We came for Teas for Tots. My neice loved getting dressed up and having tea with the other princesses. They get snacks (donuts, little sandwiches) and some raspberry flavored tea. This is a review of the Tea 4 Tots event which was absolutely incredible!! Worth every penny. Also, now I understand why the tickets can sell out in minutes! We arrived a little early and everything was already set up! The table was already set up with beautiful tea sets and and treats. Every attendant had a little complementary wand waiting for them at every seat. We were told we could have one sandwich and one cupcake and honestly that was plenty! Along with the unlimited 'tea' (pink lemonade?) my daughter was good to go. It was so cute how when the kids would run out of tea, an employee would come over and refill it from her cute tea kettle. Such a nice touch! Let me tell you, I've seen Elsa many times and this meet and greet was one of the best! Elsa was in her beautiful signature blue dress and sang songs and read her Frozen story to all the kids. I appreciated that Elsa would constantly walk around and make sure every child got a close up moment with her throughout the experience. As a cherry on top, at the end of the event, every was given an opportunity for a one on one meet n greet and photo with Elsa. And Elsa was so kind and took her time meeting all the tea party guests. Came here to check out the new store and it was so gorgeous! Team members are super nice and helpful and the clothes are super cute! I ended up purchasing a really comfy jumper that I plan to live in while I'm at home binging tv shows. The prices of all their products (clothes, bags, little girls clothes to match their momma, jewelry, etc) are reasonably priced and of good quality! I probably won't come back to this store too often since it's a bit far for me (the Tustin location is much closer) but I absolutely love it. The dressing room is also so neat. As soon as I stepped foot inside, the rooms light went on and the mirror light went on as well. That's so neat! My granddaughter had on the cutest sweater today, and I asked her where she got it. We were eating breakfast locally and she said it's nearby and told me how to get there. Went to the Huntington Beach location on 4/4/24. My daughter, husband and I were the only ones in the store and there were two ladies standing behind the register chatting with each other. They looked up at us but didn't say hi. I got closer looking at accessories at the register! they looked up again, and still no greeting. We were there for at least 10 minutes and they didn't bother to ask any of us if we needed assistance and we were the only ones in the store! Blew my mind. I've never experienced anything like this. It's a shame considering it's a cute store but I'm the type of person who really values customer service and it usually sways me in my decision buying process. I am very excited they opened a Morning Lavender boutique in Pacific Cities! I stopped in recently to get some Christmas gifts for all my girlfriends. I love the feminine delicate vibe of the merchandise they offer. It is different from all the other stores in the malls these days! Plus there is even a selection of clothing for a little girls to match their mothers. I got the most adorable item for my dog to be my twin on Christmas day. The manager Marlina is a sweet kind young woman. She goes out of her way to tell you the history of the company and their philosophy. Which makes you want to support a small family business. Also her assistant manager Raven is a blast to talk to. She help me put together the best gifts and made sure I got the right sizes. Even wrapped everything in beautiful tissue with stickers of the company's logo and a sweet dried flower accent to go on top. Not to mention the fabulous sales person Alycia. She collected all of the items from me as my arms were loaded down with merchandise, since I loved everything in there. When Alycia took me to the dressing room I was shocked how clean and spacious they are. She she checked on me periodically and even made other suggestions when the items didn't work out. Alycia is very knowledgeable as well, on the fits, styles and fabrics which I love and it made it helpful for the gifts I purchased. Overall my experience at Morning Lavender was incredible! I purchased at least 60% of my gifts that day and went back another time to add a few more presents I forgot and had the same experience. The disappointment is they were not able to bring the café to this location. The rose Matcha latte is to die for. Plus the lavender latte with Boba I literally crave! My daughters introduced me to the Boba and I thought I'd hate it? But morning lavender makes it fresh every day and it gives the drink a nice flavor and texture if you get it with half the sweetness. They even offer a wonderful tea party for guests, great pastries, and even some gluten-free treats which is a plus for me. If you go to either location you'll have a fabulous time! I loved the Irvine location and I was excited to come to this new location! The only thing I noticed was my mom and I weren't helped out all at. We had to seek help instead. I notice they were catering to other guest than us. I felt we were racially profiled. We had to ask to use the fitting room and wasn't asked if we liked the clothing. I'm not asking for top tier customer service but at least be fair and asking everyone in the store not certain people. It wasn't busy at all. I know the location in Irvine usually checks to see if they had our items in stock to give us a new one. But the girls here didn't even check, we had to ask again. I wanted to enjoy my shopping experience here but I just felt disappointed on how we were treated. read more

Excellent customer service! This shop was so cute with a good variety of clothing. I went in trying to find something for my bachelorette party in Vegas and I came out so happy! I was able to find two perfect dresses that fit amazingly! The sales reps working offered me a pair of heels to use when trying on dresses and it just elevated my experience while trying on dresses. When it came time to purchase I was expecting to buy the dresses from the rack I had tried on but instead the sales rep went to the back and brought brand new, freshly wrapped dresses for me that hadn't been worn. Weird vibe in this store. Two sales girls followed me around store rearranging the clothes i touched. I get it. Their job is to keep the store tidy but not by following the customers around within 5 feet rearranging what I'd just touched (and not messed up by the way)! Makes the customer feel super uncomfortable and unwelcome. Here's a thought! How abou remove some of the clothes off the racks? They're too tightly packed in there!
