Unbelievable, I've never been so disappointed two times in a row. We ordered from here waited an hour for food to be ready, got home and we're missing multiple items. The manager "made it right" by replacing the order on a future visit at no cost. So we gave them another shot tonight, this time they "double checked" everything before bagging it my husband gets home and the same thing!!! Will never waste money at this place again. read more

The food was good! I've been a few times and have enjoyed it every time. My only complaint is the bathroom did not have a changing table. Thankfully a stranger offered to help me change my daughter's diaper, but at the bare minimum the women's bathroom should have a changing table. read more

I was there this past week, and I was pleased with the experience. My partner ordered the red pozole and it was really really good. They missed the mark with the stake burrito, it tasted a little bland. The cafe de olla was delicious, although it may be too sweet for some people. (It tasted like churros in my opinion) The service was great, she was very fast and attentive to our needs. Very friendly and gave us good recommendations on the food (which I didn't follow, so the burrito was totally my fault). The place is so beautiful and very clean. I recommend it very much. read more

Service was very bad our server forgot to get one of our drinks and still tried to charge us in the end for it, rushed us and didn't even check in with us once the food was out. Food was very distasteful, I know this is a TexMex restaurant but even a Chili's has more flavor... Our appetizer was basically the only thing we ate. I would only recommend this place to a wannabe Instagram influencer to come and take a few pics but leave immediately after. Way too overprice for only a good ambiance. Our first time to try this restaurant and we were greeted fine. We sat for 20 minutes and no one would stop by. Even the manager approached us and took our drink order but it never arrived. The table above us came later than we did and their waiter came right and they ordered their drinks right away. After they saw we got up we had 3 waiters trying to help us including the manager. What a shame , they do have a very nice place but they have no manners and no service !!! Before you open a restaurant all employees should be trained including the manager, which is the most important. I will not recommend this restaurant to any of my family or friends in El Paso. read more

I'm giving one star because there isn't a half star to choose. We joined friends for a celebration, had a great time,the party room was nice. The food has a very different taste, spices they use, not our preference, maybe we are spoiled with El Paso Mexican food and spices. Drinks were not good and over priced. We ordered regular margaritas on the rocks, we were served in a rock glass, a drink mostly mixed with orange juice, nothing close to an old fashion margaritas. We were charged 10.00 a drink plus a mixed drink tax. We then tried ordering a Long Island Tea..OMG... we went from bad to worst, thank goodness we sent those back can't imagine the cost of those drinks. On the upside the home made corn tortillas and the black beans are good which was about it. Don't waste your time or money. read more

Cute place. The decor is nice. I also like that they bring you water with mint in it. I had the Baja fish tacos. They were good but a little underwhelming. I would probably try something else next time I go. The best thing I had was the horchata and the complimentary salsa and chips. Which was delicious. Went this morning for breakfast, it was out of this world! We were seated quickly, even though it was busy. I had divorciados and they were to die for. We absolutely loved everything here. The food was delicious we ordered the chicken enchiladas with the creamy green sauce and the arrachera steak. Everything was cooked perfectly and so flavorful. Love this place, the food is always on point and I have not been disappointed. I always get the chicken tortilla soup and the hips don't lie tacos (if you aren't a fan of spicy sauce, ask for that on the side). The initial service is a little slow but I believe that is due to staffing shortages. read more

Wow! I highly recommend this place! The ambience is definitely something we need in the Eastside. There cocktail drinks were great! I love their quesadillas! Definitely different than what I am use to but I will order them again. The music was at a perfect level because you could still hold a conversation without raising your voice and still enjoy the music. The food was great too! It's a beautiful establishment but the drinks they have didn't impress me at $12 each drink. I had mole I think the mole should be shredded and not served whole. The flautas I had were delicious but next time I'll just order them without the mole dip. read more

My family and I were excited to try this place out as we were hyper-vigilant during quarantine. The outside and inside of the building is aesthetically pleasing. The hostess sat us in the very next booth from another family. After at least five minutes, the server came and brought us our drinks We were then served these weird, thick tostadas along with a variety of four "salsas" that were all bland. My husband ordered an appetizer of chips and queso which tasted like a weird vegan cheese and hummus. This appetizer did not come out before our order as it should have. The rest of the food was equally disappointing. The pozole tasted like it came from Rachel Ray's kitchen. The quesadillas were mushy fried cheese pies. To top it off, the server just could not wait to get rid of us as evident from him clearing the table before we were ready and reaching all the way over us while doing so. Horrible service at the front reception with the hostess. They definitely need more training. Went to dinner to see the hype on this place. Waited 40 minutes I guess that's standard in El Paso right now that's fine. They took my name and number down and after 40 minutes still no call. I went in and they said they did call my name I wasn't there. Second time I went for brunch and called in to see if possible to make phone reservation they said no and the wait was 45 mins. I went inside the restaurant made a reservation and after waiting 45 minutes I went up to ask how much longer and they said another 45 minutes. Absolutely ridiculous to wait that long for this place. There was no accommodation on her part and said well yea that's how long the wait is so yea. I told her that would have been nice to now from the beginning and not wasting 45 minutes just to wait another 45 minutes because she didn't know how long it would take. Food is amazing as well as service. I worked there and everything is VERY clean. I was impressed because most places I've worked were always disgusting. A personal opinion with new management the place is going down because they over seat the servers and don't really care about their employees. Old management was amazing, always helpful, and understanding. Everyone please just understand that we get orders over the phone, through 3 different delivery apps, and everyone in the restaurant. We are normally pretty busy in the night or during the weekends all day. So your food may take a bit but it comes out hot and fresh:) I will admit the pricing for what you get is way too expensive. Other than that I always use to eat there and I loved the food! All the servers are super nice and always on it. Even with my own discount it was still a lot. It's a beautiful restaurant though and the food/drink presentation is amazing. To say the least I really enjoyed my time there! read more
