maybe it's silly but I was reeaallllyy looking forward to that. Then it came time to pay. The shellac manicure was $27. I opened my wallet and gave her my Visa card. Then she leans over the counter, looks down into my wallet (that was open in my hands), sees that I have a couple bills in it (only a $5 and four $1s) and then DEMANDS that I pay her in cash. I was shocked and said, "What?" Her fellow manicurist standing next to her repeats, "You'll pay in cash." I said, "No, I just have enough for the tip." She acted shocked and ticked off. I still tipped and promptly walked out. Who the heck looks into someone else's wallet!? And then makes a demand like that and gets pissy when a customer pays with a card (which is advertised as accepted payment on their front windows)?! Rude rude rude. read more

I do not like the experience I have here. I love the job that the tech does on my nails, I chose her because she was gentle and I have fybromyalgia and when I get fills my fingers hurt. The owner tries to be friendly however my experience with the only tech I will go to there is that she is very rude and her they have made fun of me for being a baby when getting my nails taken off. I always make an appointment and sometimes my tech has the look that she has forgotten or I am not on ber book so I have to wait, she says sit down. Once I was 5 mins late because I could not find parking in the garage and I walked in and she said , you late you have to come back, I was about done and the owner came outside and said come in and he could get me started, in which they didn't like I soak my nails off verses the striping with the fake nail. I wish they could understand a little kindness goes a long way. I don't live close, I drive from north central phoenix, not far but at maybe 7 miles and pass many nail salons that don't require parking in a garage and having to ask for parking validation, which they don't seem very happy to give either. Once my daughter met and drove seperate cars and when we asked for two validations they questioned us as we were lying about driving seperate. They don't have to talk to me while do my nails however find it very rude when speaking another language very loud the whole time to someone across the room and never saying a word to me specially when I try and ask how they are doing and I have been going to them for a year now. read more
