This place is delicious! I have lived in Mokena for four years and have always gotten my Chinese from Rising Sun. Recently the quality there has gone down hill, and I was searching for a new way to satisfy my craving. Mo's is it. Got the spicy eggplant and chicken and it is my new favorite thing. Chicken was not fatty, and the eggplant was delicious. Potstickers were great, fresh dough and not greasy at all. Crab rangoon so tasty, and definitely made in house and fresh. Pork fried rice was awesome. Loved the beef chow fun, but there was a little too much meat to noodle ratio. I like more noodles. Staff was friendly and food came out on time and fresh. Excited to try new Thai items on the menu. This is my new go-to Chinese restaurant! read more

Worst General Tso chicken I've ever had, it tasted like sweet and sour sauce. Fried rice was awful, didn't even see one veggie in it and the chicken was scarce. The potsticker dough was heavy and chewy, the filling just fell out in a lump when I took a bite. I'm so disappointed we spent so much money on food that was less than mediocre. The only thing I enjoyed was the crab rangoons. Also had to wait 45 minutes for our order when they told us 25-30 min. Wish I could get my money back, I'll never go back again. read more

The staff is friendly. Our food was hot and delicious. Szechwan veggies are spicy and perfecf. Definitely a new favorite.

Ordered Mo's for the first time... Dragon Palace used to be my go to but it's now closed. Ordered the combo appetizer, spicy fried rice and bbq pork fried rice. Food was ready for pickup when promised. All the food was excellent and the spicy fried rice was my new favorite. Will definitely be ordering again. read more

People are delightful and the food is delicious. I have wasted 10 years not knowing it was there. Won't make that mistake again.

This is hands down my favorite place to get Chinese from! I love their lunch specials so much food for such a good price. I haven't been able to find a better egg drop soup then Mo's, and trust me I've been on the hunt. Everyone is always so polite when you go stop in. We have been going to Mo's for years not to mention the money we have spent there. We ordered our dinner this evening it was cold and missing items. When we called no one would speak to us about our issue or concerns. Finally after two phone calls they said they would refund our money, after two minutes we received a call back telling us to drive the food back and they might give us our money back. We are not the ones who made the order wrong or left things out. And to be told to bring food back they MIGHT give us money back is ridiculous. I don't recommend for local regulars. Better option may be Rising Sun also in New Lenox. read more

Today was our first foray into Moe's Chinese Kitchen. My husband ordered egg rolls, while I decided to try something different and ordered pan-fried Vegetable dumplings. While my husband felt the egg rolls were as good as he's ever had, the vegetable dumplings were a very happy surprise. They were, in essence, vegetable pot stickers and pot sticker sauce. What a flavor explosion. They were light while the vegetables were still a tad crispy. Had they delivered a bucket of these little dumplings, we would have eaten them all! My husband's entree was his standard beef with green pepper in black bean sauce. Within the first bite, he declared it the best beef and green pepper he's tried. The beef was tender while the onions and green peppers were still crunchy. I opted for Mo's Special Lo Mein with chicken because it was something I had not seen on another Chinese restaurant menu. My dish was chicken, carrots, onion and lo mein noodles in a Brown slightly sweet sauce. Full of flavor with moist chicken, crunchy veggies and a light delicious sauce. Neither dish was overly sauced letting the sum of the whole dish shine. We are hoping that they deliver as far as are house in the future, but otherwise we found a new favorite Chinese restaurant! read more

I only get the lunch specials for myself(carryout). I can't speak to the dinner time crowd. I have always gotten good food from them. The egg rolls are good. The prices seem reasonable. The parking can be tricky; they are near the Bulldog Alehouse or whatever. read more

This review is for Mo's 3 in New Lenox.Gotta be the WORST Chinese food I have ever eaten..I had ordered there before and it wasn't good,so I thought I would give them a second try.Ordered the seafood comb.delight.The "crab" meat is not even real crab and tastes terrible.So if the crab is phony I'm sure the lobster is too.My wife had the steak kow w/ mixed veg.The meat was tough with big pieces of fat and grizzle in it.Couldn't even chew it.Total garbage!From now on the Mo's in Mokena wiil get all of our business.Totally different food and great quality.(gave it 1 star because I had to,otherwise it would be 0) read more

