I arrive and then am asked to complete paperwork I already filled out online. Once I get to the back I am told we are waiting for the hygienist because they are backed up and then am told the cleaning won't happen and that I would need to come back in multiple weeks because the hygienist was going on vacation. I tell them that I was told by the person who set up my appointment that my cleaning would happen in the same appointment and then they say well they aren't the ones who schedule so can't be blamed. Y'all are the same practice so I would hope the right hand knows what the left is doing. Then when I go to pay and check out, I am told there is in fact an appointment the next day, which I take so I can get the cleaning that I was promised that day. During my initial appointment, I inquired about teeth whitening and was told that I should do my cleaning first and that it may be some time since the hygienist I was working with was preparing for time off. Again, when I went to pay and check out, additional charges were for my cleaning were added for toothpaste and mouth wash that I didn't ask for but made it seem like it was part of the process. Additionally, I was told there was in fact an appointment for teeth whitening the following week which I took. Now this is the real reason I am frustrated and why I am writing this lengthy review. I was told that it would take two hours for the process and it in fact took 3. The hygienist has multiple other things going on and took way longer between each 15 minute sessions to reset. She blamed me for not timing the bell and I in fact rang the bell but never got a response. During the whitening visit, I was supposed to get a whitening tray but they said they broke it and I would need to come back Monday morning (it was a Saturday) and it would be ready. So I come back Monday early afternoon on a work break and then am told they won't have it ready and that I should've called before coming even though the hygienist said it would be ready and I would need to pick it up. Once it is finally ready, I learn that I didn't even get all the materials I was supposed to get including a case and another hygienist apologized and gave me the orientation on how to use the whitening and soothing gel which should've been explained by my previous hygienist. Furthermore, its been two months since the cleaning. I feel like my teeth haven't whitened. The money and time and difficult process has made me question if it was worth the insurance and out of pocket expenses. Lastly, they asked for feedback and to share it with them before posting. I shared my feedback with no response so I am posting here. I will not be returning.

But the second one was excruciating, I almost felt like they didn't know what they were doing. It took them long long and so much force to get my bottom right wisdom tooth out. I was in so much pain and my mouth, jaw, and head felt so much trauma afterwards. They could not get it out. My head was jerking everywhere. Only to describe me opiates that no pharmacy would give me. So I had to endure that pain and the next few weeks with only regular tynelol. For some reason the pain never subsiding so weeks later I went there and found out that the tooth next to it(which had no prior problems) had been damaged and now needed a root canal and crown. I asked why had they never mentioned this or noticed it and they said it just happened fast. They damaged my other tooth and did nothing to help compensate . Thought this was a few months ago, I am still dealing with issues and I am almost looking into filing a malpractice claim.

In fact, several years ago Dr. Daniel alerted me to a potentially serious health issue I was facing while in his office for a routine root canal procedure. Dr. Daniel had taken my blood pressure before the procedure and found it to be at such a high reading that he held off on performing the root canal that day. Dr. Daniel suggested that I immediately go to my family doctor and have my blood pressure checked again. As a result, I was placed on blood pressure medication and able to get my readings under control. I was able to reschedule the root canal shortly thereafter. Just an example of how diligent Dr. Daniel is.

I don't blame the service providers, as much as The scheduling , but it would have been much better to just make an appointment for 3 or 3:30pm if we when we didn't leave the office until after 4:30pm.
