My favorite store in the whole mall. First time walking in and I was greeted by multiple friendly staff. Ended up staying for over an hour cuz they had so many cute items. I was looking at their endless jewelry selections. Everything was so cute and the whole store was on sale. Staff helped me find some items as they had various ring sizes. Some made with stain less steal and I preferred that over silver. Great blue as the whole store was on sale. Buy one get one 50 percent off. $10-20 per item. They had many great accessories too like purses, hats, charms and hair decorations. Great place to shop for valentines gifts/ ideas too. read more

I bought almost all my custom jewelry here, today I bought watermelons n cherry earrings! lol I gave the few diamond earrings I have to my daughters, partially out of concern for getting robbed bc I traveled in 3rd world countries, we live in dangerous time, I was robbed by migrants in nyc of all my money, ring n credit cards. I now wear danglers bought here n Macys. I got compliments n giggles when prople saw my margarita earrings zirconia $40 but here I paid $22 n second pair $9. I bought lots of trinkets here too for my grandkids. The Pacific city was a ghost town today, I came to shop at Sephora but it closed at 7pm. So sad this mall might be gone if this continues. In the heart of downtown HB off PCH. Fabulous customer service making you feel special and cared for. It's small in size but packed with options of clothes and accessories. It's arranged by colors (which I absolutely love). They can order sizes if they don't have it in store. Styles for all ages. Super great deals are on going. My only bummer is paying for parking but that not the store's issue. (Just saying to prepare people coming to this store. Fabulous experience!! read more

Honestly has so much more than the Newport Beach fashion island location. This is a bigger store and has a lot more products than NB. Today, the two ladies working in the afternoon were so sweet! I absolutely loved their help. They helped me find exactly what I was looking for. I wish I remembered their names but both of them were so sweet and truly were interested in helping me find something nice to wear for my birthday. I have been to many Franesca's in my lifetime, and I must say this is my new favorite one. For sure I will be coming back to this shopping center to shop with these two girls again. Buyer be ware!! I went to Francesca's on Sunday with my twin granddaughters so they could pick out some of their birthday presents. When I was at the counter I asked the cashier if the items were returnable (just in case my daughter didn't approve). She informed me everything is returnable. I spent approx $175. I went to return 3 items 1 pair of earrings, a hair clip and a plastic purse today (5 days later) They charge a 15% restocking fee even if you are buying additional items to replace the original ones. This is not posted and the cashier when I purchased the items and asked about the returns said nothing. It shows in your receipt after purchase and you walk out the door. Be aware. What a scam!!!! My mom and I came into this store to casually look around after we ate upstairs at Ola. I always love the merchandise at this store, but whoever is training these employees needs to help them set boundaries when to stop talking to guests. There is a fine line between attentive, kind, and helpful customer service versus pushing items onto customers, asking far to many personal questions, and making the customer feel unable to shop due to uncomfortableness. I do not blame one specific employee for this behavior because EVERY single girl working when my mom and I came in were so "in our faces", awkwardly pushing boundaries, and bombarding with questions that it must be being implemented through management. I had my eye on multiple things throughout the store, but because I was never left alone and continued to be forced to look at certain items, I needed to get out of the store as quickly as possible. This "customer service" behavior lost potential profit from my mother and I because we were dying to get out of the store -- a store we can spend a solid hour browsing around at everything in. read more

I've been to Francesca's a couple times in the past several months & always had a positive experience. Most recently, another store in Pacific City which shall remain nameless, did not approve of my face covering & wanted me to use one of theirs instead & they also wanted to squirt me with hand sanitizer. I said no & took my business across the way to Francesca's where I was warmly greeted by Marlena. She has always been so sweet & kind every time I go there. All I wanted at that other store was 1 bath bomb & I ended up spending WAY more money at Francesca's. Their new line of girls' clothing (Franki) is super cute and I bought a romper & shirt for my 8 YO daughter along with a pair of comfy tie die shorts for myself. The service was nice as compared to the many months before. Usually I only get the earrings there which were fine but this time I got a cute dainty necklace. Sad to say this simple, dainty necklace was pretty pricey but I just assumed it'll be worth it because it's 14K rose gold sterling silver. The second time I tried to put it on the chain completely broke; and mind you I'm not at all aggressive. I was really hope it would last longer than my F21 necklaces... Literally the worst Francesca's I've been too! When I walked in no one greeted me and usually someone will come up to me when I walk around asking if I need help but nothing. The workers were talking to other customers but not me.... Racial profiling just because I'm Hispanic but also white. You guys need to treat every race the same, white or not! I'm sorry my sister and I weren't white enough for you to greet us and say hello. My sister wanted to come into this store because she'd heard you had cute clothes and accessories. Which you did...However, this girl saw us walk in and begin looking around. She looked at us and didn't say a word. 2 minutes after we walked in, 2 white girls walked in and what did this lovey girl do, "Hey Guys, how are you doing today? Can I help you with anything?" And mind you my sister and I were the only ones in the store before those other girls walked in. I've never had an experience like this ever. And being an HB local makes me even more angry. I have to say, this is a very poorly run Francesca's. I worked at one for two years up until last year, so I can confidently say that I'm familiar with the company and its values/inner workings. I know that this particular location was the District Manager's "baby" and so I was really excited to check it out. I've been here four times since it was built and have been sorely disappointed every time. I'm never greeted when I walk in, never approached to see if I'm still doing okay, and if I do seek help, I'm tossed aside as if my requests are not top priority-- which according to company policy, should be regarded as such. I felt prompted to make a review after visiting last night. I won't go into too much detail, but I will say that the manager on duty, a girl with a black pixie cut named Jackie, was abominably rude to me and when I politely tried to make her realize what she said was rude, scoffed at me and sent me away. I'll take my business to a different Fran's-- where I know I will get better service-- as I should. read more