This place has the worst customer service!!! We ordered dinner tonight at 6pm it was finally delivered at 7:45pm! I called at &pm to find out where it was at, the women told me it was on it's way, which clearly was not true. We live 2 miles away from the restaurant, so unless he was working the food here there is no way it had left. Then finally we go to eat, and YEP you guessed it, WRONG food! When I called the first time they apologized and said they would give us a $5 credit. Oh WOW how kind of you, now that we are starving. When I called telling them it was the WRONG food and I wanted a FULL refund for my family's troubles and starvation issue. They said the "manager" says only if we brought it back!!!! WHAT???? Are they serious?!?!?! So unless you are in the mood to wait for 2 hours to get your food, or not get what you ordered and even be insulted by their lack of responsibility in your troubles then this is the place for you! I myself will NOT return nor recommend this place to anyone. PS We ordered from this place at least 3 times a week and I DID recommend to a lot of my clients and friends. Lost a loyal customer here! Theres another one in Orland they also deliver and I am guessing in a quicker manner. read more

Horrible. Do not stop, do not go in to eat, do not order carryout! The food was still half frozen and then microwaved.

Second time in a three month span that they did not pack the complete order. This time, in the same order, the sweet and sour chicken was pulling apart from the fried coating. When I called to complain, the person who answered the phone said I had to bring the chicken back. I explained that my husband had already been back to get the missing part of the order and they insisted they couldn't replace the chicken without the poorly cooked version. When I said I was just going to start going to Rising Sun, she said "go ahead, go to Rising Sun". Extremely poor customer service. Next time I spend $30 on Chinese food takeout, I will be spending it at Rising Sun. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me. read more

Good food. Homely atmosphere. Generous portions...nice folks. Not extremely spicy...loved the thai and fried rice.

We love Moe's Chinese Restaurant, The restaurant is immaculately clean, Carry outs are outstanding. Never got a bad meal from them. Delicious and they do give you a lot for your money. It is New Years Day and that is what we are getting for today. I am glad we are relatively close to them in New Lenox. Best chinese food ever. read more

Ordered the lunch special at 2:59 pm. Receipt verified. Lunch specials go til 3p. Picked up our order about 3:15p they charged full price due to the order being picked up after 3. I called and spoke to the rude lady who answered the phone. From what I could understand it doesn't matter if you order before 3pm even if you ordered at 2:30p and picked up at 3:01p you get charged full boat. Lady was ignorant and hung up on me. read more

What a relief to find a good Chinese restaurant in the area! Ordered and picked up. The eggrolls were very good. The mongolian beef was amazing. They give you so much beef, unlike some of the other places in the area. My boyfriend had the kung pow chicken and said it was great. We now have our new favorite Chinese place to go to! read more

A good Chinese food place in New Lenox? I just ate at the new restaurant they built on, my glass was never empty and the food came fast. I had ordered the orange chicken for take out (and loved it!) and wanted to try something new while dining in. The waitress helped to find me the perfect meal. Im eating the left overs now because there was so much food =] The only thing needing improvement was that I couldn't remember where they were, they need more signs. But I did get 10% off for the grand opening. woopwoop. LOVED IT!! read more

We go here all the time and we're happy with it, food is pretty good, especially compared to rising Sun.

Well I have had very good experiences here several times with the male owner and the food was always good and fresh. Tonight, however, the female owner yelled at me and told me I was lying when I told her the pad thai did not taste very good that night. Normally it is well made, but it must have been the end of the night and the noodles were all broken up and the chicken looked like some was shredded and some was cubed, as if it was left over or very old, not fresh. I basically told her that is not nice to yell at customers and call them liars and that good customer service would be to say, "I am sorry you did not like it, can I offer you something else, or give you a credit for another time?" Very disappointed. She even looked up my phone number to prove that I had never ordered it before when I know I have ordered it at least 4-5 times this year, making me a repeat and good customer. Wow! If I could select zero stars I would. I have never been so disappointed in the service of a restaurant, and I am pretty forgiving. We ordered dinner and was told it was going to take a little over an hour. The weather isn't the best, so I gave it some time. After an hour and a half I called to get an update. When I called, I was told that they were going to call the driver and call me back. After not getting a phone call ten minutes later I decided to call back. After being put on hold, again, listening to the employee help other costumers, I hung up and called back. The employee had no answers for where the food was or when it would be there, just that it was on the way. When I asked to speak to a manager, the employer put me on hold...again, and I could hear her giggling in the background. At this point, it has now been over 2 HOURS since I place my order. The employee told me they were busy and could remake my order or just cancel it.....really, where was the original order?! So I asked for her name so I could talk with her manager when he returns and she gave the phone to a CUSTOMER in the restaurant to get my information. Why would I give a customer my information to take a message for the manager?! We have order from this restaurant frequently, and have for years. Never again! I am sure there are plenty of other restaurants that know how to treat their customers. read more
