She told us this is her second restaurant, first being in NYC. It's advertised on the menu that they don't use MSG. Their BBH also didn't have pork knuckle (giò heo) or pork blood (huyết). She makes cleaner versions of Vietnamese cuisine and serves everything fresh. After our meal, we had flan for dessert, in which we learned is also made in house! Perfect way to end our night.
